Absolutely disappointed every time I get food from here. I usually Uber eats it and its always disappointing I will never eat there again and I payed over 14 dollars for this not worth my money

The taste of the food itself is very good! With that said, the other reviews are correct that portions of some of the items can be a bit small and appear to be more for a garnish than taste Also, went there like 3 hours before close and they were out of the salmon already with no intention of making more... As a side note, if you eat here, be careful eating at the table to the right of the door when you walk in. When the sets of doors open, it creates a wind tunnel that hits that table

This style of restaurant is kinda similar to Chipotle type. You get a bowl of rice, noodle, salad, or half and half and build it up with different ingredients. I love it because the ingredients are super healthy and it’s Korean food.

For almost $11 a regular bowl, I’d expect more food. The broccoli and Bean sprouts were more of a garnish than for the meal. Friendly service, clean location.

I love the new menu items, fresh and a variety of flavors to choose from! I got the turmeric rice and miso salmon along with other toppings I usually enjoy. Amy served me and she was very personable and made my experience feel unique.

Portion size reduced by 50%. Very dirty and unsanitary, lots of visual contamination all over the restaurant, including kitchen. The slowest staff on earth, expect 10-20 mins to get through line without a wait. Very unwelcoming, rude employees always give dirty looks. Used to be a great place, has gone down hill in 2025. Spend your money elsewhere. Not sure if they got a new manager who doesn’t care, or what happened, but this is the worst fast casual place in the area.

Even my kids love their food and In addition to being a delicious Korean Chipotle it's about the healthiest option I can find that is fast casual.

Seems like there’s a new manager there named Crystal. She is always given attitude to me and she seems like she hates her job. They now charge for sauce on the side? I’ve never been charged for sauce and she goes “my staff wouldn’t be doing there job if they don’t.” She tried blaming me. Might not return because of her and portion sizes are a lot smaller. I’ll go back to Chipotle.

First time trying this an it was very tasty! I built my own bowl. I had Korean bbq beef, sweet potato noodles, super Greek mix, double kimchi, bean sprouts, carrots, double Potatoe, egg and red onion. It was a very generous portion in my opinion! The only down side was the potatoes. They were extremelyyyyy dry. I'd def go back and try something else!

Nowadays, you can't get a large bowl of takeout food for the price bibibop offers. For only a little over $9 you can get a large bowl with carbs and meat and unlimited veggie toppings etc! There's so many toppings (broccoli, pickled cucumber, egg, potato, corn, kimchi, etc). It lasted me two meals and chipotle only lasts me one and it costs more for cheaper ingredients (beans corn lettuce). Thank you bibibop for not just trying to make a profit like other businesses and actually making yummy healthier foods assessable.

My daughter likes to cone here because she loves the kimchi here iwent with a rice bowl they are pretty cheap around 10 bucks not sp bad for some healthier foods the workers are nice here anytime I have stopped in I rarely ever had to wait to order it's a good quick healthier choice if your wanting something fast amd cheap

I like BiBi Bop for a fast healthy meal. The Fairview Park location is close to several stores and is easily accessible. The dining room is clean and the staff are friendly. I chose the tofu bowl with super green salad. It os nice to be able to customize your bowl based on your mood. The regular is a lot of food. The smaller size seems plenty for a light lunch. As an added bonus they offer free miso soup.

I have been going to this BIBIBOP for a while, and I have overall had a good experience here. The food tastes fresh, and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere to eat in. However, the past few times I have gotten takeout from here, the order has been messed up, with the most recent one being almost completely wrong. Go here if you like surprises!When the order is right, the meal is tasty.

One of the top fast-food spots in town for me. This place is a constant craving - their food never disappoints. The spicy chicken and tofu options are consistently solid. Bibibop is a surefire choice; you can't go wrong with it.

They give you barely any food these days. The lady gave us half a cup of each serving. I also think she was the manager which made it even worse. We came in on Thursday 10/24/24 at 5:40pm.

First ever visit, and overall, it was a good experience. Good, not great. I tried a double portion of chicken and spicy chicken as my main proteins, on a bed of white rice. The chicken was very rubbery, watery, etc. (I tossed it out), but the spicy chicken was thankfully better, so I ate that. I got the impression that the quality and consistency of the chicken here is just not that good. I was also disappointed that there are no seafood protein choices, such as salmon, shrimp, scallops, cod, etc. I will return, but I will only order the spicy chicken.

Tasty, healthy, and unique option. The bowl holds a lot of food that can be saved for a second meal. I enjoyed the spicy chicken and variety of toppings including kimchi, kale, pickled cabbage, and more. The seating inside was also pleasant.

Don't waste your time reading this review, GO! Get yourself a bibibop bowl. Your tastebuds will thank you .

Oh. I don't know where to begin. I tried this place. And immediately had to come back the next day. I built my own bowl and added some spicy ingredients. I was extremely happy with the outcome. You have to try this place. You won't be disappointed. I for sure wasn't.

Good service, good food, calorie counts are posted, very clean, seating is good. Highly recommend.

For a long time I let my original review stand. Last night's experience requires an update. Ordered 6 items online. Assigned names to each order so it was easier for me to keep track. When I got home I found the bowls were not marked and several had the wrong ingredients. There was one other customer in there when I picked up (more than half an hour before close). I paid and left a tip online - not big on tipping for a computer taking an order so it wasn't 20% but it wasn't zero. This is what it was like when Chipotle started to go downhill - please don't let it happen here!

I ordered a bowl with avocado on it and they ran out on the line. They had it in the back But never told me or said anything and had me wait there with out saying anything. I asked about my order a couple minutes later and was told to wait instead of saying they are out or they don't have time or patience to get it. So I never got my food. They were very rude and short tempered during this whole time and I watch several customers get severed as I waited for my food. After about another 20 minutes of waiting I realized they are not going to make my food. It was as if they wanted me to give up on ordering so they didn't have to get the avocado. I won't be coming back to this location and do not recommend it to others. They have better managed locations else where in town.

This is my favorite BiBiBop in the Cleveland area. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The helpings/toppings are never skimpy or small - they are what should be served for the price of the entree. Unlike BiBiBop in Avon, this location is customer focused and makes sure your order is not overcooked, skimpy, or not fresh. If it doesn't meet your expectations they will do what is needed to make sure you are one happy customer! My only issue is that their Miso soup is so popular, that by mid-afternoon the soup is all gone. Everything from the BiBiCup to the full entree is always well prepared, generously served, and fresh. PLUS the dining in area is always clean - not an easy task when busy. So make this your go-to BiBiBop in Westgate Mall and you won't be disappointed!

There really isn't much to review here... it's a chain fast causal restaurant with a similar concept to Chipotle. I've had Bibibop before, just first time at this location. Was craving a healthier meal, so I stopped by. Everything was as expected -- pick your carb, meat, veggies, and top it off with sauce. Kimchee is more sour than expected, and protein really isn't much (one scoop), so take that all into consideration when building your bowl and flavor combo.

BIBIBOP asked me to check out the restaurant before it had opened to the public and the whole experience was wonderful! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming as soon as you walked in. All the ingredients were fresh and it's so nice to know that everything is made in house! BIBIBOPs focus is on wellness and it's amazing that they follow through with their message. There are so many options to choose from, it can be hard to make up your mind! I went with a steak bowl, purple rice, and all sorts of other veggies on top. It was so delicious and filling, but without that heavy bloated feeling! If you're looking for lunch I would definitely try out BIBIBOP.

If you're looking for a somewhat healthier alternative lunch spot near Westgate... this is a solid fast casual build your own bowl concept that meets the mark. I tried a bowl with purple rice, sweet potato noodles as base with chicken, veggies and yum yum sauce. The bowl was fresh and flavorful with every color of the rainbow. The miso soup is supposedly free and self serve but when we went they didn't have any set out.

Great healthy option for a quick meal,I definitely recommend! The Westgate location has the best staff! The service we receive is the best! Everyone is friendly the restaurant itself is clean and the food is top notch !

Staff is very helpful about answering questions. The tofu was a little plain compared to other similar restaurants but they also had some nice sweet, spicy condiments, sauces , add ins. Was very happy with how I ordered and already know how I will design my next bowl. Healthy can really taste good here.

Usually very good but yesterday I had a bad experience. I always get a bowl with extra noodles and when I asked the employee he put less than a normal serving. Then when we got to protein I asked for double tofu. He gave me the normal amount and an extra 5 pieces then they charged me for double tofu! I also got a tofu protein cup. They normally fill it all the way and this guy only filled it half way. I told the woman who I thought was in charge and she did not fix it. She just read me my total. So I got charged $14 for like $8 worth of food. I like this restaurant but I will not be back if they keep this up.

I love this spot for a healthy fast casual option. They have a build your own bowl option to get exactly what you want. I love that you have many vegetarian choices and the sauces are amazing. I recommend getting sauces on the side to try a few.

The food here is really fresh. This location is at Westgate Shopping Center/ formally Westgate Mall. For 6.99 you can get a vegetarian bowl with their special sauces. The sauces (Yum Yum sauce) make the taste.

DON'T go here unless you want to get ripped off. I placed an online order and came home to find my bowl 1/4 full!!! I had to drive all the way back, and they said it looks like that because you only got 2 ingredients; rice and tofu. I told them obviously for $10 I want a full bowl, just like the overflowing bowls in pictures. I didnt expect any extra tofu because I know that is an upcharge, but there should have been extra rice to compensate. She said you could ask for extra rice. I told her it was an online order and that wasn't an option. I also mentioned that I had just placed an online order the day before at avon, and they had the common sense to adjust the amount of rice themselves when they saw the bowl only contained two items. Who would pay $10 for a 1/4 full bowl?!?! They also forgot my pack of teriyaki sauce. Also, they let about 8 people go ahead of me before filling my online order that was placed prior to them arriving. When you receive an online order you place it down on the line and go in order of the orders that came in between online and in person. Horrible place! Their food is good though so I would highly suggest the Avon location.

My recent visit was disappointing. The meal was not warm. The salad has large inedible pieces including stems that needed to be thrown out. The takeout containers changed and are waxed paper and get soggy. The meal was not as good as past visits.

I usually go to the one in Crocker Park, this one in Fairview just opened and decided to give it a try. I must say I like it better the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about the food it's super clean and if you download the app you will get a welcome $5 off your meal plus the food is so fresh and delicious check it out

I love bibibop! It's a fantastic option if you eat plant based like I do. I get a tofu bowl with purple rice, assorted veggies, and teriyaki sauce. The tofu is delicious but ask for double, it's totally worth it! The teriyaki is the best non spicy vegan sauce option. The purple rice and sweet potato japchae noodles are both delicious! There are plenty of options for meat eaters and plant based eaters alike!

I always get a tofu bowl. I love it, but don't bother paying the extra $ for extra protein. It makes no difference. I want so darn tofu and you literally get like 10 cubes even if you pay the extra $2.50.
