I don’t usually leave reviews unless a place is really impressive or really disappointing, and unfortunately this experience fell into the latter. The service was acceptable but far from professional. We came for a nice dinner and ordered the aged steak for two. The waiter didn’t even ask how we’d like it cooked — it just came out medium-rare by default. That was fine for me personally, but not everyone would be okay with that. The steak itself was not as good as what I’ve had elsewhere. For starters, we ordered the hummus toast and oysters. The hummus was bland, served with the same bread basket that every table gets for free, yet this “combination” cost nearly €10. The oysters didn’t seem freshly opened either — the shells looked more like decorative props than real ones. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for high-quality, memorable food.

This place is quite good — a bit pricey, but I can understand why. We ordered the meat for two, and the flavor was excellent. It’s true that it had quite a bit of tendon and fat, but I guess that’s part of the cut. The potatoes, however, were disappointing. The fries were very average, lacking flavor, and the other potato side wasn’t worth it — bland and with barely any real potato taste. The beef tartare starter was amazing — I highly recommend it and honestly would have ordered two! The dessert was a total miss… we got the chocolate one, and it was way too salty — even spicy. We didn’t really get the concept, but the taste was just not pleasant at all. Such a shame to end the meal on that note. I also didn’t love the atmosphere. The tables were way too small, the space felt very dark and it was hard to see anything. When we arrived it was uncomfortably hot with a bad smell, and then when they turned on the air conditioning it actually got too cold.

We started with the beef tartare which was really good and full of flavor the beef was tender over all a must have. The spicy hummus was nice as well. The wagyu steak was really good i love how they perfectly cooked the outer meat to crisp while maintaining the inner part pink and soft. Haven’t enjoyed a steak this much in a while. Would come back to the restaurant for sure! P.s i would recommend asking for the beef to be cooked medium rare! 👀

Bien Élevé has a cute and quaint vibe, and the ambiance initially set the stage for what we hoped would be a great meal. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. We ordered steak and frites; one ribeye and one of their lower priced cuts. We paid around $180 for the two meals. It’s worth noting that several cuts are priced for two people, which wasn’t clearly communicated. Maybe there was a breakdown in communication due to the language barrier or maybe it was me not being clear; Despite asking for a single portion, we were charged the full amount. The ribeye looked promising but was overcooked around the edges, forcing me to trim off quite a bit just to enjoy the medium portions. The fries were dry and tough, and the sauces didn’t do much to elevate the flavor. While the staff were polite and the setting pleasant, the food was underwhelming and overpriced. For the quality we received, the value simply wasn’t there.

Bien Élevé – Rainy Day Steak Fix in Paris It was a rainy evening and all I wanted was a good steak — Bien Élevé delivered. The cuts of beef are listed on a blackboard (thank you, Google Translate!), and I went with the one in the photo: juicy, perfectly medium-rare, and packed with flavor. Sides of fries, roasted baby potatoes, and seasonal vegetables were simple but well-prepared. Their table wine paired nicely with the meat and made the meal feel complete. Service was a bit slow, but the cozy vibe gave us time to enjoy good conversation and quality moments with friends .

Google
A meat specialty restaurant in Paris and a must-try for all meat lovers. We tried two different cuts but mostly liked the 40-day aged faux filet. The bread could be improved, but overall the food and experience are both excellent

I saw this place recommended on YouTube as a must try place in Paris and I’m so grateful that we made a reservation to eat here. The cuisine was spectacular and the service was great! The food was so top notch and we got to try various things by ordering menu which was an appetizer, a main, and a dessert for only 44 euros per person. Their beef tartare was the best we had on our trip. Their steak was so deliciously flavored and their cod was insanely tender. I felt like Remi from ratatouille trying all the unique combos and textures and wines. We loved the romantic atmosphere and cozy feel of the restaurant. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Come for the meats, stay for the amazing service. We visited Bien Eleve after seeing it recommended on YouTube by a local vlogger. It was as advertised. I had never had beef tartar in my life and after trying it here I may retire after eating the best. Amazing mix of flavors. The fries are out of this world and are insanely good, cooked in beef fat! The steak was perfect, simple, and even better when dipped in their variety of sauces. Make a reservation and enjoy the best lunch you’ll have in Paris.

Yelp
One of the best steaks I've ever had, and I've been to most of the top NYC steakhouses. Cooked perfectly with caramelized fat and charred on the outside, with soft buttery smooth meat that melts on the inside. Highly recommend and in a great neighborhood of restaurants/bars.

Yelp
Food: excellent, wonderfully cooked dishes with a solid line of wine offerings. We were very pleased with our orders in terms of presentation and quality. Service: reasonable and efficient. The servers were not entirely proficient with English so tourists are going to have a tougher time but the menu had items in English so it's not so bad! Ambiance: the interiors are nice enough but there is no air conditioning and the ventilation is awful even with the windows open. You are overwhelmed by cigarette smoke and hot air, especially during the summer time. It's a nice enough place but I wouldn't come back here unless it's winter. It was tortuous in the summer heat.

Yelp
Fantastic new restaurant close to Blvd Haussman. Ceviche, balotine of chicken and a superb chocolate ganache all for 39 euro Would highly recommend for couple or a group setting

Yelp
The BEST meal we have had in Paris. The tataki appetizer is incredible. Steaks could not be better. A little out of the way but definitely worth it.

Yelp
The best dinner we had in Paris. The specialty steaks are not shown on the main menus. The côté de bœuf for 3 was superbe. Make sure to order desert. The pear and the ganache were both amazing.

Yelp
The place is small but cozy and very busy. The food was good and the price was reasonable for the quality of food. The menu was in English and the waiters were friendly and helpful. This place is good for the steak lovers, as besides meat there is a limited choice - there also was a fish of the day option which was quite good. The menu is a bit too limiter for the foreigner, but that's how it is in many French restaurants. The sauces for the steak come separately (they come for free but you have to ask for them).

Yelp
Just ok. Young team often overwhelmed by service. Meat dishes good but desserts are disappointing. Ok if nearby but don't cross town.
