Wow where do I even begin, I am so over the top happy with my ring I literally can't stop staring at it! I get so many compliments every time I wear it, it's unbelievable, you just can't look away from the sparkles when you walk in the room.
I came across Bianca's when I was looking for a jewelry store that's willing to work with Moissnaite. I knew I wanted a Moissanite center and I have been stalking both online and brick and mortar stores for months for both styling and pricing. I consulted with several stores, and let me tell you, no one is as genuine and professional as Allen. The first time I spoke with Allen on the phone, he spent 40 min explaining to me in details how to choose a moissanite stone, without even any commitment from me of purchasing anything from Bianca's. I knew immediately that's the store I wanted to work with. Unfortunately Moissanite are not rigorously graded as natural diamonds, so many stores are not transparent with their source of the stone, so it's critical that you choose a reputable jeweler that provides top quality moissanite.
In my personal experience, it's important to choose a jewelry store that works with diamonds. I have contacted some stores that only work with CZ and Moissanites, and the craftmanship and quality is just not the same. My ring has a moissanite center, but everything else is set and made exactly like if it were a diamond ring. When you look at the dainty setting and attention to details, you know it's a piece of quality custom made jewelry. Keep in mind, when you pay for a ring, you are not just paying for the material, you are also paying for quality, craftsmanship, and warranty. Never go to a store if they are not willing to stand behind their work. We chose moissanite for both budget and environmental reasons, whatever your reason might be, you don't want your engagement ring to be poorly made just because the center is not a mined diamond.
I had a particular style in mind, a pear hidden halo with a dainty band. I was very very particular, I wanted the prongs to be a particular way and the stone to be set in a certain way... there was a LOT OF back and forth with the design and Allen ALWAYS made the time for me. Even though our moissanite cost a fraction of the equivalent sized diamond, Allen never treated us like a lesser client. I felt like a VIP through the whole process. I can tell that he cares about my ring as much as I do. Many questions came up as the process of making the ring moved along, and Allen always explained the pros and cons of different styling/ setting options patiently. What I LOVE about working with Allen is that he is so knowledgeable, but he always respected my opinions and preference. In addition, he always responded to my emails/ phone calls within a day. I can't stress enough how important great communication is when you purchase a ring. Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to get a hold of your jeweler after you paid the hefty deposit.
