My experience was very delightful. I walked in and was immediately greeted by an associate. Kelli A. Helped me find the perfect shoe. She pulled 8 different shoes based on what I really like and helped me through the whole process. She even had me look at my feet on the computerized program they have in the store. I ended up learning they have women's wide shoe which I would not have learned at an actual large retail shoe store. I ended up finding the perfect shoe. I will be back for sure. A+++++

In a recent purchase, I bought a pair of Hoka Transports that fell apart on me within 3 weeks. The customer support I received was incredible. I was sent a replacement pair within one week.
