Bibikhanum Hotel

I thank all the staff at the reception. They are always available for help and they are very nice and friendly, The hotel is very beautiful and very clean and quiet and safe, the location is strategic, and inside the hotel there is a great restaurant, and all the restaurant staff are nice and friendly, the Breakfast has all kinds of eggs, cheeses, coffee and fruits is really wonderful, This is my second visit to the Bibikanum hotel. I had a great time the first time, so I came back again. I will always return to visit Samarkand and stay in Bibikanum Hotel is my favourite. I strongly advise everyone to attend and stay at the hotel, it's really great for family and friends.

They do not accept all credit cards. The rooms are clean. Our showerhead was broken, but useable. The keyless entry only worked for one day, then they issued a key. Restaurant has meh food that must be paid for in cash only. Entire staff seemed to operate on one brain cell combined. You do not have to be smart to be polite, to their advantage. Location is the biggest benefit of the stay.

Clean room, friendly people who spoke English and made my stay quite pleasant. We rode motorcycles and they let us stage one for a picture. Good restaurant. Close to Registran Square and of course the Mosque. Would recommend again!

Fabulous location, restaurant on site, great breakfast buffet. The only problem we encountered was that the payment had to be in cash because US credit cards have no PIN number. That depleted our cash reserve significantly.

Memorable experience, this hotel is a MUST GO in Samarkand. Fantastic location, brand new rooms. Thank you also to Murat and the rest of the staff for the great service.

This is a very nice hotel and to know how good the location is, you just need to look to the pictures. Good rooms, good breakfast, good service. Only disadvantage (of the location): far from the best restaurants in the city (but close to the sights).

Unsafe environment due to shody electrical. Upon checking in I plugged the lamp into the wall, and the electrical outlet exploded blowing the cord apart, burning my hand, my eyebrows and the front of my hair. The staff were outside the door when it happened, and I immediately told them what happened. They didn't apologize. They didn't ask if I was OK. They did not offer to move me to another room. They did nothing about the situation except bring me a new lamp. ||The staff is unorganized. Despite confirming our bookings two weeks in advance, again confirming them seven day prior to arrival and again two hours before arrival, when we checked in the staff acted like we had no reservations and they knew nothing about our coming. After showing them the WhatsApp messages, including the quoted prices it took another hour before one of our three rooms were ready, and then we had to deal with the explosion of the lamp and socket. ||We booked a triple room, a double room and a single room. After we arrived the staff removed a bed from the single room and put the bed in the triple room.||We will not be staying here again and highly recommend, for safety reasons, others avoid doing so.

Stayed in this hotel for three nights. This hotel has excellent location near Bibi Khanum mosque, and has beautiful view. Breakfast spread was very good with a beautiful dining area. Very easy to do site seeing as E vehicle can be taken from the main road, which is a pedestrian zone, here other vehicles are not allowed. For commuting to/ from hotel, Yandex can be taken from the back lane, near Bobur restaurant, from where the hotel is a few steps away. No issue for carrying luggage too, as there is a narrow lane besides Bibi Khanum mosque, which connects the back lane to hotel. ||Hotel needs to work on other aspects- better house keeping and wifi. Bathroom cleaning needs to be done properly with refilling of toiletries. Sugar wasn’t provided even after demanding. Wifi didn’t work for 1.5 day, which was quite surprising.
