Food was delicious and loved that the staff knows their menu to recommend dishes as well as letting us know when we order too much. Service was just the right amount of attentive and friendly. I like that they pour just the right amount of water for us throughout the meal so they paced us very well. Atmosphere was welcoming, vibing and probably a bit too dark for these ageing eyes but everything and everyone looked wonderful.

To be honest I will say it is the best Italian restaurant in Brisbane…We got an awesome experience in here.Every dishes are so wonderful and delicious,especially the fragrant and tender steak. Prawn spaghetti is amazing too,with a special flavor l haven’t tasted before. I recommend anyone who visits Bianca to try these two dishes!🥰

Very busy restaurant, Super Friendly and Amazing floor Staffs. Chicken & the prawn tagliolini is a must! Haven’t had such an enjoyable meal for a long time. Highly recommended!! Keep up the good work 👍🏻👍🏻

Bianca is an absolute standout - an Italian dining experience done to perfection! Service was impeccable from start to finish. The wait staff were warm, professional, and effortlessly attentive, striking that perfect balance between friendly and polished. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it makes all the difference. The atmosphere was just next-level. The space is stunning - stylish, and full of energy, yet still feels comfortable and welcoming. Every dish was flawlessly executed, packed with flavour, using quality ingredients. From the handmade pasta to the perfectly cooked meats and indulgent desserts, every bite was a winner. Bianca absolutely delivers, exceptional service, a buzzing vibe, and food that’s simply unforgettable.

Loved Biánca!! The most amazing restaurant, the dine in plate to share. The food, the service, the atmosphere speaks for itself. ‘Sharing the Plate’ experience was the ultimate, not having to feel like the plate across from your looks great and you’ll have it on the next visit. One of the best experiences we’ve had in Brisbane! I celebrated my birthday here, and everything from the dinner to the service was absolutely flawless. As a huge fan of Italian cuisine, I was more than impressed. The food wasn’t just good it was truly exceptional. The perfect spot to celebrate any special occasion. If I could suggest one small touch to make the experience even more authentic, it would be to offer some fresh ciabatta or pane alongside your incredible pasta. The tomato sauce was so delicious, and it was pity we couldn’t fare la scarpetta! Anyway, thank you for such a beautiful evening we’ll definitely be coming back soon!

First of all, incredible food!! But also amazing atmosphere and service 👌 Fantastic experience and some of the best food I’ve had in a while! MUST ORDERS - Pizza Bianca, Morton bay bugs (that sauce for dipping the pizza Bianca in is 🔥), the brown butter chicken and I honestly think that ANY of the pastas would be amazing.

Sommelier Rory was exceptional at recommending a beautiful Italian red, as we only know Aussie ones. Our waitress and barman were also exceptional and very attentive. Food was incredible! We live in Perth but anytime in Brisbane we would come back, especially for that chicken!
