Big Scoop Ice Cream Parlour

I stopped by this ice cream shop during my vacation in Waterton Park and tried the Chocolate, Mocha Almond Fudge, and Pistachio flavors. All were delicious, but the chocolate was my personal favorite. Even though the place was quite busy, the staff handled everything quickly and efficiently. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back next time I’m in Waterton. Highly recommend this spot to all ice cream lovers!

There are many options for cones and ice cream! While I was in line, I tried a sample of the cinnamon waffle cone, and it was delicious! The cone is shorter and thicker than those at other places, and of course, it’s fresh! The espresso flake ice cream was awesome, it wasn’t too sweet and paired perfectly with the cinnamon cone. We also tried the chocolate flavor, which was good as well. I would definitely return if I visit Waterton again! 😊

I now understand why the line was so long to get this scrumptious treat. The teens working in the Ice Cream Parlour were friendly and eager to scoop up your favorite flavor. They even provide free ice cream to missionaries of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which our son is one, so THANK YOU! Highly recommended place for a sweet and refreshing treat.

Right after lunch in same town, headed to this place and they have big selection of ice-cream flavors. My cappuccino was very good, wasn't over sweet at all. Young students as it seems like are working at this place, which is a good thing as locals get jobs. Service was quick, they would answer any questions you may have. At the corner of the store is all different flavors of fudge which looked very good. They also sell variety of jams. Pretty good spot for such a small town.

This is one of the reasons why we keep on visiting Waterton National Park. Love this place and their ice cream.

Delicious ice cream. Have lots of options to choose from and price is very good not very expensive. Take ice cream and go sit at the beach and look at the lake mountains and nature.

A great and popular ice cream shop in Waterton! The serving was huge, so think twice before you get a double scoop. I absolutely loved the waffle cone. It was not too sweet, so it complemented the ice cream. I got the cookies and cream and pistachio ice cream scoops. The cookies and cream flavor was good, but the pistachio was not as good. I thought that it tasted artificial. I tried the chocolate flavored ice cream that my sister-in-law ordered, and that was amazing. I guess you can never go wrong with chocolate. Price-wise, I thought it was fair considering how big the serving is.

Lots of yummy flavours to choose from! And still very popular on a mid week afternoon in mid September. The raspberry sorbet was deliciously refreshing and the heavenly hash a great chocolatey vanilla rocky road mix. Despite how big the single scoop serves were, we struggled to get much of a taste from our kids’ ice creams as they thought they were so good. We were generously given vouchers by the shop’s lovely owner when we met her on Bear’s Hump trail in the morning. We’ll be back tomorrow for more!
