We called in advance specifically to reserve a good front table on the terrace. Despite plenty of empty tables when we arrived, we were seated almost inside — at a cramped, uncomfortable table where you could barely move.
The service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed completely uncoordinated and inattentive throughout the night ,our table and the one next to us kept getting mixed up, even when it came to the bill, which they gave to the wrong table.
The Moroccan manager was shockingly unprofessional such as interrupting while speaking and showing no basic manners. It genuinely felt like there was zero hospitality and zero understanding of proper guest service.
Their website doesn’t even show prices, so you only find out once you’re there — and paying AED 1,200 just for starters was the final insult. On top of that, they charge a mandatory 10% service fee, but it’s unclear what exactly you’re paying for.
Overall, this place lacks management, training, and basic service standards. Either they completely revamp their team ,especially the management ,or they might as well close. It was a total disappointment from start to finish.
