Big Blue Getaway on the Bay

This was our first time in Norfolk and this was the perfect place for our family to stay. Easy access to the beach, plenty of space, and everything was so clean. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms are so spacious. I was surprised to see that the bunk beds were actually queen sized so there was more than enough room for the five of us. The furniture was comfy and having the fireplace was so nice on the cold, rainy night we were there. Getting into town was just a short car ride. It's also very convenient getting to/from the airport. I know we'll be visiting Norfolk again, and I'm positive we'll be staying here. We truly loved it.

If you are a person looking for that hidden gem then this place is just right for you. Me and my family stayed here and were just blown away with the location. We had so much fun. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Plates, pots and pans to even utensils. Spices, coffee, dishwasher, amazing view of the beach and even fully loaded washer and dryer! We have kids and the location even had a bedroom big enough for both our boys! Stacked bunk beds. The beach is so nice and the sunsets we caught we beautiful! We were able to walk right out the door and take the a very short walk to the beach and if you need chairs and things for the beach the owners have a section for you to take to the beach so if you run short on chairs they got you covered! There’s enough chairs for a whole family. I want to talk about the inside. The place was so clean. I am very strict with places that claim to be clean and I will walk out if I see a dirty place and I definitely found nothing wrong and it gave me the sense of peace which allowed me to enjoy this time with my family. BIG PLUS. Like I said. If you are looking for a hidden gem and need that quick access to the beach and peace of mind with family? This is the place I promise you will not be disappointed. They made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you for having us! We WILL come back. This was an amazing experience.

My family and I were blessed to have stayed the night at this amazing home by the beach! It is fully furnished, equipped the games & entertainment, full kitchen set up, washer and dryer, master bedroom with a hot tub and vanity space, kids room with bunk beds and an amazing front view of the beach right as you look out the window. This place feels like home away from home. And did I mention you have the luxury of privacy at this get away?! It’s the perfect spot if you wanna enjoy the beach away from tourist spots and it’s also close to many stores if you needed to make a quick stop somewhere! The owners are very hospitable and kind. We will definitely love to come stay the night again! I wish I took more photos of the place, but I guess we’ll leave that a mystery for whoever is curious enough to explore! def worth the trip!

This home is absolutely beautiful and the views are amazing. The owners were fantastic and very accommodating, and their pupper was beautiful! We would totally stay here again. The beds were so comfortable!

Was able to stumble upon this cozy place a few weeks back. Everything was well decorated and clean, the owner of this place is so thoughtful. I would recommend this place to my friends in the near future. I love the beach view and was able to witness a legend during my stay. MESSI! Thank you JR friend

Beautiful place to stay. They have everything that you need to enjoy the beach to cook on the grill. Firepit to sit around with the family. Steps away from the beach with a wonderful view. If there were more stars to give, I would be giving them all the stars. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a relaxing week.

The hotel location and ambiance was so good, just a few steps to the sea. Will definitely come and stay with this place again. 👏👏👏👏👏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
