I visited this camera store to check the stock of Fujifilm cameras, but the experience was extremely disappointing.
For 30 minutes, I stood in the Fujifilm section, and not a single staff member came over to assist. The employee assigned to the Fujifilm area was instead chatting casually with another colleague the entire time. When I approached a staff member to ask about camera availability, he completely ignored me and continued his conversation.
As an international tourist, I tried to communicate in English, but the staff refused to speak any English and only responded in Japanese, making it impossible to get any help. This kind of dismissive and unprofessional attitude is unacceptable, especially in a store that should cater to customers from all over the world.
I cannot recommend this store to anyone, especially foreign visitors who expect basic respect and assistance.
