Big Monster Sushi Food Truck in Kauai is an absolute gem! The sushi is really fresh, delicious, and surprisingly affordable for the quality you get. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we were amazed at how fast our orders came out—perfect for grabbing a quick meal. We loved it so much that we went back several times during our trip. The food truck has a casual, fun vibe, and everything feels made with care. Whether you’re a sushi lover or just looking for a tasty, reasonably priced meal on the island, Big Monster Sushi is a must-visit spot that consistently delivers great flavor and excellent service.

The fish was very fresh and their menu was quite expansive. I would love to go back and try something else! We got poke bowls, they were very tasty. Their spicy mayo is wasabi mayo and it packs a punch. Definitely try this spot. We grabbed poke and watched the sunset!

We had to haul butt and make it in time to eat here because the first time we tried- we didn't realize they closed so early! I'm so glad that we tried a second time, and were successful. I got the crab Puffs, and I got a shrimp tempura roll. (I can't remember what they called it.) And both items were fantastic! This was easily my favorite place that I ate at during my entire trip. Yum! I highly suggest giving this place a try. Just make sure that you get there in time. ☺️

Loved this food truck for the Raptor poke bowl and came twice during our stay! Highly recommend if you like fresh sushi or poke.

AMAZING! We were headed to see a movie at 7 and were hoping for something quick on the way. We stopped here and they recommended the spicy tuna sushi burrito. It was delicious!! Definitely give it a try. Both people working were so kind and really sweet! Thank you!!!!
