Came here for a lunch meeting and found the place to be charming and well-appointed.
Service was excellent, and the BLT I ordered was delicious. I'm typically a slow eater; however, I found myself devouring my sandwich in about a quarter the time it took my companion to consume his grilled cheese.
We didn't have any alcohol, but their selection looked expansive, which was encouraging for a future visit.
Bier's has some great art on the walls, as well as in the bathroom.
The sole downside to the experience was the noise level. As the pub is essentially one large room, sound tends to gather and amplify; additionally, their "kitchen" is right at the end of the bar rail, which means you're also contending with the sizzle of food prep.
tl;dr: solid place with great food. Would/will return.
