BICA Maputo

I came on a Saturday afternoon. It was fairly quiet. I got the dirty chai and the French Avo. The dirty chai was delicious! The French Avo was good but could be better. The croissant was soft, buttery and flaky. Basically perfect! The dish definitely needed two eggs. The chill sauce was interesting, not bad, but flavor wise did not flow like you would expect. I would come back though! The coffee here is one of the best places in town !

A wonderful corner to spend a few minutes of your day sipping your favourite drink. I grabbed two hot chocolates to go, they looked perfect, tasted even better, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Every single staff interaction added to the charm, genuinely uplifting the visit. They open at 6am and close at 6pm, if you’re nearby, drop in. It’s worth your time.

A great little trendy coffee shop and finally found a place in Mozambique with a selection of alternative milks after a month of travel here! Coffee is fantastic. Definitely a local spot to try if you rely on good coffee to exist.

Really nice environment to just chill, get some work done or enjoy the fresh air in the outdoor space, get a drink and hangout with friends or by yourself even. I already enjoyed this space to relax by myself when it was only Mundos, but now with this new cafe it really adds more to the environment. I had a coffee frappé. It was really good! Very well balanced as well. I also had a cheese and bacon toast which was equally good, i just forgot to take a picture. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I’ll definitely be going back! (also note that they only take card payments so keep that in mind when you go)

The mango peach exploding boba is very good.

Very chilled atmosphere and very friendly staff. Definitely the Best hot chocolate and frappuccino in Maputo. Highly recommend this place. If you want a chilled vibe with family and friends.

Croissant with cream cheese and eggs. The cream cheese was a bit much for the size of the croissant but the combo with the egg inside made this a pretty good option for breakfast.

Best place to have a coffee Breakfast or a brunch. Meeting place and a quiet place to come n do some work. Totally recommend it! Service is top notch Baristas n staff members are friendly and polite and helpful.
