She was always ready to answer questions, give helpful suggestions, and ensure that every detail was handled perfectly. Our driver and guide, Zach, was equally outstanding. His knowledge of the wildlife, park routes, and local culture was truly impressive. He made sure we had the best views, the safest journey, and countless opportunities to capture memorable moments. The epic of my family trip to Kenya was undoubtedly the safari in Masai Mara National Reserve. The 3-day, 2-night journey felt far too short, and our hearts were overwhelmed every time we witnessed moments straight out of National Geographic. Since it was the beginning of the great migration from the Serengeti to Masai Mara, we were lucky to witness truly spectacular scenes. What made these moments even more special was to be with Bigtime safari Ltd, and Geofrey, an experienced professional guide/driver. It is highly recommended. He was full of energy and gave his all to ensure the best possible experience for our team, which included people from different countries. We appreciated his effort and passion to guide us as well as share some knowledge for better understanding. If we ever go on a Masai Mara tour again, we will choose Bigtime Safari with Geofrey without hesitation.

8D7N Masai Mara/Nakuru/Naivasha/Amboseli. We booked our safari with another company who for some reason sold/transferred us to Big Time, we still don't why. This unraveled to us two days prior as we walked past their office and thought to check it out beforehand (we were told it's closed that weekend) and could only find one safari operator there, Big Time. Ladies at the office (sorry I never asked your names!) were more than helpful to figure out what's happening since they had never heard of our original company. After maybe 15mins of calls, texts ands running around building it was revealed that we are in fact coming to their safari! So two days later a little bit too early we started our journey with Clinton, with whom we stayed first two days. Very nice person with loads of knowledge about both animals and where to find them. After that we were introduced to Geof... Jeff... Kunta Kinte who was maybe even better! Firstly different routes for second day in Mara showed us new places and loads of animals, and in addition to his knowledge we also grew very fond of his persona, always helpful, happy and laughing, binoculars for eyes spotting everything that moved! Both seemed to be still excited about the animals and at the same time felt very safe drivers, on and off the road. In total we spotted 2 leopards, 4 cheetahs, 5 rhinos, 30+ lions, hundreds of elephants and countless other animals. All and all we couldn't be happier about Big Time and can recommend them to everyone (and would of course next time do business straight with them).

We had an amazing time with Big Time Safari! The team is great and communication very easy. We first did a 3-day-Safari in Masai Mara. Planning, accommodation and game drive were great! We also spontaneously decided to jump on another safari to Nakuru and again the planning was very flexible and communication was on point. Highly recommend this agency!

The accommodation is very good compared to other tours And a guide named Clinton has a strong professional spirit, so I'm trying to show you all the big five... He's like a veteran.. First of all, I think it's worth the money and I'm satisfied. Of course, it's hard to ride a car for a long time Being able to see this vast meadow with both eyes is a very valuable experience

I can recommend the agency Big Time Safari with a calm heart. They will go out of their way to meet the client in all cases, even if the error was on my side (I waited a long time at the airport for passport control and I missed the departure of the car). Our driver knew the route perfectly and was able to solve unexpected problems on the way, when there was no diesel for sale and the roads were blocked by protesters. He knew perfectly all the paths in the parks and knew where to go so that we could see as many animals as possible. We saw all of them, even the rare ones. Accommodation in camps was a common African standard and there was nothing to complain about. Our car was fine and comfortable. The only problem with the car (empty tire) was solved by the driver immediately and then he checked the bike for the rest of the trip to see if it was fine. So thank you for the good procedure. The food was a bit monotonous, the same every day. But I came for different experiences, so I didn't mind. I thank the agency for a well-organized trip, I do not regret my choice. Good choice, good service for a good price.

One of my bucket list journies and I couldn't picked the best team to do it with! Our driver Jackson was amazing. Super friendly guy and a great driver. He made our journey through Masai Mara an unforgettable experience. On first day we saw big 4 / 5 animals, and even had a face to face experience with a male lion (from the car of course). We saw a family of elephants and many more. On our second day, we saw a rhino and so managed to spot all big 5! Very knowledgeable guy on where to find what animal and a very good driver. Recommend!
