BIG4 Hobart Airport Tourist Park

Super friendly staff and a lovely family atmosphere. The air pillow was an absolute highlight for my 3 boys. The amenities were well maintained and despite the park being fully booked there was no queuing. |There was some aircraft and traffic noise but that is to be expected given the location convenient to the airport.

Good for airport but difficult for city without a car. 20 minutes walk to hourly bus which ends at 6 pm. Lovely cabins, good facilities. Limited groceries available at nearby garage, nearest grocers 35 minutes walk 😕 Great play area for kids. Restaurant in nearby hotel. Quiet at night considering nearby airport and motorway. Overall very comfortable 👍

An outstanding experience at Big 4 Hobart Airport Tourist Park. Special thanks to the manager, Emma, who made us feel genuinely welcome and was incredibly accommodating, especially given how busy it was at this time of year. The amenities are spotless, the park has a great vibe, and it’s clear from the moment you arrive that it’s extremely well run. That’s a real credit to the management team. This was our first visit and it certainly won’t be our last. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful park. It’s only a short drive into the city and perfectly positioned near the fantastic vineyards around the Richmond area. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Big 4 Tourist Park in Hobart in a Cabin, when we arrived in Tasmania recently, and stayed again the night before leaving to go home. The owners of the Park are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The email communication and phone calls while we were trying to book prior to our stay, were of a very high standard. The Park is very clean and well maintained. The rooms were very clean and tidy and had everything we needed in them. The owners of the Park suggested we try the fresh seafood Café, (Tasmanian Gourmet Seafoods) at the back of the park. We ended up going there every night we stayed at the Park. I would highly recommend this park to anyone travelling around Tasmania. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

We hired a motorhome from near the Hobart airport and on our last day we stayed at this campsite before returning the motorhome in the morning next day We have used a few Big 4 sites on our week adventure in Tasmania and found them equally good This site was pre booked and we went to see the site first as we were in the airport Hotel prior to picking up the van Really friendly staff, and very helpful. We knew our pitch number so that made it easier on our day of arriving. Large pitches and all serviced Would recommend this site

Would definitely, recommend. Our recent stay was great.... close to everything, great seafood place within walking distance, only 20mins to Hobart, 7mins to the airport. Our cabin had everything we could want , it was clean and everybody was so helpful. Nothing to complain!

We stayed here after a later flight. What a surprise! Our cabin was so clean and was beyond our expectations. Even though reception was closed, getting our key was so easy. Communication from start to finish was fabulous. Highly recommend.

Very tidy park. Well maintained. Excellent camp kitchen. Great amenities block. Very clean. A great base if you need to be close by the airport or explore Hobart and surrounds.
