Food was outstanding here in terms of flavours. In the picture you can see a Chinese dish that is not very common in Budapest.
It is a Biang noodle, which is also the origin of the restaurant’s name. Biang noodles are a famous Chinese specialty, handmade and known for being a single long and very wide piece of pasta. The character for “biang” is also considered one of the most complex in the Chinese language, which adds to the dish’s cultural uniqueness.
And how was it?
Oh my god. The texture is out of this world. Since the restaurant is named after it, it should be their speciality, and you are right, it truly delivered.
The sauce was incredible and the vegetables were fresh.
How should you eat it?
Mix it well!
My only issue was the meat portion. As a meat lover, I would have preferred a bit more, although the meat itself was tender and crispy at the same time, just not enough of it.
The atmosphere is not that great, so if you care more about ambiance than food, I would not recommend this place.
If you are fine sitting in a darker, less cozy space while enjoying an incredible meal, then you will have a great time here.
I would definitely come back.
