First time here and so glad we gave them a try! Amanda was our server and she was wonderful, we had the chicken Florentine and blackened chicken pasta, dishes came with salad and rolls it was all fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back

My son and I were in town for a baseball tournament and decided to stop by for dinner. We used to live in the area about 10 years ago and I remembered how good it was. Well…it’s still just as good. The food is amazing!

This is my last time eating here. Showed manager this and was told that how it comes sometimes. So Cooks cant see the trash growing out of the seafood? No flavor, all seafood obviously frozen and chewy. Manager gave no resolution and showed zero care. Trash food and worse customer service!

🔴 I had the pleasure of dining at Bi Ba’s Italian Restaurant yesterday for lunch, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The warm and inviting atmosphere immediately set the tone for a great meal. My server, Amanda, was attentive, professional, and ensured everything was perfect throughout my visit. For appetizers, I started with the Calamari, which was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with a flavorful marinara sauce that complemented it beautifully. For my main course, I enjoyed two outstanding dishes: the Veal Marsala over spaghetti and the Shrimp Scampi over angel hair pasta. The Veal Marsala had a rich and savory sauce with tender veal that melted in my mouth, while the Shrimp Scampi featured plump, perfectly cooked shrimp in a light, garlicky butter sauce that was simply divine. Each dish was a true testament to authentic Italian flavors and craftsmanship. The menu offers an impressive selection of classic Italian dishes, pizzas, and seafood specialties, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The portion sizes were generous, and the quality of ingredients shone through in every bite. The location on Hixson Pike is convenient, and the dining room is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. At just over $42 for a hearty, satisfying lunch, the value was unbeatable. Bi Ba’s Italian Restaurant has truly mastered the art of Italian dining, and I’ll definitely be returning soon! Good food made with fresh ingredients. Non traditional salad and garlic knots served with meal. The blue cheese was great. Garlic knots are awesome. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. You also cannot beat the prices for the quality of food and service. Yes, I would and will go again!

I've ordered from Biba's a number of times via DoorDash but have rarely visited in-person. That being said, I highly recommend dining in-person as the service and the freshness of the food was top notch. The Fried Calamari was fried to perfection and not greasy at all. The Spaghetti with Meat Sauce was a hearty serving and the meatballs (extra) were soft and tender despite how dense they looked. While I haven't had complaints about the food via delivery, I definitely prefer dining in-person and will look to make the drive more often in the future.

A must try! The tiramisu was amazing and I’m usually a snob and this place’s tiramisu was delicious! We love the garlic knots! The vodka sauce was good and the Cajun sauce! We ordered a side of Italian sausage to add to our pasta dishes that came with chicken and it elevated our meal!! Also they take pride in their food I could tell when their garden salad was the best garden salad I ever ate! It was fresh and tasted really good!! This is a nice surprise and we really enjoyed our meal!! Our meal was doordashed too! Sorry I ate that garden salad before I could take a pic lol!

Wonderful dining experience every time! The food is amazing! The garlic rolls are heavenly! Never had an ok meal! Everything is always fresh and delicious!

This place is hidden gem! First prices are adorable couldn't believe how cheap the meals were they were so cheap we went with the house made sangria.. wow the rolls and wine so good The eggplant parm was ok not my fav but we also had the chicken Florentine was amazing worth the trip to go back just for this dish

Wonderful late lunch early dinner. Conor took great care of us. Stopped in 4pm on Saturday and within the hour, they had a wait. Even though Conner got slammed, he still took care of us and made us welcome. . We stick with our favorites, broccoli & mushroom calzone and meat ball sub. Plenty for leftovers.

Delicious pizza crust. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. The pasta dishes aren't as good as what you can get from the grocery store at a much lower price. I don't understand why it takes FOREVER to get your food. Too bad.

FIRST TIME AND THE LAST TIME‼ The wife and I stopped to have dinner today 7/20/25 around 3 o'clock We asked the hostess to be seated at a booth and was denied a booth not by just one of the hostess but also another hostess. With several booths being empty probably 6 or more. We were seated at a table with an empty booth 3 feet away and our server was waiting on us and a couple sitting at a booth 4 feet from our table. I couldn't understand any logic about this so I question our server about the reason we were denied a booth and she couldn't believe that they would not sit us at a booth. We were seated about 4 feet from a table of about 20 people in their party which was very loud. I was ready to walk out and just leave but the wife wanted to give it a try so we sat down, being very frustrated at seeing all of the empty booths... We both ordered the Lasagna and it was very bland lacking seasoning, the wife and I both agreed, Olive Garden has them beat by a long shot... The only thing good was our server (Jenn) she was awesome she kept apologizing and said that was wrong, and I told her that I would not be back again because of the bad experience, and she apologized again and asked us to please come back Jenn is someone that the management ought to recognize how professional she is and with very good people skills. Horrible pizza. Pasta is okay! Best thing on the menu are the garlic knots! I wouldn't recommend them

We're visiting the Chattanooga area and we're looking for a place to get some pizza. We went here because the menu was more affordable than the popular Lupi's. Glad we did! The dinner rolls they serve are amazing! (And free). I opted out of pizza and went with the highly recommended Stromboli and was not disappointed. Best I've ever had; hands down! My wife had the chicken Florentine which was also very good and delicious. We had a cannoli for desert which was a perfect was to finish it off. Great service and a decent atmosphere. I would definitely come back!

Have had this restaurant on our "to try" list for sometime but logistics just didn't accommodate until recently. Food was outstanding, service was great and atmosphere was clean and appropriate. We will definitely be returning and keeping this gem in our rotation.

this food was absolutely horrendous. the pizza was greasy, you can see it dripping off, which is disappointing, and super floppy, the chicken francese was cold, and the chicken was just disgusting. the tiramisu was done so incredibly wrong. it was just vanilla cake with a strong tasting, thin layer of pure bitterness and it had ICING? my mother was confused on why there was actual cream cheese icing on a desert she knows far too well.

Great food! Excellent service! Good value! Family environment. Server was knowledgeable about menu and made recommendations when we were trying to decide between dishes. We shared calamari, prior to a substantial house salad. My entree was blackened chicken pasta... seasoned perfectly. Portion size was perfect and I took home leftovers that tasted as good the 2nd day. We finished with tiramisu. Yum! Would definitely recommend!

Great service and atmosphere. Saladas are great, love the Stromboli and the italiano sandwiches.

Excellent service throughout the meal. Full bat for those that like to nibble and drink. Lot of pasta choices along with pizzas and calzones. Full size booths and several tables to seat four or more. Food was excellent! Cannolis were so delicious!!

When I'm visiting Mom, this is one of our go tos. Great food, huge portions of great food, consistent prices - all the reasons why. For dinner, she loves the eggplant rotini dish. Whether in their cozy dining room or on the couch at home with takeout, BiBa's food is delicious Italian! Last weekend, Mom and I enjoyed huge portions of eggplant over rotini and spinach ravioli in Alfredo sauce. And soft, yummy little rolls! We saved the salads that came with dinner for lunch the next day. And saved room for the biggest cannolis ever! Another easy choice for a great meal experience with Mom.

The food here is amazing. My absolutely favorite Italian restaurant locally. The garlic rolls melt in your mouth. The kids love the spaghetti. I'm excited to try more menu items but my current favorite is the baked ziti Sicilian. Service is good especially considering how busy they are. This isn't a quick in and out. The dining room is pretty basic and functional, nothing fancy.

Been a fan of Biba's for 11 years. Did a takeout today. Was surprised that the pizza was 25% more than the price listed on line and in the takeout menu and the quality wasn't the same very disappointing.

Large portions, reasonably priced, staff know the menu. Never eaten anything that wasn't good enough to have again. Love the salad and blue cheese dressing

Eat there whenever we can. My wife and I have never had a bad meal and the service has always been excellent. They go out of their way to make your dining experience pleasant and delicious if you like Italian food you'll love BiBa's.

Starting with the positive, the service was great and the waitress was attentive and helpful. The ambiance is good with a "family" feel to the restaurant However, the food was terrible. My husband ordered the veal marsala and it was luke warm at best but was seriously lacking in flavor. Completely inedible. We spoke to the waitress who gladly replaced the order with the carbonara. It was also seriously lacking in flavor. But my husband ate it anyway. The table behind us also had issues with the food as I overheard the waitress say she would take the dish off the check and took it back to the kitchen. Maybe it was an off night but we will not be returning any time soon.

Stopped in for Sunday lunch. Started with some mozzarella cheese sticks which was served with a warm marinara. The cheese sticks were pretty standard, but the marinara sauce was flavorful. I wanted Chicken Parmesan and the waitress suggested I try the alfredo sauce instead of the marinara, so I did...which made waaayyyy to rich! I added some of the marinara sauce to try and cut through the richness. Don't get me wrong the flavor was good and the alfredo had a good consistency, but four bites was all I could do. They also served garlic rolls which were served fairly warm and complimented the entree. Good service and not too crowded for Sunday lunch hour.

Located in the same shopping center as Publix, but at the far other end, the area can get pretty busy. There is plenty of parking, both adjacent to the building as well as across a main traffic lane. Because they are located on the end, they also have a lot of parking there as well, and the traffic is much less. There are several handicapped spaces in the end lot. I ordered takeout, but they told me it would be ready before I completed my errands so I asked if they could make it ready at a specific time. They indicated it would be no problem. I didn't necessarily expect they would hold the prep until later, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were just walking my order to the front when I walked in at the time I said I would be there. They even had to run to the kitchen to get fresh bread for my order. I ordered the steamed veggies with chicken, which is a dish without pasta. This is clearly indicated on the menu. Overall the dish was fine, but rather bland. I would have liked more seasoning. Everything was cooked properly. The garlic rolls were excellent. They would make an excellent accompaniment to every order. The salad was simply outstanding. It completely filled the to-go box. There was a wonderful assortment of items, the lettuce was crunchy, and everything seemed fresh. The service was extremely friendly, the food very good, and the menu has many other items I am really looking forward to trying.

I found this place by doing some google work, I am moving into the soddy daisy area soon. I took a chance on this. And it turned out to be a small treasure. My only complaint? The veal was on the luke warm side and had to send it back to get it fixed. But definitely will be back

First off, Hixson needs this mom and pop because there's way too much corporate restaurants. It clearly shows because Biba's is always full when I order food. The bolognese is fantastic. The portions are reasonable and I always enjoy eating take out here. The spicy sausage add on is yummy and the fries reminds me of checkers/Rally's fries. Yummm crispy flavorful. It's a guilty pleasure.

Fettuccine alfredo with blackened shrimp is the best ever!!! Highly recommend, also the lettuce in their side salads is unusually crispy.

This is a locally owned Mom and Pop Italian place. When you walk in, you are greeted with the wafting of oh-so-good garlic rolls that have to be tasted to be appreciated. The food is authentic and made fresh and wonderful. For Hixson, Tennessee, this place is the best Italian you're going to get in the area.

Was just passing thru on the way to Atlanta. Was super excited to see this place! Used to eat here 10yrs ago when I lived in Lawrenceville GA. Was my fav restaurant! I forgot how spicy the fra diavla sauce is but soooooo good. I recommend doing 1/2 regular and 1/2 spicy. So happy that we stopped by for dinner and to let traffic die down. Would love for them to open a location in the Nashville area. Had such great service as well!!!!

We've returned a number of times now, usually for dinner, and my impression and recommendations are the same. This is a place that feels like a small neighborhood restaurant where the staff and the clientele are friendly and welcoming. I now have tried a number of dishes and never had anything I didn't enjoy eating. Love the specials they have. Really love the calzones and stromboli. I've had the five cheese calzone with pepperoni and sun dried tomatoes many times and I think it's now part of my dna. You need to stop in and have some of this wonderful food!

This has to be the worst Italian food I've ever tried everything taste Like it came out of a chef boyarde can. Honestly if you like this place you should probably grow better taste buds

I'll get this out of the way first, I am not a fan of their marinara. I had a bad first or second impression due to that the dishes I ordered were red sauce base. Maybe it's just not my style. However, they have some of the best pizza around! The crust is so light and perfect, the same with their garlic rolls. We've tried several other non red sauce based dishes since and have been impressed! Love the environment, it feels like a family restaurant. My 5 year old daughter loves coming here, as well!

Catering is Fantastic Just placed a catering order for 60 people from Biba's. While I had a really slow start to getting the order going, they more than made up for it in the end. Brooke was great to alert me that I had over-ordered and we made adjustments from there. Thanks Brooke, that was super great! My meal had to feed vegetarians, vegans and gluten sensitive people. Biba's hit the spot! And the gluten free pasta tasted really good. I highly recommend the presto sauce on anything and the eggplant. Everyone was very pleased and I got tons of compliments. Delivery was on time and the food was still pipping hot when it got there. I highly recommend them for catering. My only tiny complaint is that they refused to take my order in an email and to be honest they may have valid reasons why they do that. Just be prepared to have the order taken over the phone. They will email you an order confirmation. But the food is so good don't let that be a deal breaker for you. Great Job Biba's. I recommend them for catering and will use again when needed in the Chattanooga area.

I had to shrimp and scallops with fettuccine noodles. It was outstanding. I will definitely go back love this dish just the right amount of heat to it. Perfect dinner.

It is a large open restaurant, so it's a little noisy, but their food is good. The portions were just a little small.

First time here and we enjoyed it. The fresh rolls were amazing! Service was great and everything is reasonably priced. Happy to support this local business, we will be back.

BiBa's is great, it's casual and warm. The pasta is so tasty and flavorful. Some may feel overwhelmed by the menu because it is kind of large but I doubt you'll get something you won't enjoy here. Service is so friendly and warm every time we are here!!

My wife always get the chicken Florentino. I also go for that quality dish myself frequently. But this time I ordered the Sicilian pizza just cheese and bacon, everything is better with bacon right? It was loaded up with lots of bacon on every slice! Wait staff was super.. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS GREAT. IM GLAD WE MOVED CLOSER TO BIbas. Oh the garlic knots yes.

Best restaurant and bar in Hixson. The food is consistently good and the bartender makes a wonderful cocktail. Highly recommend!

I had eggplant parmigiana. It was good. The bread is okay. I like Olive Garden's bread & salad better. Decent prices. My mother had pizza. She really liked it. I tasted pizza as well. I thought it was delicious. I will be going back to try the calzone. Plus I live really close to BiBa. I get tired of always going to Olive Garden. I only go to Provino's on my birthday. It's rather expensive. It does have a nice quiet atmosphere too. A good wine selection as well.

Good little Italian place in Hixson. Reminds me a little of a popular Italian eatery in East Ridge with the atmosphere and menu. It's a good size establishment to be in a strip mall, with mainly tables in the center dining room. The menu is what you'd expect from an Italian place and the portions are decent. If you go hungry I don't think you'll leave with leftovers, so keep that in mind. I've heard really great things about their lunch specials, but I've only gone for dinner. Service was good, most of their staff seemed to be older teens. When we're craving Italian food and don't want to drive too far, we definitely end up here.

Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Great food in a timely manner. Their food is delicious especially the garlic bread.

Jen was wonderful. We went last night (Friday) and it was very busy. Jen was working her tail off to take care of her tables, and ours was no exception. The food was hot and delicious. Don't sleep on the garlic knots!

We love BiBa's food BUT, yesterday we got a take out order, including an extra side of meat sauce. When we got home (you guessed it), NO extra meat sauce. Since we live in Ooltewah, it was certainly too far to go back to get it. My advice, check your order before you leave with it. We certainly will from now on.

When Bi Ba's first opened, we used to eat there a lot. I always got the chicken florentine, which was so crazy rich, but so good. As we were driving by tonight looking for a place to eat dinner, we decided to stop in again. I'm so glad we did, it was so good. Within a minute of being seated, our server Logan was asking us what we would like to drink and if we would care for an appetizer. My husband got a glass of the house red wine, which was very nice and I got a water. I had such trouble deciding what to get, so much sounded good. Logan read off the specials and I decided to go with the shrimp and scallops in a vodka cream sauce, my husband got his usual, pasta puttanesca. Our salads arrived accompanied by their light-as-air garlic rolls. Now, this is my only complaint. It was the croutons. I admit it, you can totally win me over with good homemade croutons. These were not that, they tasted like croutons from a box. With their amazing dinner rolls and yummy pizza, I would think that they could make some fantastic homemade croutons. Up your crouton game, Bi Ba's and you'd definitely be 5 starts in my book. Then the generous portions of pasta arrived. My husband loved the spicy combination of his puttanesca. My shrimp and scallops were soooo good. The vodka cream sauce was light and just right. The scallops literally melted in your mouth. We each needed a to go box and with half our pasta and one dinner roll each, we've got dinner tomorrow night covered! We will definitely go back to eating there more regularly.

Food was cold, and horrible, no seasoning. The waitress seemed hurried with the food. Consider yourself warned...

Tonight was not the night. The service was good. I ordered the Fra Diablo sauce over Fettuccine, I love the spicy Fra Diablo sauce usually but tonight it was no up to par and I couldn't eat it. I didn't send my food back because i didn't want to upset my wife. The manager contacted me and graciously offered to replace my meal.

Food is pretty good, but make sure you check the to-go bag before leaving. We ordered greek salads and got home only to realize they didn't give us any salad dressing. Extremely frustrating

The linguine served upon moisten butterbread was a true taste of Italy. The marinara sauce reminded me of my grandfather! How delicious they both were. The delicious chicken was gray and smushed upon a bed of brown noodles. I've seen noodles with green, red, and purple in it before but these were mostly gray and brown which I think is more comforting (and certainly less liberal). The service was great, and we loved the carpeted floor!
