Worst experience ever. We waited over an hour for our food, and when we walked in there were only four other people there. Two tables that arrived and ordered at least 20 minutes after us received their food before we did. When we asked, the server told us they had just started making our food. We then waited another 15 minutes. One meal came out, and we had to wait another five minutes for the second meal. After that, our appetizer finally arrived, and it was the wrong order. We told the server not to bother remaking it.
We received little to no apology, and after telling us our food would be late, the server basically ignored us. We understand that mistakes happen, but the fact that nothing was done to make it right, not even a sincere apology, was very disappointing. It’s a shame, because we had high hopes and were hoping to become regulars since it’s so local.
