The food, the service, the atmosphere speaks for itself. ‘Sharing the Plate’ experience was the ultimate, not having to feel like the plate across from your looks great and you’ll have it on the next visit. Bianca is an absolute standout - an Italian dining experience done to perfection! Service was impeccable from start to finish. The wait staff were warm, professional, and effortlessly attentive, striking that perfect balance between friendly and polished. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it makes all the difference. The atmosphere was just next-level. The space is stunning - stylish, and full of energy, yet still feels comfortable and welcoming. Every dish was flawlessly executed, packed with flavour, using quality ingredients. From the handmade pasta to the perfectly cooked meats and indulgent desserts, every bite was a winner. Bianca absolutely delivers, exceptional service, a buzzing vibe, and food that’s simply unforgettable.

One of the best experiences we’ve had in Brisbane! I celebrated my birthday here, and everything from the dinner to the service was absolutely flawless. As a huge fan of Italian cuisine, I was more than impressed. The food wasn’t just good it was truly exceptional. The perfect spot to celebrate any special occasion. If I could suggest one small touch to make the experience even more authentic, it would be to offer some fresh ciabatta or pane alongside your incredible pasta. The tomato sauce was so delicious, and it was pity we couldn’t fare la scarpetta! Anyway, thank you for such a beautiful evening we’ll definitely be coming back soon!

First of all, incredible food!! But also amazing atmosphere and service 👌 Fantastic experience and some of the best food I’ve had in a while! MUST ORDERS - Pizza Bianca, Morton bay bugs (that sauce for dipping the pizza Bianca in is 🔥), the brown butter chicken and I honestly think that ANY of the pastas would be amazing.

Absolutely love Bianca! If you’re after simple, high-quality pasta, this is the place. The prawn pasta is an absolute must — full of flavour and perfectly cooked. We finished with the tiramisu, and it was the perfect sweet ending to a beautiful meal. Wonderful service — we’ll definitely be back soon! 😊

Absolutely blown away by our experience at Biànca—this place is a must-visit if you’re in Brisbane! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was buzzing yet intimate, with a warm, romantic vibe that made it perfect for date night, but still fun and energetic. We started with the prosciutto, burrata, ricotta, and the pizza Bianca bread—each bite was so fresh, so flavorful, we were already impressed before mains arrived. The wagyu was rich and melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the Morton Bay bugs were next-level—perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The pasta with crab was a standout too—delicate, buttery, and packed with fresh flavour. The wine selection was phenomenal. We had a sommelier guide us through several Italian wines and every glass we tried was better than the last. The service was perfect—friendly, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable without being over the top. Honestly, everything from the food to the ambiance to the service was flawless. Biànca has absolutely nailed the balance of intimate luxury. We left already planning our next visit. Highly, highly recommend. Five stars all the way

Yes. Yes and Yes!!!! Definitely coming back Lovely vibrant atmosphere We’ve got Entree Blood Orange Carpaccio, Olive, Pickled Red onion and Buffalo Mozzarella Panzanella Salad. They’re all bomb so flavourful Mains -Hand Cut Tagliolini, Tropical Lobster 10000/100 so fresh and light taste came in a perfect portion. -Paccheri Al Pomodoro, Stracciatella this one was alright -Mafalde Beef Ragu, Aged Pecorino one of the best ragu no doubt. The sauce was divine merged into the soft pasta. Desert Tiramisu and it was delicious and the espresso was light which is perfect for us

Went here for a birthday dinner and had a lovely experience. The food was absolutely delicious and staff were friendly and attentive. The design is share style plates, so sharing is encouraged. Would definitely recommend for a date night or night out with friends. Prices are fair.
