Bianco Restaurant

Probably the worst Italian food we’ve had ever and worst restaurant service we’ve ever received while on first holiday to Tenerife. We booked in for my birthday dinner, got seated right away which was great, and it all went downhill from there. Took about 10-15 min, for a server to ask us if we wanted drinks. Also ordered our appetizer and main course to include fried calamari (we were craving it the most), lobster ravioli (€24) and Spicy King Prawns with Fried Garlic on Tagliatelle (€20). Whilst finalizing our order, the server was confirming each item we ordered and finally says that they ran out of calamari (it’s only 6:50pm)…strange for a restaurant to be known for and too early in the evening to have ran out of. Both of our dishes were very tasteless and flavorless. The COLD lobster ravioli (6 pieces) - presentation was abysmal with chopped chives, poorly dressed with sauce and the optional cheese garnish was a Parmesan crumble served out of what looked like a communal kitchen plastic tray, rather than the shredded cheese like other greatly reviewed photos 3 weeks ago on google…why the inconsistency? But to each their own. Several waiters and waitresses passed by us numerous times, just collected our empty glasses ran away, did not check up on us once through the whole 45-50 we were there. The music was way too loud for my husband and I to enjoy our conversations, made it seem like it was more of a club experience, kinda weird but I guess. Unfortunately our dinner experience here was surely a disappointment.

Amazing experience!! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Service was super fast and efficient and the food was incredible and the cocktails were amazing!! our server ting ting was very kind and attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable, the prices are a little high if on a low budget holiday but the quality and taste of the food is definitely worth it!! Would definitely recommend to a friend and will be back!!

very good experience at Bianco! our waitress was Ting Ting and she was amazing! The place was beautiful also and the food was very good. The only thing that i would say about the food is that the portion was not that much but it was okay! i will definitely come back

There were 7 of us and only one of us actually enjoyed the meal. The service was incredibly rushed and abrupt. The king prawn pasta was had by two of us and was completely tasteless, the pizzas were not nice at all and everyone at our table left half. Came here on a recommendation but will be telling everyone else to actively avoid it. The dough balls were also rotten, they were leathery almost. We also wanted to evenly split the bill between the couples (so into 4) at the end and he refused.

You may be shocked that I have left a 4* star review and I also wish I could have given this a 4.5. I cannot complain but I have to judge this based on our expectations. My partner and I both had starters which were very good I had option B and my partner option A. However they brought out the gnocci and my partners starter and I was waiting around 10 minutes before I received mine. For mains my partner had the chicken Alfredo and I had the lobster ravioli. Mine was fresh and packed full of flavour and you could tell this was fresh lobster. However my partner chicken Alfredo didn’t really hit the spot. It lacked flavour and was just not exciting. When we decided to have a desert we shared the tiramisu. Having traveled around the world eating Italian and eating it in Italy this dish really needs some work. Our waiter was great and so were the mocktails. This place is a great place and I can see why it was all the rave however for ourselves it really didn’t live up to the expectation.

One of the best dining experiences in Tenerife!!! This place glows magically by its staff and especially someone called “ili” or Elie. He is literally the kindest and most professional person we have met on this island. We wish other restaurants would learn from him!! Other than that the food was amazing and pictures show that!

Good vibes with really lovely decor inside. We had to wait quite a while for a table but were able to get a glass of wine from the bar. Would recommend booking! The pasta was good but think there are better locations in Tenerife for pasta, so slightly overhyped. Would like to return to try out other menu options.

The food was so nice and the wait staff were all very friendly and attentive. We had dinner at 6pm and the atmosphere seemed a little quiet but nonetheless we loved it and would visit again if we are ever back in Tenerife.
