Big Mac Marina

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. They transported us from the parking lot to the water edge, gave clear instructions that were helpful, had the boat clean and ready to go and got our family and others on the water on-time.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Big Mac Marina, and I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and Shane! Their outstanding customer service truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a brilliant experience. Thanks to their exceptional help, we will definitely be repeat customers! We had no idea this gem was so close to Colorado. We are going to make this a yearly thing. Amazing lake! So much fun tubing with the family. Most beautiful time and such a great helpful staff of people!

Cancelled on me last minute. I'd booked a boat rental over 3 months in advance and organized with 9 other people for a day on the lake, and they called me less than a week before the trip to tell me they were closed for the season. The website needs to be updated to not allow bookings out of season! And they should have noticed the problem sooner instead of 6 days out.

Very disappointed, if I could give an 0 star I would. our family had our yearly trip planned this year, we were so excited to get our jet ski and boat rental as we have rented here before with no problem. Person who helped us was extremely rude, my mom was asked a question in English and we translated it to her and the girl said “no she needs to understand English” we felt extremely discriminated as this has never been a issue in the past when we’ve translated what is being asked. Receptionist walked away mid conversation and was out of line rude. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. I work in customer service and I would never treat my clients like this. Owner had nothing to say other than “if my employees feel that way it is what it is” like what??? You are the owner! We will NEVER book here ever again. Racism at its finest. We will also ensure our family never rents from you again.

This is our 3rd year camping at the Lake & our best year yet! Big Mac Marina set us up to have an amazing vacation from the very start! Scott towed us out & took great care of us. Everyone is also friendly at the marina. The store is new & the revamp looks great. It was awesome to be around people who are there to take care of you and put your camping stresses at ease. We are thinking about coming out again this season bc we can't wait until next year! Attached are a few pics from our location on sunset beach/ beach access 12. We came on sun when crowds were leaving and had the beach to ourselves then stayed for the busy weekend which was a blast of energy as well. If you are looking for a much different but in my opinion better camping experience, call these guys !!!

Great fun experience! Nina was kind and thorough when explaining all the dos and don’ts. Boats are clean and well taken care of and the prices are very reasonable! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good time while visiting!

My family and I had great experiences with Big Mac Marina. We will be sure to use them everytime we go to Lake McConaughy. I was impressed by their kindness, patience and professionalism.
