15 Best Bars in Buenos Aires | Condé Nast Traveler

"The setting is an old San Telmo house that opens to an inner patio, which in turn leads to various other rooms and spaces. There are mismatched wooden tables, chairs, and stools tucked away in every corner of the place. There's nothing fancy about BierLife but the atmosphere is warm and friendly." - Celeste Moure

Great staff and owner! Friendly and knowledgeable. They regularly have new beers on tap so there's always something interesting to try. The kitchen makes great dishes so this should be on your "must visit" list when you're in Buenos Aires.

Nice brewery with delicious beer at very good prices during happy hour. I haven't eaten there yet, so I can't rate the food. But the nachos looked good ;-) I like to come here after work for a beer.

The lace is awesome with all Argentina craft draft lines. There are some import bottles, mostly macro stuff from Germany. The staff really cares about the product and they know about what they sell. They will let you sample a few things but don’t be a dbag and take advantage. The place is more like a bier garden then a craft house and there’s plenty of room to walk around.

Great beer for a great price. Love the building & set up. The only downside is the people that smoke.

An awesomely big selection of finest craft beer from around Argentina. Biggest amount of taps I have seen so far and affordable prices. The bar is huge and the atmosphere is always good. Definitely worth a trip!

Super crowded, but absolutely worth it. The beer selection is great, the cider was superb. The place is nice, full on old Buenos Aires style. Cons, too loud, like really really loud

Yelp
Bierlife is definitely a place where you could easily spend a whole night tasting different kinds of odd beers. I'm not really a beer kind of girl but they have over 40 beers on tap and they are very good with matching beer to your taste preference. The atmosphere is awesome! Big and laid back. Good for groups or one-on-one. The prices are also reasonable and they even have happy hour from 17:00 to 20:00 Monday though Friday. Great quality, not overcharged. I would totally recommend this bar for anyone visiting Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Yelp
With a bit of local help via some American expats we visited this very cool craft beer bar in San Telmo. You can tell it used to be a hostel from the layout, but now it's seemingly one of the coolest craft beer bars in BA. It certainly felt that way to me. That are all about supporting local brewers so from what I could tell, every of the 40 plus (yes I think 44!!) taps had Argentinian beers on. I don't think there were any imports. I had everything from oatmeal stout to a more classic IPA, to porter to even a nitro IPA. Even the food is beer infused, with the pizza crust having beer in it and they also served meatballs cooked in beer. If you like craft beer. This place is a must when in BA. We seemed to be the only tourists there, but really enjoyed the visit.
