Google
I thoroughly enjoyed the bike tour with an amazing guide, Ty. It was absolutely a great way to feel connected to the city. During and after the tour, I felt positive, young and vibrant energy about Atlanta. The route was truly well thought out, which enabled me to see so many parts and faces of the city. I had so much story to tell colleagues and new people I got to know about Atlanta. I even got to know more about the coca cola founder than someone who went to the coca cola museum. It was my first ever bike tour in a city I visit for a business trip. Actually I received a text message that the tour was cancelled due to rain as soon as my flight landed. I could not believe that it was going to rain in such a sunny sky later in 6 hours. Fortunately Robyn did her magic to accommodate my needs including finding a guide who was willing to do the tour for 1 person despite the weather forecast. It ended up not raining that day after all. It was undoubtly one of my luckiest days.

Google
Fun, friendly, passionate tour of a very cool town I'm reposting my Tripadvisor review here because I want this place to get as much exposure as possible: I urge everyone to see Atlanta this way. Walt was an excellent and friendly guide who helped foster a great group mentality along the way. As a solo traveller it was a great way to feel more connected to the city. It was a great pace and would be accessible and easy for anyone who can ride a bike, no need to be a regular at all. One group on the was re-doing it after a previous great experience, and it delivered again. So you can be confident the top experience is a constant. I was in Atlanta for only 2 days and I'd say it's a must for even a quick visit to get a good feel of the city in a unique way. Thank you to all involved!

Google
This was a great tour of the city. Our guide Walt was great. He was thoughtful about safety, prepared for any and all questions and really knowledgeable about our route. This route gave you a real sense of the distinct elements of Atlanta neighborhoods and you got to get a sense of the history, character, and feel of each community. The bikes were in excellent conditions and rode like a dream. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Google
My family and I were on our way to Florida and decided to spend a day in Atlanta. The weather was going to be perfect so we decided on a bike tour and we couldn't have picked a better tour service! Our guides were exceptional. We felt safe, and well taken care of - they provided durable bikes, helmets, water and a snack. Our three guides were very knowledgeable providing us rich history and great photo opportunities. They were very hospitable and you can tell they loved working for Bicycle Tours of Atlanta. Also, my communication with the owner, Robyn was great, we had an overall great experience and I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to explore Atlanta and meet some friendly people!

Google
The absolute best biking tour! Whenever we travel, we always find a tour to see a new city and this one was so fun filled with adventure and history. Walt was a fabulous tour guide too who was so informative, helpful, and FUN. We did the E-bikes and I would 10/10 recommend that too. Thanks Walt - we will see you next time!

Google
Awesome tour of Atlanta! I did the Fall in Love with Atlanta tour with my sister yesterday. And boy, did I fall in love with Atlanta! Such a wonderful tour through the Auburn Avenue community, Inman Park, Cabbage Town, Oakland Cemetery and others. Our guides, Robyn, James, Tanner, Coltrane, and Jim were knowledgeable, informative, and entertaining in their retelling of the events that created what is now known as Atlanta, all the while keeping us safe as we navigated our way through history. I highly recommend this very illuminating and enjoyable adventure!

Google
This is a must-do for both visitors and locals who want to find out about the history of Atlanta. I took the "I love Atlanta" and the "Civil Rights Tour" and both were eye opening. The guides were knowledgeable and worked to make sure we were all safe. I've cycled in many countries (just to get places) and found the roads to be easy and felt safe. The pace is really easy, with lots of stops to discuss the sights, so anyone who can ride a bike can do this. I was evaluating this for a conference and I will certainly be using the company for that, and I hope to get back and discover more of Atlanta on a bike. If you built in coffee shop stops you could make it an all day event :)

Google
Robyn was perhaps the kindest most thoughtful best tour guide I have ever encountered. I cannot say enough good things about her spirit, attention to detail , focus on safety hand comfort for the ride. She is a highly educated seasoned professional and anyone would be lucky to get to spend time with her. Don’t miss this tour - it was just me and my daughter and we loved the cool neighborhoods and history as this was our first time seeing Atlanta. Know that you are in for a very special and memorable experience!!!

Yelp
I love bike tours & have been on many worldwide. This was an outstanding one as the staff were all super friendly and very careful re: safety for everyone. I booked this for our 1st ATL visit. Really great mix of historical info and sites as well as contemporary movie locations and urban artist works. so glad we got to see so many areas that we would like to return to again. Easy enough that kids & my friend who hasn't been on a bike in 10+ yrs could do the tour - invigorating enough that more athletic types don't feel bored. Highly recommend

Karen M.

Yelp
I went on the Civil Rights tour last weekend and it was FABULOUS! Our guide, Robyn, was a great storyteller who wove a saga starting from the Civil War to today while guiding us to places I have never been and facts I never knew even though I've lived in Atlanta for 36 years. The story was at times difficult to hear but she told it sensitively and took time for questions at each stop. Even though the tour might sound intimidating at 8 miles and 2.5 hours, it was very manageable for those who had not been on a bike in a long time. We would ride about 10-15 minutes between stops in the shade. The other guide, Toby, was also top notch, keeping all of us safe as we navigated the streets. Everything was handled professionally. Would not change a single thing. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Absolutely amazing! This was the highlight of our short visit to Atlanta, and we would strongly recommend it to any visitors. My husband and I signed up for the "Fall in Love with Atlanta" bike tour, and we left with a deeper appreciation for the city. While August seems to be one of the hottest months, it was definitely worth the sweating - just think of it like a cycling class but with actual breaks! We were able to explore parts of the city we wouldn't have covered by foot or car alone. Robyn was an amazing guide who tailored the tour for us by taking into account our interests for history, dogs and food. She was personable, mindful of what we needed throughout the ride, knowledgeable and fun! Also, we felt safe all throughout the experience with Robyn's clear directions and constant looking out for us. Don't let the price deter you. We certainly left with much more than we expected. Highly recommended.

Yelp
great tour of cool neighborhoods in Atlanta, with interesting history. James was a great tour guide and Coltrane kept us safe in minor traffic. Highly recommend!

Yelp
My bestie and I enjoy taking in a bike tour when we visit a new place - it's an awesome way to learn the layout of a city and, of course, learn awesome fun facts and history. Our guide Robyn was AMAZING, so knowledgeable and professional. I felt safe and comfortable during our entire tour. Robyn asked us about our interests and was clearly well prepared for our tour, sizing our bikes to our height and bringing water/snacks for us. We learned so much about local artists and history. She showed us the beautiful neighborhoods of Atlanta and celebrated the incredible movements and people who emerged there, but she also acknowledged the sacrifices. Slave labor and black communities built much of Atlanta, and it's important to recognize the full history so we can honor those who created this city we love. Overall, our tour was a great way to learn about civil rights and see Atlanta!

Liz J.

Yelp
We've been on two tours with Robyn and her team, and LOVED. She is a very knowledgeable guide weaving together the beauty and pain of our city in an honest, welcoming, and thought provoking manner. We leave her tours always wanting to learn more and having our perspectives about this place we knows as Atlanta continually shifted and reminding us of the varied narratives of history in which we live. We can't wait for the next one!

Connie D.

Yelp
Truly loved this bike tour! The guide, Cory, did an outstanding job! The tour was so informative and really made me understand some of the great history of Atlanta. The pride that Cory, Tanner and C______ had about the city was evident. I appreciate the group introductions before the tour; it was great getting to know other tour participants along the way. Well done!

Yelp
Focused on safety! I ride my bicycle year round and have taken several bicycle tours in a few major American and Canadian cities. My wife is athletic but does not ride as often as I do. BToA did an excellent job making sure all riders are safely taken care of while sharing their love of Atlanta. I don't have kids but would feel secure asking my nieces and nephews to ride with BToA. We rode the Fall In Love with Atlanta Bike Tour. Our guides were friendly and more than willing to share their Atlanta bicycle tips and tourist advice. If they offered a second-weekday tour, I would have taken that too. My wife appreciated how the guides looked after her and the group. I highly recommend BToA. Take the tour early in your trip so you can benefit from their advice.

Yelp
So glad we booked this! We almost didn't, but decided late the night before to sign up. My friend and I were the only two on our tour, so it was personal and perfect! We did the Fall in Love with Atlanta tour. Would highly recommended doing it at the beginning of your visit to Atlanta, if from out of town. We made mental notes throughout the tour of things we wanted to further explore in detail later on during our trip! Our tour guy, Walt, was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to provide so much history and so many fun facts about the city! Absolutely worth the money and time! Along with the Fall in Love with Atlanta, they also have a Civil Rights and a Street Art bike tour! We will definitely do another, different tour with this company when we return to Atlanta!

Yelp
I stumbled upon this tour doing a google search... and thank goodness!! I had a few questions regarding the trip so I called and spoke with Robin before signing up. She was so pleasant and answered all my questions. On the day of my tour, my guide Chantelle informed me that I was her 150th bike tour. And since I was the only person signed up that day, I got a personal tour of the city!!!! We started at a beautiful building in Inman Park where Chantelle made sure I was comfortable on my bike and explained what to expect, how to ride in traffic, etc. We rode through some great areas... Cabbagetown, the Stacks, Oakland Cemetery, the MLK district. I thoroughly enjoyed myself in this tour and highly recommend it to all!!!

Yelp
EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! This was my first trip to Atlanta and since I am a cyclist, it only seemed natural to see the city this way. I found them through Google maybe and watched the CBS video about 6 times to make sure! Then I called Robyn to get a "feel" if this was really as cool as it seemed. LOVED HER! So independent and funny! YES! IT IS AS COOL AS IT SEEMS! First I want to say that if I lived there I would want to be friends with the entire team! They were all sweet and all considerate to make sure everything was good with me and everyone else. Tim is an ABSOLUTE RIOT!!! He had me in stitches through most of the tour. Everything is extremely well-planned but not formulaic. Loved all the history. I thought I would be bored with kids and it wouldn't be enough of a challenge but it was great! Plenty of exercise but at a moderate pace. VERY GENEROUS! I have taken many walking and biking tours and I would have paid much more for this one--it makes it easy to tip at the end because they so DESERVE IT!!!

Ashley K.

Yelp
We had the best experience with Bicycle Tours of Atlanta! We learned so much rich history and beautiful sights, all while on comfy bikes. Our tour guide Tim was extremely knowledgeable and we felt in very capable hands. Thank you!! We highly recommend to anyone!

Yelp
Bicycle Tours Atlanta is a must whether you're a tourist or a resident of Atlanta, or whether in town for a short time or an extended stay. I have now been on the tour twice, and both times were fantastic! PS the bikes are very comfortable and easy to ride. Robyn does a fantastic job of going through the different sites around the city, providing historical relevance to the landmarks, while also telling about the contemporary neighborhoods. She knows the best photo ops in the city (bring your camera!), fun facts about all the neighborhoods, and does this all while making each rider feel extremely welcome to the city of Atlanta. There's no better way to see and get a feel for a city than a bike tour, and Robyn does a fantastic job tailoring her rides to the audience that she's taking through Atlanta!

Yelp
We organized a custom tour with Robyn at Bicycle Tours of Atlanta because we are moving to Atlanta and wanted to get a more intimate feel of the city and its neighborhoods. It's difficult to decide where you will fit in in a large city with so many neighborhoods of completely different personalities, and we were hoping the bicycle tour would give us a better understanding. We weren't disappointed. We couldn't have asked for more from Robyn. She is extremely knowledgeable about the city and uncannily intuitive - she introduced us to neighborhoods and areas we hadn't even considered, but ended up loving. We spent just a few minutes telling her a little about ourselves and what we were looking for, and she put together an entire custom trip and helped us choose the right place to live. Her familiarity with the city and neutral, balanced attitude (read: not commission-driven as a Realtor is) about our task made her the perfect tour guide. If you've ever chosen the wrong place to rent/buy like we have, you know how important it is to know the area BEFORE you move there, and thanks to Robyn, we were able to make a decision we are happy and comfortable with. She knows the roads and the history and the entire city as well as I can imagine anyone does, and she's personable and all-around awesome. I can't recommend it enough. Shame on you if you miss it :).

Yelp
Unfortunately it was raining on the day we had scheduled our tour. However, they proactively called us the night before and offered us to reschedule or give us a refund. Great customer service!
google avatar

Yelp
We did the I Love Atlanta tour and saw great old architecture, famous neighborhoods.and fantastic building art. Definitely do this tour in the front end of your trip to Atlanta because it will add depth to everything you see in the city. Loved it!

Yelp
What an amazing day and mural tour of Atlanta. The tour was supposed to be three hours but our wonderful guide extended the trip based on our interests and her enthusiasm. Robyn was expert navigator through neighborhoods we never would have found on our own. We got some good exercise and complete picture of murals related to social justice.

Yelp
Robyn did an AMAZING job!!! I learned and laughed a LOT! I haven't been on a bike in a kazillion years, but I survived!!!! I most definitely will go on another tour! I love when people share their love with the world and that's exactly what she did!!!! I felt like moving back home by the time it was over...and I've been gone 12.5 yrs!

Yelp
Robyn was amazing. We would totally do this again with her next time in Atlanta. Our group ranged from 19-60 years old and everyone enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

Demetria S.

Yelp
We had a BLAST this weekend. A group of us enjoyed the tour. Robyn - Owner along with guides Cory & Sara were amazing and so much fun. . I have lived in GA most of my life and I learned more. We will definitely be going back and doing the Civil Rights tour. I have shared the information with family and friends and HIGHLY suggest this company/tour.

Yelp
While I can't actually review our tour, I do want to review this company's customer service. My husband had a bicycle accident the day before our scheduled tour, and although their return policy stated 48 hour notice, they had no qualms making a full refund and showing genuine concern in their correspondence. We're hoping to get back to Atlanta for a redo!

Kare L.

Yelp
FUN! Lived here for 30 years and this was definitely a unique way to see our city. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience. And, if you are worried about the biking, it is doable. I'm not athletic and found it reasonable and felt safe. I loved that we were also supporting a woman-owned business. Robyn was terrific. A great family event and you really get to learn from the Atlanta artists' perspective.
google avatar

Yelp
The heart of the city tour exceeded my expectations - even after reading the reviews! First, it's truly a history/city tour on a bicycle. If your main goal is to bike, go rent one on the Silver Comet. This is about learning about Atlanta. While I consider myself pretty schooled on the subject, I learned something about every are we stopped in: Old Fourth Ward, Inman Park, Downtown, Auburn, Cabbagetown. The bikes were straightforward and simple to learn. Our safety was always considered. We were given time to get comfortable with the bikes and learn how to communicate out there. Plenty of stops to learn and ask questions. I've also been motivated to cycle more around the city on my own. I truly hope they can add more tours to the calendar. I would definitely enjoy more experiences!

Yelp
My 11-yr old son and I just took a tour this morning with Sam as our guide. He's a relaxed and confident guide. Our bikes were set up for us, complete with bottles of cold water. We had a lovely morning, saw some nice sights, learned many historical tidbits, & had engaging company. The ride is easy with only a couple very small hills. Try to swing by King of Pops for the best handmade popsicles. After the ride, I highly recommend a walk or drive (.8 mile) to Highland Bakery for yummy lunch and dessert!
google avatar

Yelp
last year i first learned of this tour company while attending a team building event with a group. this tour company has the best tours that are evidently customizable to what the clients like to see. the owner asked me what type of things would i like to see with my friends when i recently decided to plan a belated birthday party bike tour. because my birthday fell on a rainy Easter covid sunday i thought this would be the best idea while enjoying an outdoor activity and also social distancing and yet still being a super fun social party. im so excited to have all my people outside doing something fun, connective, while learning a little about atlanta and touring some of the arty living wall murals. I remember the guides were very personable and fun. Robyn mentioned they have tours more geared towards history or artists tours. We are going to go for drinks and dinner after so an afternoon bike ride is perfect for me. I know my friends will enjoy this unique party idea. thanks guys for being available to us on a sunday.

Yelp
Every single person who visits Atlanta MUST do this tour! I found Bicycle Tours of Atlanta on tripadvisor.com and I was admittedly skeptical of their 5 star rating when they have dozens of reviews. Now that I've been out with them, all traces of skepticism are gone! They have earned their 5 stars, because it truly is an amazing way to see Atlanta. Clearly the folks at BTA have done this before. Their attention to detail is impeccable, and they are clearly focussed on ensuring participant enjoyment and safety. Water and light snacks were provided for the ride, and sunscreen was made available before we got started (which I thought was a very nice touch). Robyn and Doug (I think?) expertly guided the tour which included many important neighbourhoods, an old cotton mill, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's church/burial site/home... There were plenty of little stops to take in the scenery and hear about how each area has evolved, so there is no need to be an athlete or an avid cyclist to participate. The bikes are exceptionally well maintained, and several are even new, which made the ride very pleasant and much less "challenging". Don't be intimidated. The bike does most of the work. :) If there's anything you need, Robyn will go out of her way to make sure you get it, even offering me a ride back to my hotel at the end of the tour. Great tour, great people, fantastic experience. I wish I could've stayed longer and done more than just "The Heart of the City" tour.

Yelp
Excellent tour with very informed guides. Robyn and Tim did a great job. Would recommend to anyone.

Yelp
Unbelievable ...you want a great tour from someone who is like your best friend then check out Robyn and her team. AWESOME..AWESOME..AWESOME

Yelp
I went on this tour a few weeks ago. Since it was a bike tour, I normally didn't think about going on it. After all, who does "touristy" things in their own city? I was pleasantly surprised. The tour was a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I got some exercise, learned quite a bit about the city, and had a great time. I saw parts of Atlanta I normally zip by while in a car. Good times.
google avatar

Alex W.

Yelp
My husband and I had a totally blast riding around with Chantelle (I know I butchered this spelling). It was fun, informative and a great way to see the city. We hit some of the tourist spots, but more interestingly, rode through the neighborhoods to get the feel for the different areas. I HIGHLY recommend this for any visitors (or locals!) Also, I cycle quite a bit at home, and the bikes are well maintained and easy to ride. The speed was slow and steady and you don't have to be an uber-athlete. That being said, 3+ hours on a bike will leave you HUNGRY and ready for a rest. Might have some achey legs the next day! :)
google avatar

Kurt R.

Yelp
You don't have to be an avid cyclist to love this tour. The art is amazing and a bike is the perfect way to ramble from mural to mural. Nice people, too.

Yelp
I am an injured runner who was looking for a way to get some exercise while visiting Atlanta last weekend. I can't run so I was looking up bike rental companies. I came across Bike Tours of Atlanta and it seemed like a great option. Not only could I get some exercise, but I could get a guided tour at the same. I was uncertain about what level tour i should take because while I am an experienced marathon runner, I had only been cycling for about 2 weeks . I called Robyn who explained the experience/fitness levels required for the tour and helped me pick one that would fit. She assured me that the super tour would be fine for me (I'm a 24 year old who has cycled enough to not get sore from the bike seat) but we decided ont he high power tour because I had a friend with me who doesn't have as much endurance. We went out on our tour with Robyn and Carrie (not sure if I spelled that right) and we had a great time. We covered about 10 miles in 3 hours and saw all of the major city highlights. It was not the least but strnous for me, but my friend thought she got a good workout! SHe didn't feel that it was too hard though. Robyn had her camera and took photos for us, and I think Carrie just might be the most plesant person I've ever met. We were given water and Clif Bars and got an introduction to the bikes before we started out. And the $45 price is such a bargain. Many companies charge $20 an hour just to rent a bike. With Bike Tours Atlanta you're getting a rental and a tour for just $15 an hour. I would do it again in a heartbeat. ps. Eating a "huge" breakfast before a 2-3 hour bike ride (as was recommended in one of the previous reviews) is NOT a good idea. As long as you eat a healthy, balanced, normal-sized meal beforehand, drink at least 16 oz of water before you get started, drink water along the way, and have a snack halfway through, you will be fine on your tour. Its also a good idea to eat a good dinner the night before. Having hamburgers or pizza on your stomach won't feel great an hour into your ride! LOL. If you ever feel faint, or particularly tired, just tell your tour guide. Don't wait until you pass out.
google avatar

Andrew J.

Yelp
This has been our third time riding and we loved it, did not get a chance to go on a tour yet but it's always been nice on the belt line too Robyn is always pretty cool so that's why come back. Definitely a spot to bring friends and experience Atlanta while enjoying the scenery.
google avatar

Yelp
I was in Atlanta visiting with family when I did this tour. I did it without the fam but still has a great time. The tour guides are personable and they really looked out for you. It is a great way to learn a bit of history and seriously get some great exercise. If you are looking for an upbeat, professional staff to take a bike ride with, these are your people.

Jack H.

Yelp
Can't say enough good things about this place, had a great time meandering around, getting the scoop on various spots of interest. Tim did an excellent job giving us the background history of the city and area. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Atlanta!

David W.

Yelp
Reading the other reviews it seems as though the biking itself is a good experience. While the historical information presented may be somewhat accurate, current information presented is pure fiction. This tour company is sort of a running joke in Inman Park, where many of the historic homes are toured. Stories about current residents, renovations, interior fixtures, costs, etc, it's all manufactured - and seems to change depending on the week or the guide. If you're looking for a leisurely bike ride to view some great old historic homes, this will work, but know going in that most of the information is fiction.

Stacey K.

Yelp
Love this company and activity. Our guides Robyn (owner) and Victoria were friendly, amazing and filled with fun facts about Atlanta. The biking was super easy with stops to hydrate (they supplied water bottles for everyone) and interesting stops to learn a little bit about Atlanta's rich history. They also have e-bikes for those who need some extra umph. I tried one and it was awesome. I highly recommend this activity for something new and fun to do in Atlanta...great for when friends and family are visiting. They supply the bikes and helmets and they adjust your seats and they make sure you are super comfortable on your bike. Best suited for those 10 years or older. Can't wait for our next ride.
google avatar

Melissa A.

Yelp
We had a blast! This tour was engaging and entertaining filled with great photo ops. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to discover a little more about the city of Atlanta.

Brad P.

Yelp
Sure wish I would have taken this tour my first day in Atlanta. Visiting museums, sports events and restaurants just doesn't give you the culture of a city like a knowledgeable tour guide will. Before biking i did all the tourist things including walking miles of Midtown and jogging a few miles out in all directions... but it was the owner/guide Robyn that made Atlanta come alive. The tour filled in the history, architecture, and uniqueness of Atlanta. I was amazed at how leisurely riding a bike through the city allowed me to turn my head and stare at the sites long enough to appreciate them, but still ride safely and cover lots of ground. While there was traffic, Robyn expertly led us all over the city avoiding almost all traffic, minimal hills, and always very safely. Plus the bikes were in great shape and top quality. I am totally sold on the idea of bike-touring cities, and Bicycle Tours of Atlanta did a fabulous job. A must do!
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
Are you kidding me? You gotta go on a bike tour with Robyn! She's chocked full of knowledge about Atlanta and she's got great bikes that are a joy to ride! Don't sit on your butt in some bus or trolley! Get out and ride this city! I did and it was a wonderful way to get a street sense of the town!

Yelp
W.O.W !!!! What a great idea - "just like riding a bike". As a first time visitor to the amazing ATL, I was looking for a unique way to not only see "cheesy" touristy stuff, but to also surprise my highly athletic honey who has been to Hotlanta numerous times. Bicycle Tours of Atlanta provided the perfect happy medium - a 3 hour tour on bike where both of our endorphins could flow happily, pictures could be taken, and sights could be seen! YESSS! Note - just because one of us is highly athletic, doesn't mean the other one is. For my fellow couch potatos: DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED - YOU CAN DO THIS! I was honest with Robyn and mentioned I hadn't been on a bike for almost a decade. It was evident as we started off. Let me just mention - the bike that I was on a decade ago did not look like the bike that is provided for the tour. What are all these gears and handles and chains? Yikes. Although I had already signed a disclaimer, Robyn kept a watchful eye and gave me a quick refresher session in the parking lot. Along with the refresher session came a pep talk and a threat that she would remove me from the tour if she viewed me as a hazard to myself or more importantly, to moving vehicles. (yes, you will play in traffic in the Heart of Atlanta tour). I appreciated her honesty and her swift kick in the huevos, shaped up, and completed the tour happy, with amazing photos, and most importantly, great memories! We took the Heart of Atlanta tour and saw so many great neighborhoods, parks, districts, and learned so much history on the way. Highlights included the Martin Luther King memorial, Grant Park, Inman Park, Studioplex, Little 5 Points, Cabbagetown, Oakland Cemetary, Fox Theater, and so much more. Robyn has some amazing photo spots picked out where she will take your photo, and her historical factoids are very interesting and informative. Not enough praise can be given about Robyn - not only do I love that she is "carpe diem'ing" and taking opportunities to follow her passion - but it's contagious.

Melissa L.

Yelp
My husband arranged for this bike tour and it was Amazing!!! Huge thank you to Robyn for putting so much thought and effort into making our bike tour so enjoyable. She even brings your water! I talked about the tour the rest of the day. So fun and what a great way to see the heart of the city that you only visit. I highly recommend this tour! So fun & interesting. Easiest 10 miles I've ever pedaled on a bike. Thanks again, Robyn!

Yelp
Loved the Heart of the City Tour! Showed us some great spots, the ride was a well-chosen, relatively easy route, and with 2 guides for 8 riders, we felt very well taken care of. My bike was in excellent condition. We were mostly on side streets but when we went on thoroughfares, they directed us expertly and one of the guides would ride ahead to secure the intersections. They're pros! They include a bathroom break, trail mix and water, and nuggets of Atlanta history as well as thoughts on its future.

Yelp
Excellent bike tour of Atlanta. We had a private tour for our family and another. They sent two guides. It was terrific. There were four kids riding and we had no concerns as they were so attentive to safety. Would strongly recommend this for anyone- resident or visitor- who wants to get to know atlanta better in a different way. We live here but had never been to most of the places the tour took us. The bikes were in good condition and they took time to inspect everything before we got started. Scheduling was easy and Robyn was very attentive to our specific needs/requests.

Yelp
Great tour. Guide had a lot of local knowledge and made the whole experience fun. Lots of interesting history and architecture along with many fascinating public art pieces. Bikes are in great shape and had saddle bags to hold our stuff. She let us set the pace and we did a pretty relaxed tour. Took about 3 hours but there were many interesting stops where you can rest if you need to.

Yelp
We took this tour last Sunday because I wanted to do something different for my birthday, we love outdoor activities so we assumed this was going to be a great option and it definitely was! We had an awesome time, we are not from the US and even though we have been living in ATL for more than 6 years we visited places we had never been before, I think this is the best way to tour Atlanta, you are experiencing live and not from the boring window of your car and dealing with traffic and you can make as many stops as you want. We were privileged to have Robyn touring us privately since we were the only ones in the tour and she took pictures of us and explained the history of places that we visited, she has a great personality and knows very well what she is doing. We loved the sites we saw, can't believe we live in Atlanta and don't know those places exist. Is a must go for everyone who wants to have fun, do something different, exercise and enjoy the beautiful landscapes of ATL. Soooo much fun!

Yelp
This review is long overdue; I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone to take the Bicycle Tours of Atlanta. Robyn is a down-to-earth person that makes you feel at ease no matter what level you consider yourself when it comes to bike riding. My girlfriend and I were celebrating our 2 year anniversary, and we wanted to do something "different" instead of the occasional dinner thing. Well, both of us recently did a "180" and changed our lifestyles where we were in the midst of training for the Virginia Beach Rock and Roll Half-Marathon. For our anniversay weekend, we decided it would be an awesome idea to diversify our workouts with a casual bike ride around Atlanta with Robyn. Let me tell you personally that it was everything I had imagined and even more. We took the Oakland Cementary route where she took us on a "historic" trail that outlined Atlanta pre-civil war. One of the most interesting aspects of the tour is that Robyn gives you a play by play history guideline of Atlanta. As you past certain monuments, buildings, and such you learn about a piece of Atlanta. I grew up in Jonesboro, which is about 20 minutes south of Atlanta. So for me, I got to see first hand the history of Atlanta, and that was neat. My girlfriend is from Virginia so she was able to also witness "Atlanta." It's one thing to drive up and down I75/I85 and pass through Atlanta, but to really take your time and soak up everything the city has to offer is a major plus. That's what the Bicycle Tours of Atlanta did for us. I just enjoyed the ride and atmosphere of the day. I haven't ridden a bike in so long. I truly enjoyed it. Also, Robyn was also able to educate us on bike safety and procedures not only for bike riders, but also for car riders because at times Atlanta has tons of bikers all over the city. Being aware of bikers and the rules outlined for many is something I look for now. So all in all, I enjoyed every minute of it. Robyn will walk you through everything. I seriously would love to come back. You can see how passionate she is about her craft because after the day is over you want to pick up a bike again and just ride and remember how fun and carefree it was when you first learned how to ride a bike. Learning the history of Atlanta + seeing history before your eyes + learning new shortcuts + cool bikes + awesome instructor = A HELLUVA GREAT TIME!!!! doe
