The online slots were all full for 2-4 pm for a Friday but luckily someone cancelled at the last minute and I got one ticket. It was the first time so naturally I was super scared but the staff were very friendly and guided very well. A big thanks to Jan (the blond guy) he was very careful and gentle in pushing and spinning the tube. Also I would suggest checking the weather before planning a trip and going for early online bookings as the slots get sold out pretty quick.

This tubing hill is a must do! It certainly helps that we had a bluebird day, no wind and the snow was great. It did get icy because of the sun so they did start to limit going together two or three at a time but that didn’t stop the fun! It was very fast and fun and the team there was super helpful!! It also helps that there’s a coupon in the big white season pass two people half price. Luckily learned about it at the window.

Everyone was helpful and friendly, and we had a blast! They are standing up there in the cold, but they went out of their way to make our experience great. Hippie was awesome and spun my tube so well, I almost took off!

Just ran 70 bucks to get cut off after 1 tube, cut off 20 minutes early, just to be turned away from skate rentals which must be returned to rental shop 20 mins before end of skating 🤷‍♀️ operation times include cleanup period which ends the activity 20 mins early

We had to wait an hr to get tickets and people began to snap. You go online and the site doesn't even work. Finally, the prices are crazy expensive. Big White can do a much better job than this.
