DON’T GO THERE. The lunch menu is completely different from the regular (dinner) menu, and they don’t inform you about this until you arrive. The lunch menu only includes two pizza slices, two pastas, and two paninis — that’s it. I used First table discounts. I’m required to pay a $10 booking fee, plus I must order two drinks, on top of whatever food you get. My boyfriend and I went there. Given how limited the menu was, we ordered two pizza slices, one pasta, and the required two drinks. Our total came to $52. With the 50% discount, it should’ve been $26, right? But they charged us $30… Even if they had charged the correct amount — $26 + $10 booking fee = $36 — it’s still way too much for two small pizza slices and a pasta that tasted like something from Coles. Really disappointing.

We were looking for a new venue to visit in Acton. There are many venues around, and this venue is one of the finest. Our reservation was for 8:15pm and the food was still prepared perfectly and so well prepared. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the chefs brought out our food promptly. We enjoyed charred octopus as an entree, spicy crab linguine, and a gamberi pizza. Thank you chefs, waiters, and all the staff. Next time, I should put the points on my Accor Live Limitless account. If you haven't been before, give it a go.

We really enjoyed the food at this Restaurant, which is not the norm for 'hotel restaurants', so much so, we went 2 nights in a row. ACCOR card accepted, pasta was housemade and really delicious. Equally the pizza. A surprise and stand out, though, was the kale...never enjoyed a kale dish before this. Bravo! Losing 1 star for atmosphere because much like the rest of the common areas of the hotel, the room was too cold for a Canberra Winter.

went on a saturday night and it was quite packed, but the service was lovely—staff were super friendly and attentive. the food, though, didn’t quite hit the spot for me. not bad, just didn’t blow me away. overall, still a decent experience

Came here with my family for a celebratory dinner and the food was nice, drinks were a bit of a hit or miss and the service wasn't all that attentive. They were friendly when they were serving us but not very prompt. All the food was good but nothing really stood out. A nice venue, though clearly everyone finds it difficult to find as the hotel reception was more than ready to direct us. Was still a good meal. Thank you.

We ordered the prosciutto pizza, crab linguine, and pistachio tiramisu and everything was spot on. The pizza had that perfect crisp edge and generous slices of prosciutto, the crab linguine was fresh and full of flavor without being heavy, and the pistachio tiramisu, while a bit too creamy, had a subtle nutty twist that totally worked. The staff were incredibly attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole evening feel relaxed and enjoyable.

Early dinner time with the Tofu family having missed lunch and we hankered for some Italian. This was walking distance away and opened at 5pm. Orders taken straightaway and also told that Happy Hour at the bar was still open. $15 cocktails sounded good. Service was excellent; polite, prompt and attentive. Share plates requested and brought without a fuss. Entrees of frito misti and hotpot prawns were quick to arrive. Light crispy batter and accompanied by lemon wedge and house tartare. The prawns came swimming in a tasty sauce begging to be mopped up with some pasta or fresh bread. Small portions both but delicious. Both salads were well dressed and fresh. Reasonable size and recommended. The burrata was also delicious and fresh. Crab linguine was overpowered by the chili so the white wine sauce and crab tasted bland. The Lamb pappardelle was delicious and a highlight. Both also small portions more suitable as an entree. We had to try a pizza and chose the Capricciosa. Light chewy base and a reasonable spread of toppings. A nice size to share. Canolli and tiramisu for dessert and both were mediocre. Canolli was crisp and the ricotta filling cold. The pistachio crumb was a nice touch. The tiramisu was OK not great.

Google
The food was lovely with great portion sizes for the capricciosa pizza and duck ravioli. The only downfall was the focaccia was more of a garlic and rosemary pizza than the traditional Italian bread. The service was sweet but a little disappointing as there were only a few people eating but we had to actively flag down the waiters. Overall the atmosphere was cute but underwhelming.

Yelp
We've been to Bicicletta a few times over the years, and always had great food from them. This night, we stopped in for a pizza and a couple cocktails as hotel guests. The base dough was hand made and the ingredients (including porcini mushrooms and Gorgonzola cheese) was really flavoursome. As a hotel restaurant, at a boutique establishment, the opening hours are long and potential crowds can vary widely. Regardless, I reckon you'll be able to get some tasty Italian dishes here.

Yelp
We came here for a simple, light meal and were not disappointed. The two pasta dishes were perfectly prepared -- al dente, with lots of flavor and visual appeal. The place was crowded and noisy, but the servers were efficient and extremely friendly. Some of them almost ran to keep up with the pace of the place. My dining companion, who is Italian, said our meal was truly authentic. We had a great time and would come back again.

Yelp
We were there for a light dinner and drinks. I had the salad with smoked salmon. The waiter indicated it was enough for a meal. It was, but probably more appropriate for a petite woman than a man. The flavors were fine, but unremarkable. There's nothing more basic than green leaves, some olive oil, and smoked salmon. My daughter had a small margharita pizza. She thought it was good, but not remarkable as well. As others noted, it was a bit pricey. All told, it was a fairly unmemorable meal. I might grab something here if I happened to be nearby, but wouldn't come here on purpose.

Yelp
Nice Ambiente, although it looks used. It was too loud and we decided to eat in the bar. The service was overworked but nevertheless really friendly. The pizza was delicious.

Yelp
Stopped in for a drink with friends after the closing day of the History of the World in 100 Objects. For as much lounge-type seating as they have, the servers seemed very confused that, yes, we really did just want to sit and have a drink and a chat. You cannot eat a full-sized meal in those comfy chairs and tiny tables unless you put it in your lap, so... no. It's great for children, if your child is incapable of sitting still or using an inside voice. Service in general is sparse (my glass was cracked and I had to chase down a server to get a replacement), drinks were overpriced, but the location and ambiance are comfortable and relaxed. The food offerings looked and smelled *excellent*, so I'll definitely be back for a meal, but it isn't high priority.

Yelp
Oh it's fine. Nothing too great but nothing bad. It filled my need for food, but not much else. The service was bad, and I was literally the only person there. My server had no desire to serve me, and just seemed to grudgingly do so. I ordered a glass of the local Chardonnay which was quite delicious. For food, I got the spaghetti with seafood - mussels, little neck clams, baby squid, prawns. It came out quickly, seeing as I was the only one. The spaghetti itself was forgettable - obviously boxed but cooked well. The sauce was good, with garlic and chili to add some nice flavor. The seafood was plentiful and seemed to be of decent quality. All in all an okay meal with not too great service. Price for both items was $35.50 which was slightly high but not terrible.

Yelp
Went here for a friends birthday dinner. the duck parpadelle was really good the pizza wasnt bad Prices are expensive for what you are getting. The service is terrible, next to non existent, it basically looked like the staff couldn't wait till we were out of there. To see a member of staff leaning on the wall by the food area when we were waiting to have our table cleared was astonishing. This place is way too over priced, I'm happy to pay more but the service should be there, such a disappointment will not be coming back here any time soon, nor will i be recommending it to any friends.

Yelp
I had the Chicken with prosciutto and it was one of the best meals I've ever had. Sat at a table in the quieter bar area which was nice. Great house merlot and good music. Great service all round

Yelp
Pizza was ordinary and the service was poor. Interrupting conversations and reaching across to serve when it wOuld have been just as easy to walk around the table.

Yelp
We turned up at 17.30 with two tired, hungry toddlers and weren't disappointed. Food was fast, delicious, and although expectedly overpriced (given the district) was fairly good value. Service was prompt and terrific.

Yelp
Elegant atmosphere, and beautiful tables. Table service left something to be desired though. Had to stand up and ask for water. Food did not make up for it, with nothing extraordinary for the price. In no rush to come back.
