BIG4 Apollo Bay Pisces Holiday Park

What an amazing experience all round! The staff are friendly and so helpful. The location is absolutely stunning with a gorgeous ocean view, and the cabin was wonderful. My family of 5 - 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 pre-teen and a toddler, stayed in the 6 berth deluxe cabin with an ocean view! It was a comfortable cabin for the 5 of us. I loved that the toilet was separate to the bathroom, and the main bedroom with the Queen sized bed has enough space for us to fit a porta cot as well. The holiday park has plenty for the kids to do, the playground was a big hit and the jumping pillow as well as the pool of course. I loved that there were sheep and even koalas to see around the place too. I loved the fact there's a coffee van on site, nothing beats a 7am coffee and not having to travel far to get it. All in all, I cant fault our stay. If I had to find something to complain about, it would be that our toaster didn't toast very well 😂 but that is really it. We will definitely be back. We have stayed at quite a few Big4 parks and Big4 Apollo Bay is right up there with the best. The moment we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful team at reception. We were also really impressed with our 3 bedroom, ocean view beach house - the views really were amazing and the cabin was super comfortable providing everything you need. Certainly the best Big4 cabin I have stayed in! The park facilities are also quite good with plenty for the kids to do and the location is excellent so close to the Main strip of shops. I'd certainly recommend a stay at Big4 Apollo Bay!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The park is very clean, well maintained, and conveniently located, the cabins are new and overall the park is just a stone’s throw from the beach. We booked both a cabin and a campsite, and the staff were incredibly kind in upgrading us to a powered site so we could be closer together, as one person in our group had access needs. It made our stay so much easier and really showed how thoughtful and accommodating the team is. The facilities are fantastic: a heated pool, a cute playground, great little games and TV rooms, and the nightly light show was such a fun surprise!! the little ones were mesmerised! There’s also a BBQ area with seating next to the playground. The cabin also had a book with local attractions, which was a lovely touch. Thanks to that, we ended up at the Co-Op fish and chip shop and grabbed ice cream nearby, both great recommendations. Honestly, it’s one of the best holiday parks we’ve stayed at. We’re already planning our next trip back and highly recommend it! Super happy with our stay.

Perfect central location to all aspects of the great ocean road. Park is well maintained and daily cleans across the whole park are continuous. Staff are so friendly and have a wealth of local knowledge. Special activities during my stay were great from pizza and taco van to nightly light shows. Onsite coffee van for morning pick me ups was a welcomed extra.

One of the best caravan parks we've stayed in - in over 7 months on the road! Lovely staff, incredible play areas for the kids, bathrooms clean, heated and spacious and a lovely sound and light show every night! Our site had the convenience of a concrete slab for the van and grass for playing and sitting. Beautiful views from our site too. Wish we could have stayed longer to try out the heated pool!

My client (special needs) chose to stay at Apollo Bay Big 4, and right from the get go, the staff and the owner went above and beyond our expectations. On arrival there was a welcome card and gift in the cabin for him. Spacious, clean and tidy deluxe cabin. The view was magnificent. Tony, Nolene and Jordan were incredibly friendly and went to great lengths to explain and show us the numerous (All Abilities) activities at the Pisces Big 4 Holiday Park and in Apollo Bay and surrounds. He enjoyed the sound and light show, he toasted marshmallows that we were given at the fire pit. And he even took photos with his new friends Tony, Nolene and Jordan to show his mum. An awesome and relaxing mini getaway. We can't thank the staff enough for everything! So inclusive, welcoming and friendly! One of the best holiday experiences we've had! We'll be back!

This is a great park and run very well. I noticed that the team kept the place very clean, neat and tidy. And everyone is friendly. Lots for the kids to do and the light show each night was amazing. The lady in the coffee van makes amazing coffees also. Was very happy with our stay here. Oh and I loved the herb gardens outside the camp kitchen. Great idea.

From the moment you are greeted, you know you have arrived in a special place. With a beautiful, warm greeting, a family welcome pack of marshmallows and sticks and all the needed information, Apollo Bay would have to be in one of my top 5 parks. Whilst it was certainly a very expensive stay, for the time of year, we expected nothing less. The park is beautifully maintained, with well thought out family friend events the entire time of our 5 night stay. Highly recommend, you will be glad you stayed.

Been coming here on and off for 25 years, never disappoints, different owners over the years have continued to improve the park. Front row cabins have superb views across the beach to Apollo Bay.
