Dave added a customization to my handle bars to give me more support and control for my climbing and off-road rides I like to do. Thanks Dave! Awesome shop. My bike had been in a box since coming back to the mainland after an extended job in Hawaii. So glad I took it to Dave to reassemble and give it a tune up. Some pieces had gone missing in the move and they had them on hand. They were able to get me set up before the holiday weekend. Much appreciated. Glad to have found my new bike shop so close to home. Super confident in this place where they clearly know what they are doing. Feel very safe on the bike and secure that it’s well set up. Thanks Dave!

Fantastic bike shop. Quick, honest, could not be happier. I have gotten lights, locks, bike stands, bike tune-ups, brake adjustments, etc, all for a very reasonable price and done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Dave and Bicycle Depot.

This review is long overdue. Dave has been an incredible help with my bike over the years — handling everything from component swaps (wheels, drivetrain, handlebars, and more) to repairs (rear hub, rear cassette) and regular maintenance. He's very responsive, communicates clearly about what needs to be done, and sets time estimates that are not only realistic but usually very quick. Dave has also been great about installing components I purchased online, in addition to parts he sourced himself — always making sure everything is properly fitted and tuned. We've purchased two bikes from Dave for our teen kids over the past three years, and the experience has been just as smooth. He knows his stuff, charges fair prices, and consistently delivers great value. Highly recommend!

Having both purchased a bike and having bikes repaired and serviced by Bicycle Depot, I highly recommend the service by Dave. He made buying my first ever bike a super approachable process, is very upfront about servicing and turnaround times. Very welcome addition to Waldo!

They saved the day helping us repair a stroller tire tube. It was so easy to text to schedule something and they took care of us fast.

Dave had a quick turnaround on my bike that needed some work done and was good to talk to as well. Had a good selection of bike locks helmets and other gear. Along with new and used bikes to choose from, this is a one stop shop.

I am SO happy that the Bicycle Depot has come to Waldo! I have two Trek bicycles, and both of them needed service. Thankfully, I live fairly close to the Depot and so was able to bring both of them over without difficulty on the same day. I had called ahead and explained the situation to Dave; he was extremely friendly and helpful and assured me that yes, he would be able to take care of both of my bikes and they'd be ready to ride again within the week. He was as good as his word! Within 3 business days, he called me to let me know the bikes were ready. While I was at the shop, I had several questions regarding the usual care of my bicycles. He was extremely patient and helpful and explained several points of bicycle maintenance, such as regular cleaning (do NOT hose down a bicycle!), airing up the tires (and the importance of relying on a pressure gauge, not how full the tire "feels"), the finer points of shifting, and what to do if your chain slips off. I know his time is valuable--there were lots of bikes in the shop still needing to be worked on--and I appreciate him taking the time to help me be a better bicycle owner and rider. It's good that the shop is open both days on the weekend; since I work on Saturdays, I rely on Sundays to get many of my errands done. It's nice to have a business that I can visit at a convenient time and day. Dave and his crew have won my loyalty! There's nowhere else I'm going to bring my bikes for service (or for general questions). Bicycle Depot is the BEST!!
