BED BUGS IN VEHICLES!! These people are thieves. You can do everything right and when you return the vehicle they will get you. Before I rented I asked all questions. I specifically asked about the return policy. I was told BY MANUEL that I must give at least a week notice. I called 10 days prior to my drop off. I was charged for the day I dropped off. I dropped off Monday morning at 9:45am. I called and spoke to Manuel. He said no notice was given. I said that there must be a mistake because I called and even offered to show call logs. He hung up on me. I called back and he was even more rude and told me his answer was final. It is not my fault if there is a miscommunication within the office. Don't let the nice guy act fool you when you walk in. Once you drop off the car they treat you like the scum of the earth. Also I returned the vehicle due to always being itchy and realizing there are bed bugs in the vehicle.

I would give no star rating to this management if google let me do it but to share my problems i have to give this one star. I worked with them for 3 weeks and on the very first week i faced many problems went to their mechanic but the issue wasn’t fixed. On the third week the roof starts leaking came here talked to the manager, he sent me to their mechanic CMT to get fixed but it wasn’t fixed. Next day i was working and the passenger was on the back the roof started leaking again I called 10 times and they didn’t even answered. 8N22 NV200 Nissan DISGUSTING SERVICE DISGUSTING CARS DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT.

The management’s incompetence is evident in their wasteful practices. Oil changes take an excessive amount of time, ranging from four to five hours. Additionally, the staff at the mechanic shop exhibits rudeness. Furthermore, the shop lacks essential parts, necessitating the inconvenience of collecting them from other locations.

I crashed my Tesla and fled, indicating that I did not have a TLC license. We were waiting for the light and the yellow taxi hit us from behind and fled. The yellow taxi with license plate Y204944C refused to give the license and abandoned everything. I called the police and I have a little neck pain. The yellow taxi hit me from behind.

Never hire Big Apple. Charged our ATM card and then credit card $1100 for a 10 minute. Thieves!

They charge extra money any time without any reason ❌😡😡 No good some times charge tolls and I have my own ezpass.
