This place is fantastic: quiet, clean, and incredibly peaceful. The rooms with mountain views are simply beautiful. When we arrived, there was a flock of sheep grazing in the field in front of the hotel, which made for a very picturesque and memorable scene. We originally planned to stay just one night but ended up extending our stay because we liked it so much. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, even assisting us in organizing some tours. Definitely a hotel to stay at if you find yourself in Zakopane!

Modern small hotel next to the the park entrance. Calm atmosphere, delicious breakfast and sauna is available. Mountain view is for free. Recommend.

Cosy small hotel with modern rooms and stunning views. The staff at reception and kitchen were all very friendly and accommodating.

Nice, clean, modern accommodation on the quiet edge of Zakopane. Rooms are with mountain views a comfortable 25-minute walk from the center. The furnishings are cozy, the bed is really comfortable not just rumor and the bathroom is spacious. The Owca has own parking space. Overall, it meets all your expectations. The staff is kind, speak English well. The communication is precise and quick. The breakfast is varied, also hot, cold, salty and sweet. I recommend it!

Perfect hotel about 1km away from the main city street (half hour walk). If you’re looking for a wonderful and peaceful stay this is a great location. Check in was very easy (just be sure to communicate what time you will be arriving). With our mountain view on a clear day it was a beautiful view. Always a spot for parking which made it easy whenever we were coming back from our excursions. Breakfast was very pleasant and they offer freshly cooked eggs and other items which was a nice touch. My only complaint was our room was entered with a do not disturb sign on the door knob while we were out of the room. Overall, a great spot not too far from the city center and beautiful views.

Exceeded expectations. The photos were accurate and the balcony has a beautiful view with only a few cars passing on the back road. Clean and comfortable room and the sauna was a luxury. Check in was easy and the breakfast was wonderful. With the weather being rainy, I spent more time in the room than normal. Lucky that the hotel alone felt like a vacation. Would go back here if I am ever in Poland. A top hotel by any standard.

Wonderful place. Cool design, cozy and comfortable. We accidentally booked a room without balcony and regretted the entire stay. Beautiful breakfast with many choices of warm dishes staff will make just for you. Definitely not our last time here.

Exceptional location from all points of view. This is the 4th year spent in Zakopane and always in different locations, so I have become critical in the choice of accommodation. The guesthouse is warm and welcoming, very nicely arranged and decorated, located in a very quiet area, set back from the road, with a view of the mountains. The rooms are also spacious and warm, which ensures a completely restful sleep. Breakfast is served in an intimate lounge, with a variety of Swedish buffet dishes available. You also have at your disposal a small spa center, consisting of 2 saunas, with access only based on an appointment, an aspect that I appreciated very much, since you have an hour available just for you, without being disturbed by anyone. The parking lot is super spacious and is available free of charge. The distance to the famous Krupowki street is close (20 min walk), a route that I have walked every time. The staff of the location is also super welcoming, always at your disposal with anything you need. In conclusion.. I recommend this wonderful location 4*+ from all my heart.
