BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks - Busselton

Saved the best till last! By far the nicest camp site I stayed on in my travels. I booked two nights at the end of my trip, with a powered slab site (#7). The park location was perfect, easy access both in and out. The facilities were very well maintained and clean. Staff were lovely and helpful. I was able to do some washing, both the washing machine and dryer were clean and easy to use within a very reasonable time. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay here.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks – Busselton in a Deluxe Villa with our family and dog. The park was spotless, spacious, and incredibly well-maintained. Check-in was a breeze and the customer service was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although heavy rain meant the kids couldn’t enjoy the outdoor activities, the park's cleanliness and comfort more than made up for it – and there’s always next time! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made for lovely morning walks with our dog. Huge thanks to the team, your attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere made our stay really special. We’ll definitely be back :)

We spent 5 nights in a spa cabin . The cabin was spotlessly clean and well appointed , even had a dishwasher . The location was excellent and only a short stroll to the beach . Staff at reception were happy and extremely helpful , the cleaning staff bent over backwards to provide anything we needed . We loved this park and will definitely stay again . 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely love this Big4 right on the beach in Busselton. Fantastic chalets & facilities, the gardens are lovely and well kept. We will be returning for 3rd year running!

Our deluxe cabin had sticky filthy floors, mould and dust smell in the bedrooms, greasy and dirty dishes, pots and pans, smashed tv, mould smelling washing machine, blocked drains in the showers and basins. ||Sheets in the master bedroom smelled like they hadn’t been changed from the previous guests. ||Mattresses on the bunk bed smelled horrible. ||WiFi did not work all duration of our stay. Reception mentioned that’s how things are. ||Unfortunately couldn’t wait to check out.

I paid $70 last night 1/06/25 for a powered site. I had planned to do some laundry. It turned out that 3 out 4 of washing machines and dryers were out of order. The park was full, this meant that trying to wash and dry cloths took some time. I had 2 loads that took me 4hr to wash and dry. This meant I was stuck in the park for the daylight hours. They told us this had only happened 10 days ago. It was quite obvious that at least one pair hadn’t been working for some time. If we had been given this info when we arrived we would have left. The dog wash was out of shampoo. The place was clean and tidy. Other amenities were good.

Just had a 3 night stay on a powered tent site, park itself is clean and quite shady. Check in was smooth, toilets and amenities clean. Camp kitchen quite big and clean. Great swimming pool with small water park next to pool for kids. Jumping pillow in playground which is extremely popular with kids. However, we did not have a relaxing stay. We was situated on site 69 which is literally 2m from the jumping pillow, at first I thought it was great when we arrived as we could watch our child easily in the playground. WRONG! Come 5pm, the playground and jumping pillow was filled with approx 20 kids, screaming, fighting and swearing using the most fowl language using the C word. The pounding of the jumping is embedded in my head, a constant thump thump thump. Not relaxing at all. Especially when you are eating dinner at 6pm and all this is going on. I felt like I was the park baby sitter, especially when one kid was strangled and pushed off the jumping pillow and he was screaming and crying, and when the parent came they looked at me evil as if why didnt I do something? I am not there to babysit.! It was a hassle to get out in the car daily as scooters and bikes were dumped in front of our site, breakfast was just as annoying, trying to eat and the kids would be all on the jumping pillow again at 8/8.30am. If I stay again I will be requesting a sitr far away from the playground. I feel like a need another holiday after this holiday.

Had a pretty good time in this place. First timer and location was great. Beach, amenities and close IGA Drive into town 5mins
