What an incredible experience at @bibodoha in Al Gassar Resort. Focusing on Spanish Tapas from @danigarcia7 and some different Spanish dishes.
Started off with their Ceviche de Lubina (Seabass with a delicious yellow aji amarillo sauce) and Ceviche de Atun (Tuna with red sauce). To try something different we got the Tartar de Tomate (which had sun dried tomatoes, roasted tomatoes and fresh tomatoes) the texture and flavor was actually very good and went so well with their toasted bread.
Then we tried their Brioche Cojundo (Wagyu chorizo with caramelized onion in a brioche bin topped with a perfect runny quail egg), honestly out of this world. Also got the Pulpo a la Gallega, perfectly cooked octopus slices topped with paprika and olive oil on a bed of potatoes (was okay). And then for the star of the show the Lubina Frita en Adobo (deep fried Seabass), super tender bite size pieces and very yummy.
For main course we tried the Arroz de Setas y Langostinos, creamy mushroom rice with shrimp topped with charcoal crispy rice.
To finish it off we tried their Souffle de Avellanas (super creamy and chocolaty souffle) and one of their off menu desserts, chocolate mousse topped with chocolate crisps, dulce de leche and coconut meringue, with a side of olive oil ice cream! I was very surprised with this, it was actually pretty nice and creamy and went well with the chocolate mousse.
