Bianco Tartufi

We had the extraordinary experience to spend a morning hunting truffle with Marta, Daniele and their dog Bianca. It was great to see how enthusiastic and devoted they are to everything truffle and especially their dogs. No question remained unanswered and their passion for the subject made this morning the highlight of our trip to Piedmont. Thank you, we'll be back.

We were so very charmed by the passion that Marta and Danielle have for their profession and for the integrity of the natural process! It was so very lovely to learn from them about the truffles, the grounds, their business and the training of their dogs (who by the way are incredibly cute). Absolute recommendation to get to know an important part of gastronomical culture in Piemonte!

Danielle and Marta are really fun to be with and wow, are they passionate about truffles. We did a private truffle hunt with them and, of course, Bianca, the trusted truffle dog. A lot of fun, we learned a whole lot about finding truffles and truly had a great time. We highly recommend.

For a long time I waited for the occasion to try a Tartufo Biancho d'Alba. I found Biancho Tartufo online first and after a small email exchange with Marta visited the private store in Verduno, where Daniele showed me the fresh harvest of the day. I've met a man with absolute passion for the product and a sweet little dog named Bianca who finds the truffle. It was an absolutely honest and non-commercial experience. Really, really nice...and the tartufo which Daniele recommended, filled my kitchen with its smell and our mouths now with its wonderful taste. Thank you Daniele and Marta..and Bianca!
