I could tell that she genuinely cared about my vision and worked tirelessly, even beyond her working hours, to ensure every detail was just right. Her attention to detail and dedication truly stood out, and I felt so supported every step of the way. Sam and Marni were also a huge part of why I loved every visit. Their warm, positive energy and kindness made me feel like I was visiting friends rather than a store. Every time I walked through the door, it felt like stepping into a place where I could completely relax and enjoy the process. Their upbeat vibe made all the difference and created such a beautiful atmosphere. And then, the dress and jewellery—I felt absolutely stunning on my wedding day. The entire team at Bibi London helped me create the look of my dreams. I can’t recommend this place enough! For a while, I always knew I wanted to get my bridal outfit from BIBI London. When the time came, I booked my appointment which was seamless and it was the first place I was going to check out the styles. Aysha was my point of contact and she was amazing from start to finish, listened to what I wanted and kept looking for the right style. I purchased the outfit that day and from that moment the already great service just got better. Marni was always so welcoming and made sure she made every bride in the room feel comfortable and beautiful. A decision I won't ever regret and honestly the modifications I asked for were amazing. Everyone to this day is still talking about how beautiful my outfit was. I recommend booking and purchasing with BIBI London because they listen to your ideas and find a way to make it happen. So much love for the whole team because I did not realise until it was my turn to get married how much an outfit can make you as a bride feel perfect! X

Bibi’s was wonderful! I initially got a special occasion dress which they custom fit in a short time, came out beautifully. I then found another dress which was from one if their many designers— they took measurements for a custom dress and I was amazed at how perfectly it came out, even with changes. While there, I found yet another beautiful dress which they worked with me on to find a suitable fabric when the original was not available. I can’t say enough about the friendliness and commitment of the staff & how much they want to truly create an amazing experience for the client. They have a dedicated seamstress who is incredibly talented and efficient. The experience at Bibi was one of the best I have ever had at any dress shop and I would recommend that anyone looking for a special occasion outfit, or just to have some fun exploring the possibilities should visit this shop in London!

Would highly recommend Bibi London to any prospective brides looking for an Asian outfit. Aysha and Marni were excellent from start to finish! They made me feel really relaxed and did not pressure me to make any decisions. The environment was very inviting and flexible. I had my heart set on a TPK pastel outfit and Aysha did an amazing job at liasing with TPK and getting the customisations I wanted. My outfit was ready early and the team altered my blouse on the day of collection so I didn't need to come back again. Everything was finalised 5 months before my wedding day! Amazing service and couldn't have done it without them.

I can’t thank the Bibi team enough, particularly Teenm and Rani. They were so helpful throughout the wedding process and made sure all of my outfits were perfect. Not only did they help with my outfits, they also helped my husband and our family members when other clothing boutiques had not delivered. They were able to quickly offer other outfit options which exceeded the original outfits they had ordered elsewhere. I will always use Bibi going forwards and would recommend them to anyone!

Visited to look for a Mendhi outfit, Aysha was so helpful, patient and had great suggestions. I didn't ultimately end up placing an order, but that was purely due to the fact I decided to go for a Pakistani designer on this occasion - but due to the customer service, how quickly they're able to get in touch with a designer if you're interested, and the wide variety of Indian designers Bibi London work with, I will 100% be visiting later on for a family wedding. After having a terrible experience with another boutique that ruined my wedding reception outfit (Lilly Boutique), I was devastated. With less than three weeks to go until my big day and no outfit, my sister recommended I contact Marni at Bibi London. She had purchased her outfit from them and had a great experience. From the very first phone call, Marni was simply amazing. She understood the urgency and stress I was under and immediately put me at ease. Despite being in Manchester and the challenges of traveling to London, she made the entire process so smooth. Marni and her team went above and beyond, ensuring every detail of the outfit was exactly how I wanted it. They worked tirelessly to make sure the outfit was designed, made, fitted, and adjusted in time for my reception, all while keeping me updated and reassured throughout. I went in to pick up a bridal saree with a very specific vision in mind, and a couple of months later I walked out with something that was everything I wanted and more. Ayesha brought my vision to life and was wonderful throughout the entire process. The quality of the saree, the fast delivery, and even the showroom itself were all better than I could have hoped for. I also met Sam, who was incredibly down to earth and followed up after my appointment to make sure everything went perfectly. I couldn’t recommend Ayesha or Bibi more!
