Rooms and place was overall nice, but Waaauw the service was the most horrible Ive ever experienced in my 12 years coming to Ghana. The bar would be filled with 5 waiters and none would serve you by free will. They ignored us when we ordered stuff and was overall super rude and not helpful at all.

When you want to go some place where everybody knows your name! Great place for a youth retreat or personal getaway. Good price for rooms means you can stay longer and eat more. Do wish there were more options for desserts!😊

Total nightmare, 5 of us walked out of the restaurant as we couldn't hear anything with the band that was super loud at 630pm ... just not worth eating there when you can't talk to your friends! Despite asking the waiter who said twice he'd ask them to lower the volume a little, he didn't even try. We had a lovely meal at Kokrobite Garden instead with far better service!!!

Big Millys is a place where local culture and hotel intersect. There is no such vibe in any hotel in Accra. You can be in a hotel and at the same time right in the middle of real life. The hotel prices are very low and affordable for everyone. The hotel rooms could be cleaner. The walls are dirty, the mirrors are broken. Obviously, despite the low price, the visitor deserves white, clean walls, proper shower rooms, so that they do not have to hold the shower with one hand and wash themselves with the other. The water system in the huts is bad. There is almost no water pressure, so it is difficult to take the shower and also to use the toilet. These everyday problems can be a nuisance when staying in this hotel for an extended period of time. In the short term, probably not so much, because the atmosphere makes up for everything. The hotel has a very good restaurant where food is served all day long. I would especially like to say thank you the waiters and administrators, who do their job well and are very helpful. I have been visiting this hotel for over 12 years, every year and I stay here with my family for a short time. Thank you Wendy, you have done a great job. Until new meetings. Annika Jones

In my opinion this is the best place in Ghana with democratic prices . Polite staff and very tasty food. On weekends there is even an entertainment programme and on weekdays we were not bored. We will come back more than once.

We were warmly welcomed. The staff was friendly. The lodge was cozy and maintained. The surf instructors were super sweet and helpfull. We had a good time. It is difficult to have a drink as a young woman, you are quickly talked to in an intrusive way.|Overall we were very happy with our stay until the end. There was a misunderstaning with the rooms, we got placed in a more expensive room without us realizing and them not knowing. So the lady wanted us the pay more than we initiatly booked which we didn’t think was fair. With the result that we were yelled and scolled by one lady in particular. One of the other ladies tried to calm the situation. It was a misunderstaning from both sides which could have been easily discussies in a respectfull manier. Unfortunately, they accused us of double booking, of intentionally staying in the more expensive room without notifying them, ... all of this was absolutely not the case.

Quite nice! Rooms are small. Food at the restaurant was good. Unfortunately the beach was not so clean but mostly it isn't in all the very populated areas, have to go a bit remote
