The communication among the employees to the customer needs to improve, and this comes with training. I purchased a combo ticket: bus and boat tour. I took the bus ride, but apparently the boat ride was at Biscayne Marketplace. How would I know this? I'm visiting from California, first time in Florida, and I have no idea where I'm at. There is no audio from the bus tour alerting you that the Marketplace is where to go if you purchased a boat tour. I completed the entire bus tour, and my entire bus was told to exit and hop-on another bus when we stopped at Biscayne Marketplace. I/we were right there! I wanted to complete the tours on one day because my ticket was valid for only 48 hours. When I realized that my bus tour had completed the tour (I was back by my hotel where the bus picked me up), I knew something was wrong. I had to search the internet and find out where the boat tour was located. The next day I once again hopped on the bus tour to be dropped off at the Marketplace. I don't know if it's a language barrier, or the employees simply are not into their jobs, but at the Marketplace, each Big Bus Tour employee I inquired with about where to go, they simply pointed toward the water. There are dozens of boats/yachts parked in the water, and I don't see a prominent colored sign that reads Big Bus Tour. And you will be stopped before you board the boat for a picture. And, of course, when you're on the boat, you're approached with your pic and asked if you want to purchase. BIG BUS TOURS: I advise to make it very clear to the customers, that when the Big Bus stops at the Marketplace, communicate to the riders that if you purchased a boat tour--THIS IS THE PLACE! And if you ride the bus below, it's a sauna, especially in the back by the engines. And I don't understand why the canopy only covers the rear of the bus if you sit up top.
