Big Time Diner

I’m so disappointed, me and my mom come all the time and have always have great service and decent food. Tonight my husband and I stopped by and he was actually served this. They took it off of the tab but they looked at this and sent it out . Our server didn’t check on us at all so we could tell her about the food , until she brought the check . Very disappointing!

This was a fun place to eat food wasn't bad could be better favorite thing i had was fried green tomatoes 😋 they were delicious they were out of crab claws wish u could have had them

I went in for dinner with my family last weekend and had a pretty good experience overall. The place was clean and had a relaxed vibe, not too loud but not awkwardly quiet either. Our server was polite and checked on us a couple times without hovering. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with fries, and it came out hot and fresh. The fries were crisp, maybe just a little salty but still good. My wife liked her pasta and said the sauce tasted homemade. It did take a few extra minutes for the food to come out, but nothing unreasonable. Overall, it’s a solid spot if you’re in the area and want something dependable.

Wow this place was amazing!!!! from the beginning the atmosphere and friendly staff like our server Abbey she make us feel at home, the food was incredible good, I definitely will be back here, I highly recommend this place.

Everyone was welcoming upon arrival, service didnt take that long but wondering why this place doesnt offer military discounts - yet they have a display of different veterans hats on the walls from all branches. Food was good & waitress was so sweet and attentive but that minor detail would discourage me from referral or returning being that my entire party of four are all veterans who served. Take down the display/ or decor then because its misleading if you arent a supporter.

I had a fantastic dine-in experience at Big Time Diner. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked, paired with crispy, golden fries that hit the spot. The highlight was the milkshake which was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and the retro atmosphere added to the charm. Highly recommend for a classic comfort meal done right!

Had such a good time , the food was good and the atmosphere was like walking back in time to your favorite local diner. We had the blue plate special. It was a meat with three sides. We are looking forward to going in to try more things. We live in Baldwin county and this is in Mobile. Well worth our drive. We both got the fried fish.

Just an easy place to eat at. We had a good waitress but the place does need a good cleaning. However the greens were very well prepared & incredibly tasty. My husband had the chicken Philly and it was delicious.
