Nice spot. Under the airport flight path but they never woke us up. Kids loved the bouncy pillow and play ground. Rooms were clean and tidy. Our hair dryer was broken but they quickly sourced us another.

We've been here a couple of times now for business mostly, but this time, also for holiday. The staff are wonderful... helped us a lot when our trip over on the Spirit of Tasmania was delayed by a few days, which threw our business plans out the window and we needed to reschedule. Nothing was too difficult! The cabins are lovely, clean, well appointed and comfortable (especially the bed... which is always good considering we slept in it for 7 nights). Would highly recommend. They also have a couple of beautifully equipped wheelchair friendly cabins.

Multiple stays with our big van, beautiful staff, always happy to go above & beyond with bookings for us. Our sweet girl 'Penny', our English Cocker Spaniel loves her stays with us here too, much appreciated & we will return when next in Hobart, cheers, Janet & Paul.

Very happy with our stay. Staff were friendly and the cabin was very clean. The shower was hot and good pressure. The location was good and central without being in the heart of the city. We were able to get food easily and definately recommend The Local Grocer for coffee and food.

This place was perfect for our family stop over, all the staff were wonderful, park was super clean and extremely well maintained, could not fault a single thing. Thanks to the hard working ladies who made our stay with our son super special.

Very good facilities, great value so close to the city. We stayed in early June so it wasn’t too busy. No real issues with aircraft noise, just a couple in the evening but nothing too late. We took one of the larger powered caravan sites out the back, just be careful of number 28 as it can easily get waterlogged, you can see from the ground there. Otherwise it was a great base for exploring Hobart, Mount Wellington, Richmond and Port Arthur. 10 minute drive to Sorrel for groceries.

We've had multiple stays over the last month using the self contained cabins. Cannot fault the amenities nor the fabulous staff. The laundry was spotless. Play equipment, for those that have kids, is great. Close and convenient to the CBD and an easy drive in any direction for travel beyond and sightseeing. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for four nights at a grass powered site. The campsite was maintained, relatively flat, and clean. The location of the amenities was well thought out — not too far for any guest — and the facilities themselves were regularly maintained. Overall, it was a great camping experience. However, possibly due to the campground being near the airport, the wind was extremely strong. On two of the nights, wind speeds reached over 50 km/h, and staying in a tent during those hours felt quite scary, like the tent could be blown away at any moment. That said, when the wind wasn’t strong, the environment was pleasant and very convenient.
