Big Pie In the Sky Pizzeria

Every single time I have guests staying at my house, I bring them here. They are all absolutely blown away at the taste (and size) of the pizza. Their salads are cold and crisp. I have never had a bad meal here. The crust of the pizza is thin, not soggy, and a bit buttery. Each pie or slice has the exact right amount of delicious sauce and toppings. I have been eating here for years and it never gets old.

This place is incredible! Highly recommend to come by and visit. Such a great place to bring a group of people, your family or just hangout with friends! I came here with my youth group and the service was amazing. There was also 30 of us, so they served us greatly. The lunch special is what I got and it includes drink plus two toppings. I pizza is enough because of how big it is. You will leave full and satisfied! Also super affordable and delicious!

Was lucky enough to get a big pie for work. I was surprised by how huge the big pie was. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Love the new York style pie. It was nice and hot. Generous amounts of ingredients on the pizza and 1-2 slices for me were more than enough to fill my stomach up. Super greasy but that's because of the amount of cheese and pepperoni on it. The grease adds to the flavor and experience. Overall a satisfactory experience. Prices are a bit high but the pies they serve justify it.

This place is a paradise for big eaters—they serve a 30-inch pizza slice! 🍕🤯 Yes, you read that right—one slice is already 30 inches. I can’t even imagine how massive a whole pizza would be! (For context, a Costco pizza is 18 inches, and that already feels huge… so this? Insane! 😱)

Called in and first person made me wait then handed me off to someone else. Picked up a large pie with 3 toppings. The premium toppings are expensive for what they give you. Pizza is good not incredible for the price.

I’ve been here a handful of times and the pizza is delicious! My most recent visit I ordered a large (18”) half cheese/half pepperoni pizza and the crust was CRISPY! I love a crispy crust! The sauce was delicious! Definitely recommend!

I love this place. I don’t get to come too often because I’m about 40 minutes away in Douglasville but when I’m on this side in the Kennesaw area, they are definitely my go to pizza spot.

Little hole in the wall pizza place. The pizza was delicious. The server and atmosphere were nice. It's busy. Take out and eat in only. Got an extra large pizza different toppings on some slices. Made the way I ask. Got some cannolis as well. I'll will differently come back. Family friendly, too. Pizza was humongous.

You want a huge slice or a huge pizza? This is your place! Super good thin crust pizza! I've always come with a group, we order 2 to 3 largest pies we also get the cheese bread. Everything comes out piping hot. It's super yummy and cheesy.. Amazing service for the amazing pizza

Coming from NY (but now in GA for 8 yrs) this is in my top 3 pizza places I've enjoyed since being here. The crust is very thin, the cheese is a great blend, and the sauce is not too sweet. The crust usually gets a perfect char to add flavor without being overly burnt. The slices here are huge, but you can get a "normal" sized whole pie (or the enormous one). Cannolis were by far the best quality I've had in GA..

Sitting in the Publix shopping plaza alongside a few other restaurants and local shops, Big Pie In the Sky is a local pizza shoppe slinging some of the biggest slices I have seen! You can also get standard size slices, or a Stromboli...but the single massive slices are a must at some point. Big Pie serves up all the standards of a pizza joint from, you guessed it, pizza to calzones, salads, cannolis, and a few other items. Both times I have visited, we have been in for lunch and ordered their lunch special, which is one slice plus a drink for around $6. Totally worth it, as the slices are HUGE! This latest trip in, I ordered the lunch special with pepperoni and then added a cheese slice, as I was feeling extra "fatty" that day. Do not regret it! The pizza is NY style with a thin and crisp base topped with minimal sauce and solid amount of toppings all surrounded by a doughy crust. Big Pie has been here for a while and the place shows it. It definitely has a local feel, and while that isn't a terrible thing, the place is showing its wear. Service was solid from entry to exit. Overall, Big Pie is a solid pizza spot. I will definitely be back for one or three more of those slices!

Service was top tier, two friendly workers who helped me out even though it was nearing closing time. Fun little spot that is tucked away, but still inviting. Pizza was delicious and HUGE. could have used a little more sauce but that's okay :)

Looking to find an amazing pizza spot in Kennesaw. This place is a solid 3. The pizza is like NY style pizza - thin & very greasy. The crust is great though. The slices are huge and you can feed a good amount of people with a large. I'm not sure I'll return since the pizza is not that great especially for the price. A large pizza was $25!

Food - disappointing. I am new to area with job and thought I could find some good Italian. I ordered chicken Parmesan sandwich and to say that the grocery store next to them makes the same , pretty much sums it up. I will try their pizza the next time and hopefully they use a more flavorful sauce than what the used on the frozen chicken tenders. Service - average Nice atmosphere though Price was 10 + for sandwich chips and soda so I guess I got what I paid for. 8/16- second shot at lunch Stromboli was very good . Crust was crispy and thin plenty of cheese sausage and mushrooms. Thank you Added a fourth star!

Im from New York and this does NOT taste like New York pizza. My pizza wasn't bad, but it also wasn't great. I asked for my pizza to be lightly toasted because I saw the reviews about burnt pizza and sure enough my pizza was burnt. I think the hype about this place is because of their huge slices.

My buddy and I went here on a Friday night to take on their Infamous carnivore Pizza challenge. It is a 30-in diameter, 11 lb pizza. You have 1 hour as a two-person team to finish it. It costs $59 regardless of the outcome. If you eat it all within the hour you get $150 cash. The manager was super excited about us taking the challenge. The pizza was absolutely delicious and huge. The slices are all freshly made and the dough is thin and crispy and all of the toppings taste great. If you are in the Kennesaw area I highly recommend

Holy guacamole! This bad boy was massive & most certainly delish!! I'm from Dallas - so this reminds me of " Serious Pizza " in Deep Ellum. Definitely think we've found our goto place, and definitely coming back after a night w/ the girlfriends

Gluten free pizza...finally not being terrible was the low bar, but this stuff it legitimately tasty! We tried the vegan gf and the cauliflower crust and both were solid. Yes, they are small, but the price point is reasonable for gluten free (which is always ridiculous) and the toppings were very plentiful. I can't speak to the normal pizza, but if you are looking for a Mellow Mushroom kinda pizza at a lower price, with tons of fresh ingredients, give this a try!

Driven past this restaurant many times in the past and tried it out. Wow. Located in a small shopping center anchored by a Publix Supermarket, where shopping is a pleasure, there are plenty of self parking spaces including ADA. Entering the restaurant you walk up to the counter and your choices are on the wall and yes they do have lunch specials. They collect your money and you can order a beer (bottle) or Coke product. Self seating and they offer indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered a Calzone and it was delivered in a short time. Taste, temperature and texture were spot on. Good size portions served. One my dine in and they offer carry out service and they sell 2 liter soft drinks. Will return. .

Pizza was good but expensive. I enjoyed the veggie and they had a cheese. I was late picking up so pizza was cold. Would like to try again hot.

I ordered extra cheese on pizza with other items. A Large pizza. Paid for extra cheese and did not get the extra cheese. Was told they could not remake the pizza. Was first told the cheese was under the sauce. The pizza had very little sauce on it. It was overcooked. I got an " I don't care attitude". We left the shit on the table and left. Never went back. There are too many good restaurants that serve much better pizza.

Big Giant Pizza is one of my favorites to grab when I go to this place. Their pizza is really good and HUGE! They always give great service and are friendly. The ambiance can be a bit noisy at times since teams and families all come to enjoy a great slice, so if your looking for a quiet place you may want to try them at the beginning of the week. I am not too crazy about their wings which is a bummer cuz I love wings w/pizza however their salads are great and their sandwiches are pretty good as well. Price wise I'll give it $$$ but they have a great lunch special and some pizza specials that are great if you catch those. Enjoy

I've lived in Kennesaw for two years while studying at KSU. And nearly every gameday I've gotten their pizza so I have a pretty good grasp on their stuff. Although it's a little pricey, It's by far the best pizza around Kennesaw, and frankly, the best I've ever had. Dining in is the only bad take I've really had. The drink dispenser was a little spewey (makes a mess, idk if they've fixed it since then), and the pizza ONE TIME came out a little greasy. Still good but greasy. Other than that, the pizza is well worth the price to me, and I highly recommend this place.

I'm only going to review the pizza because that's all that I ever get. I love everything about this pizza. The sauce is nice and sweet, and the crust is thin and crispy. It is pretty much self service as you have to go to the counter and place your order and then sit down with a number and they bring you the pie. However, the staff is usually very nice when I go there. We don't go there for the ambience. It's just a nice little pizza shop. As long as you follow the rules, everything is great. I learned the hard way that you can't order ahead and then eat inside which I think is weird. But I understand since it gets really crowded.

as soon as you walk in it has a great vibe to it. the guy at the register explained there specials and was very helpful and this place was packed and i received my food in a timely manner. very cool place with good food

I ordered food over the phone and decided to eat there, but I was told by two employees (Dexter Morgan) that I wasn't allowed to eat there because I ordered over the phone...? I was so baffled that I cancelled my entire order and requested a refund. The ONLY restaurant I've ever visited with such a policy?? Wow! They've lost my business and friends.

Always a favorite with the kiddos. They get their own slice how they want it. Great service as well. Food is consistently great

Do you love large pizzas...then this is the place for you. First time I went I got their largest and had to clean out my trunk to even fit it into my car. I personally love their white pizza and a extra large can easily feed 4 kids plus 2 adults.. with leftovers.

I was on a road trip with a buddy and we stayed with a friend of his. My hosts recommended this place for dinner since there was at least six of us (possibly more) and the 30" pizza would be more than enough should more people arrive. There was talk of the carnivore but my host's wife vetoed that-too much meat. We eventually got a pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage. We rolled up to the storefront and our pizza wasn't quite finished yet so we waited around a little. You figure 30" isn't too bad, height-wise it's underwhelming, but the second you see a two and a half foot pizza being brought out and then you realize, "damn, this is pretty damn big." How big? They had to crack the box open to let it air out a bit so the steam wouldn't make the pizza soggy. How big? We had to hold the pizza up over our heads because the box was so big that there was no other way to get back to the house. Ok, so the pizza's huge, nice gimmick-so much so that they still tout that Adam Richman came through. The pizza? Hey, not bad! I'm pretty glad that Carnivore got nixed, because I'm pretty certain my opinion of it would have changed but two meats was just the right amount of meats on it without it being excessively greasy or salty.

No lie... The slices are HUGE and they taste good too!!.. And the best part is that they are reasonably priced!!... It was a great night out for us and the grandkids!!

Really good pizza! They have that thin crust with the pottery dough that we love from Pennsylvania New Jersey area. The carnivore pizza cannot be topped. It's a fun little shop to eat in, and always a great place to order takeout from. It's popular, so if you know that you want your meal at a certain time on a big game day, order ahead. The team there is very accommodating.

Locals swear by this place, and there is something to the cozy, relaxed, pizzeria vibe. I mean, if size matters, this is THE place. When my baby was born premature, my husband was sizing her up to evaluate if he could eat enough to complete the carnivore challenge with a friend. She weighed the same as half a pizza! So, yeah, we've been here a handful of times over the past thirteen or fourteen years, but we just don't love it enough to make it our neighborhood hang. Okay, so if you're having a party, order the biggest they've got. It's fun, and the size is impressive. The flavor, though, is just basic. I find that the thin crust on their pizzas does not hold up to the carnivore toppings. Well, my Keto-dieting mama loves it. She just eats the toppings. I'd opt for something like their lunch special: one big o' slice of pepperoni and a soda for cheap.

Let me start this way. This has to be one of the best pizza parlors I've ever been to! Thin crust, great sauce and delicious ingredients. Anyone homesick for a Jersey style pizza would be right at home here. It reminds me of Nino's Pizza back where I grew up. The place was clean and the pizza was amazing! What else can I say? Try this gem. Bet you can't finish an entire large pie.

Came here twice wanting the giant pizza and both times by a calzone instead it is so good I don't know what they do how they do it

30" quarter slice Pizza. Customer service was good. Pizza was subpar not the best. The pizza itself was way too thin, greasy, and extremely salty. Atmosphere mellow, quiet. Decor obsolete and not aesthetically appealing. Has outdoor seating but it was closed off. Easy parking. Napkins at tables.

The pizza is huge and it was pretty good. I prefer thicker crust but this is a good option. The Caesar salad was pretty good, too!

First time trying this place and it did NOT disappoint ! We had been craving this place for awhile and are soo glad we got to try it ! To begin with, the staff was soo sweet!! Which is something i always look forward to when trying new places. Im sad I didn't catch the young girls name at the cash register but she had brunette hair and was super sweet and just had an overall beautiful personality which was nice and made me even more excited to try it! She was very patient and answered all the questions i had and I truly appreciated that. There was a bit of wait time (duh) but that didn't bother us, it came out fairly quick and they seemed to have a lot of orders to go and inside, but seemed to manage well. Then the food itself, had big servings!! We got the medium size pizza and a calzone with a side salad for (3 of us) and we couldn't even finish that !! All of the food was delicious and I appreciated that it was thin crust and full of cheese. A few other customers we noticed ordered the bigger pizza sizes and seemed to not be able to finish that either :) so you're definitely getting big portions. However, I can slightly see why people may not have agreed with the prices but truthfully they weren't bad in my opinion.. I was actually very okay with paying for all of what we got. We got quite the food and drinks for about $40 and we were able to take home left overs :) I definitely would recommend this place to anyone! And I will definitely be coming back again! Thank you again to everyone today for this awesome service and dinner. Also, sorry for no pictures! We were too hungry and didn't capture any photos but trust me it was good!

I was happy to find out that this location survived Covid. I used to frequent the Roswell location and really loved the food and the lunch special. Came here on a Sunday with my kids and was pleasantly surprised that lunch specials are valid on weekends as well. Food is still great, giant slices really filled us up. Popular spot on a Sunday. Will return !

Been going here since it opened, knew original owners and crew. What a long painful journey it's been since they are no longer there. Final visit was 2 nights ago, kids wanted me to pick up some pies they ordered. Two 20" to be exact. Picked them up, went home, opened up and wow. Burned to a nice hue, with charcoal as a topping, and instead of the 20" that were ordered and paid for, I got two 16" pies. Sent their Facebook page a message for a chance to rectify- no response. Guess they could care less. Sad because their pizza used to be fantastic- finally a true NY style pizza place. Their pizza isn't good enough to put up with all their crap. They won't be around much longer I suspect.

So unfortunately I'm giving my favorite pizza place 2 stars. The place was a mess! Unsanitary. And while watching them make there famous 30" pizza- which cannot be easy to do. They actually have to stand outside the kitchen to do make it. The pizza dough actually hit the floor for a second but still wouldn't want that bite. It looks Ed as though a party had been held in the dining area and no one had cleaned it up. Floor and tables were a mess. Really bummed.

I came here with my colleagues for lunch one day before COVID and could not believe how big the pizzas were! I guess I should have gotten the hint when my boss was a little too excited :D We ordered several pizzas, shared, and brought the rest back to our coworkers. It was pretty good fresh and it's pizza so I'm sure it'll still be pretty good in a few hours. Picture for size reference*

Okay so -- Quantity does not mean quality. But that doesn't mean quantity can't mean satisfying. My friend from Acworth is a big fan of this place and he was craving pizza as usual so when I visited him, he had to show me this place. The pizza is hugeeeeeeeeeeeee. I know it's called Big Pie in the Sky and all but I wasn't expecting those sizes. My friend and I custom built a "large" pizza with basil, spinach, and chicken. I was already nervous because it sounded like a lot of food, and although it was, the bill was surprisingly not as big as what I thought it would be based on the size. This place gives the most pizza for the price. So the pizza wasn't the best pizza that I have had taste wise. It lacked enough sauce in my opinion and was very thin so seemed like it needed something extra -- but I did have leftovers for days. My friend and I both had 2 slices at the restaurant and that made us super full and then we had easily enough for 1-2 more days worth. We also got to try the greek salad there which was a huge serving for the price and tasted great. They put the greek dressing on the side and give a good amount. Oh and for Pokemon Go/Wizards Unite players -- They have a Pokemon Go gym and a Wizards Unite fortress!

As the name suggests, their thing is making super large pizzas. But... that's about it, as far as I can tell. I'm not sure why some people swear by their pizza. Their pizza is honestly pretty average. I've had their pizza several times. Always big in size, no doubt about that, but always pretty average in flavor. There are better pizza places around. If you don't need an obscenely large pizza for a party or something, just go to Partners.

The place is very unassuming in appearance... not the cleanest looking spot I've been in that's for sure.... But the PIE is amazingly HUGE to say the least... I went with the LUNCH SPECIAL of ONE SLICE and a drink.... Did I say the PIE is HUGE.... Well this 1 slice was like eating 2 regular slices and it was HUGE, but I've already said that haven't I ..... It overall is about 2 grades below MELLOW MUSHROOM the way the vibe is ....the people that work there etc..... THE SLICE was thin, and hot when it arrived ... it tasted like a NY style pie...it was good and a nice crispy crust.... I would recommend this pizzeria but not worth my 30 plus drive to get here.. which should translate it's just too darned far for me ... but if I was nearby... I would definitely be back !!

Delicious food. Dark ambiance, we had trouble reading our menu because there wasn't a ton of light. Service was great though!

Took my three sisters and mom on a girl's date and we had too much fun together eating our own separate pizza for only $5 and including tax. Me, my mom and my oldest sister added side salads with it and it came up to $8 and some cents. It's was so quiet and clean there. We came during the lunch special time. I highly recommend y'all.
