Big Millys is a place where local culture and hotel intersect. There is no such vibe in any hotel in Accra. You can be in a hotel and at the same time right in the middle of real life. The hotel prices are very low and affordable for everyone.
The hotel rooms could be cleaner. The walls are dirty, the mirrors are broken. Obviously, despite the low price, the visitor deserves white, clean walls, proper shower rooms, so that they do not have to hold the shower with one hand and wash themselves with the other. The water system in the huts is bad. There is almost no water pressure, so it is difficult to take the shower and also to use the toilet. These everyday problems can be a nuisance when staying in this hotel for an extended period of time. In the short term, probably not so much, because the atmosphere makes up for everything. The hotel has a very good restaurant where food is served all day long. I would especially like to say thank you the waiters and administrators, who do their job well and are very helpful. I have been visiting this hotel for over 12 years, every year and I stay here with my family for a short time.
Thank you Wendy, you have done a great job. Until new meetings. Annika Jones
