My husband and I visited this restaurant after it was recommended by a YouTuber, and we’re so glad we did! From the moment I made the booking until our arrival, everything was seamless. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The waiter/manager was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything in detail, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Amazing food, I ordered the set lunch meal (starter + main). Beef tartare was the best I’ve had in Paris, very flavorful and rich. The main of the day was sausage and a gratin and the flavors went so well together. I also ordered a side of fries (nice and crispy) and a glass of white wine (9 euros/glass). In total my bill was 45 euros. Excellent service too. I reserved less than 2 hours before my desired time (Tuesday, 12:30PM) and they accepted my reservation. One member came to explain the menu to me in English.

The food here was good. I had the beef tartare, the steak, and the mousse. All three were very well prepared and well presented. The service here was excellent too.

We had lunch at Bien Élevé and were very pleased with the experience. Our meal consisted of a starter, the dish of the day, and dessert. For the starter, we tried the beef tartare, which was a first for us, and it exceeded our expectations. The main dish was grilled chicken served with potato gratin, and it was perfectly prepared. For dessert, we opted for the Apple Tatin with salted butter caramel and vanilla ice cream, and every bite reflected great attention to detail. Unlike many other restaurants in the same price range, which often have long queues despite mediocre flavors, Bien Élevé’s relatively quiet atmosphere came as a surprise. In terms of taste and presentation, it stood out far above its more crowded counterparts. Unfortunately, since it was our last day, we didn’t get a chance to try dinner, but we will definitely return for it in the future.

I have to leave a review. The main guy is super friendly, and so are the waiters, full of energy and always doing their job with love and sophistication. Food was top. I have eaten a lot of (good) steaks in my life and I have added this to my top 5 list of restaurant. Amazing ambiance. Everything fits together. Also good wine.

The best restaurant in Paris! Their food is amazing especially beef tartare, beef meat balls (it is not your typical meatballs the sauce is to die for) their prosciutto amazing! Also they know their beef. If you are looking for best steak restaurants, look no further. I stayed only 7 days and with so many restaurants my list of want to try was long, but came here twice for dinner and every time it was excellent. The servers were so understanding and nice. The mood is relaxing but with energy. My favourite!

A lively restaurant producing solid dishes. Recommend getting the Beef Tartar. The only thing it lacked was that it needed more salt. If you order the rib eye, make sure it’s cooked medium otherwise it will be incredibly chewy and tough to eat. Excellent wine selection and reasonably priced.

It was a very pleasant experience having lunch here, the food tasted high quality and the staff were friendly. My only criticism is that the steak could have tasted better, but I would still strongly recommend trying this place

One of the best steaks I've ever had, and I've been to most of the top NYC steakhouses. Cooked perfectly with caramelized fat and charred on the outside, with soft buttery smooth meat that melts on the inside. Highly recommend and in a great neighborhood of restaurants/bars.

Food: excellent, wonderfully cooked dishes with a solid line of wine offerings. We were very pleased with our orders in terms of presentation and quality. Service: reasonable and efficient. The servers were not entirely proficient with English so tourists are going to have a tougher time but the menu had items in English so it's not so bad! Ambiance: the interiors are nice enough but there is no air conditioning and the ventilation is awful even with the windows open. You are overwhelmed by cigarette smoke and hot air, especially during the summer time. It's a nice enough place but I wouldn't come back here unless it's winter. It was tortuous in the summer heat.

Fantastic new restaurant close to Blvd Haussman. Ceviche, balotine of chicken and a superb chocolate ganache all for 39 euro Would highly recommend for couple or a group setting

The BEST meal we have had in Paris. The tataki appetizer is incredible. Steaks could not be better. A little out of the way but definitely worth it.

The best dinner we had in Paris. The specialty steaks are not shown on the main menus. The côté de bœuf for 3 was superbe. Make sure to order desert. The pear and the ganache were both amazing.

The place is small but cozy and very busy. The food was good and the price was reasonable for the quality of food. The menu was in English and the waiters were friendly and helpful. This place is good for the steak lovers, as besides meat there is a limited choice - there also was a fish of the day option which was quite good. The menu is a bit too limiter for the foreigner, but that's how it is in many French restaurants. The sauces for the steak come separately (they come for free but you have to ask for them).

Just ok. Young team often overwhelmed by service. Meat dishes good but desserts are disappointing. Ok if nearby but don't cross town.

Outstanding food, great location and people. I recommend to anyone wanting to experience authentic French food!
