I had such a great experience with Big Apple Copy. I sent over a ton of highly confidential documents to be printed. Not only did they get it done quickly, privately and efficiently, they give me a call to see if I wanted staples, paper clips, etc. Literally within 30 minutes they let me know it was ready, and when I went to pick it up, not only was it perfectly organized--they had made cover sheets for each document telling me what it was. It was truly an exceptional service experience! But the biggest shock was the price--it was very reasonable--honestly it would have been at least twice the price at least at any of the brand name places. A great place to take your printing and copy business!

This copy center has amazing service! speedy turn over copy time, great communication and extremely knowledgeable. I used BigApple for a voluminous copy job with a next day turn over not only was the job executed perfectly the copies were delivered next day as agreed. Such excellent service absolutely recommend.

These nice people pulled my chips out of the fire when all of the big guys in the FIDI failed me. Standing in Staples, completely distraught with an outrageous turnaround time for a small order. I Googled printing and binding services with their listing popping up immediately. A courteous man answered giving me concise accurate information with a speedy time table. 20 minutes later I walked in to a busy, professional, friendly staff multitasking. The gentleman from the phone smiled told me a great price, took my papers and went to work. Door opens again. Lady in, asks for an order by name. The second gentleman nods, repeats the name and an older gentleman comes out with the order. Lady signs and out with a Man coming in. Quick chat with gent #2 & #3, got his box and paid for his order. Man out. All the while the first man was binding my books and is on the way back to the counter! They looked amazing! So smooth, neat and polished! He bagged my 3 books, 114 pages each.... $10!!!! I almost cried. 1/2 the price and 1/4 of time of Ups and kinkos! Go see these nice people. They will do right by your work.

I needed to have 15 posters of different sizes digitally scanned, and after researching various photo centers online I chose Big Apple. Their prices were much lower than their competitors (one place wanted to charge me a "set up fee" that was more than I paid for the scans here) and they were able to complete the job while I waited. Other places estimated 1-4 weeks turnaround time. Plus Big Apple has an old-school New York vibe that's rare these days.

Beyond helpful and accommodating! I worked with Big Apple for the first time recently and I truly appreciate the company's commitment to getting the job done, and done well. We had some issues on our end with what we needed printed, and the team on the other end, Henry specifically, could not have been more helpful and patient with us. Big Apple copy is always very professional, precise and attentive. Great customer service. The guys there really care about the finished product and are very detail oriented. They are perfectionists in every sense of the word. If they see that your project might not come out right, they will figure out a way to make it look beautiful before they print it all out. When I need a job done right and expeditiously, I use big Apple copy.

I used Big Apple Copy for a business order and was thrilled with the communication, product, and service. I called (after closing!) and connected with Henry who led me through very clean pricing and production timelines. Henry communicated via email with an estimate and was flexible about making adjustments. The turnaround time was 2x as fast as any larger copy center could promise, the price was about half, and the product was absolutely stellar. I received 1,000 copies of a color one-pager within the same day or ordering and we were very impressed with the paper quality and the crispness of the printing. When Henry thought 1,000 copies would be too much for me to pick up physically, he sent it over to my office via delivery at no charge. This is how business should be done, and we will be using Big Apple Copy for all of our organization's copy needs from this point on! Thank you, Big Apple!
