Bicheno by the Bay

New 1 bedroom unit. Very clean and modern. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture. The bed was too soft for me and combined with large “high” pillows was very uncomfortable. Good shower with lots of hot water. Weak wifi signal so we used 5G. Which was very strong. Checking in very easy - Yves was very friendly and helpful. Good location, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We stayed in the chalet style accommodation and loved it! ||Was very cute and had everything you would need. ||The accommodation is in an excellent location, a 5 minute walk from the whale trial and Bicheno blowhole and not much further to get to the Lobster shack which had the best views for dinner or a drink! ||Also a 5 minute walk from the shops.||A 30 minute drive to Freycinet National Park which is why we picked this location.

We were delighted with our 3 night stay in the cabin called The Shack. If you're after relaxed, beach-vibe holiday accommodation this is the place to stay! Great view of the blowhole from our deck and it's literally across the road! Our king bed was super comfy and the shower was hot with good water pressure. Everything was very clean and tidy. Tiny blue wrens entertained us every morning and evening. We will definitely come back again to stay in this cabin. Thankyou so much to the owners who were friendly, and so helpful in their advice on things to do in Bicheno, which is a really lovely seaside town.

We stayed here for three nights, in the one-bedroom Wattlegrove cabin. Very clean, comfortable and spacious for a couple, with well furnished living, kitchen, bedroom, dining areas. ||Great location, close to the beach, the blowhole, and the shops. ||Excellent friendly service at check-in and check-out. ||We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Lovely little cabins with a lot of character, I'm obsessed with the different colors they've chosen to paint the outside of each cabin, makes it feel like a charming little village. The location is unbeatable, with almost everything you need within a 10-15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. Our cabin had a view over the ocean and we could even see the bicheno blowhole from our balcony. The staff were extremely friendly :) Cons: The cabin was nice but a little under-decorated. The air conditioner seemed to struggle heating up the room even after being left on for hours, on high temperature and on high fan speed; thankfully they provide heated blankets which helped offset the struggling ac. Unfortunately there was no smart TV. Overall a great stay, definitely would recommend; but if you're wanting to watch streaming services in the evenings I suggest packing a digital media player like a Chromecast.

Had an absolutely amazing stay here. From playing in the pool to having a blast at the tennis court, this is a great place for all people. To top it all off the staff here are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet.

Lovely, very good value for 5 people. Wallabies in the evening and 300m from the sea. Rooms cute from the outside, fairly standard motel style inside.

While I selected pay at hotel in the booking of two nights, they immediately charged my credit card for one night. The 2nd night was charged the night prior to check in.When I checked credit card transactions, they over-charged charged 3.74. I contacted them, they then provided a receipt indicating credit card charge and agreed to refund. Be careful to check your credit card transaction.The villa location is far from sea, no chance to watch penguin at night. I asked them where I can see penguin, they asked me to join tour.
