"This local joint lives up to its playful name: multicolored stools, round picnic tables, an open-air setting covered by a leafy roof, and its lively bar patrons and pool-playing crowd. Achalkboard menu lists the daily specials, which include creole dishes, grilledpork, and barbecue chicken as well as local vegetables like callaloo. Arrive on the earlier side of noon—sometimes the food runs out, and sometimes there'sa long wait. The cold beer makes this a popular place with the locals, and it can help soothe impatience while you wait."
The food here was fresh and flavorful , and the portion was so generous . Cost 60EC for 2 people . But it cost 40EC for 2 Rum punches , so the food is much more reasonably priced than the booze. Cool spot nevertheless . I also recommend not to the sit at the stools , facing the street . People come and beg and harass for food or beer so sit inside like we did, and no issues .

We enjoyed a quick “fast food” dinner here after just arriving to Soufriere that day.
Mercury was a great host! Food was great and it was cool to spend that evening in town people watching and eating at the counter. Can’t wait to come back and visit again! Next time I want to get a cocktail.

Nice food which was reasonably priced. But lunch was marred by being charged $20EC for two beers and a shandy. Shouldn’t have been no more than $15EC

It's literally in the middle of town; an easily accessible area to get great tasting meals with a veriey of options which are freshly prepared at very reasonable prices!! ( If you want a meal you would have to get there before 2 or call, if not everything with have time sell out )

One of the best places to have a lunch in the city. The food is decent and prices are reasonable. Atmosphere is better than in the cafes around

A yard with a multiplicity of amenities. Very rustic, and not well kept. But you'll get an arcade, a rumshop, washrooms and a few seats. Plenty. Potential, but for the time being, it feels like a trap.

Delicious food and reasonably priced. Don’t sit at the window as you’ll be hassled by locals which is a shame for the experience. I believe you can sit in the back and eat in peace

Delicious St. Lucian food and drink! The waitress offered us a sampling of sides to go with the protein of our choice, so we got to taste a lot of different foods. The local juices were amazing. Giant portions, but we finished them anyway because it was so tasty.
