What can I even say about this place this was everything 🙌🏻 😍 from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out this place exceeded every single expectation I had. As cleaning business owner with extremely high standards I was so incredibly impressed how every inch of our cabin was beautifully cleaned, no dust, smelt amazing and fresh, the shower and sinks were all incredibly clean. The activities for kids were also just beyond amazing the games room was a mini arcade. The water park was just so much fun ive never seen my son so happy and in his element. The staff were sooo helpful, and friendly. Professional yet super welcoming and made you feel at home and so comfortable. The park itself was so beautifully maintained. Everything looked like it was constantly stayed on top of. I even saw staff wiping down the jumping pad after it had rained for kids to use. The level of care that goes into this place exceeds far beyond 5 stars. If yo I are looking for a family getaway where you can relax and enjoy the park itself with all the activities then this is the place for you and your kids. We truly cant thank big4 imgenia inverloch enough for making this everything we wanted and more. We will be back again soon!!

We had a great time camping out at the powered site. The facilities are great, cleaned regularly and huge camp kitchen makes cooking very convenient. The indoor swimming and splash area, basket ball court and gaming rooms keeps the kids occupied and lets the big kids have a good time as well. Only disappointment was not able to use the EV chargers. One was not working and other one is next to a cabin which is reserved for the guest. So if you are not staying in the cabin, you can’t use the charger. I Pulger in my car as the spot was empty, only to be told by move my car. Overall great experience. Love to come back.

Great family park – we’ll be back! We had an amazing stay at this park perfect for families! The staff were absolutely fantastic: helpful, approachable, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we checked in to when we left. You can really tell they’ve got a great team working here! There’s so much to do – we didn’t hear “I’m bored” once, which is always a win with kids. Plenty of activities kept everyone happy and entertained. Only downside was the water splash park. It’s advertised as heated, and it is warm in the mornings, but by late afternoon in winter, it gets too cold to use… Luckily, the pool is warm enough that the kids were still happy. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back. Hoping we can snag a booking in summer next time!

We had an amazing week in the lv poolside cabins. Defiantly will be booking this accommodation again! Staff were amazing especially the maintenance crew and pool supervisors! Areas were always clean and the food trucks were tasty!!!!

We visited Big 4 in June this year. Found the kids activities really good! We had initially booked the ensuite cabin but found it too small on arrival. The lovely staff upgraded us to their units which was so spacious. Our kids 7 and 4 years old enjoyed the was park facilities and never got bored. Only a small feedback the indoor heated pool water felt a bit cold both the times we went in and also the splash pool water. I did raise it with the reception ladies who got someone to check it and confirmed they maintain it at that temperature always but our kids kept saying the water is cold, so did other kids in the pool(we went in the evening both times so not sure if it was like that in the day as well). They also provide Tesla charging stations without charging any extra which was such a value add. The location is close by the esplanade for a nice walk. So all in all loved the location and facilities. Look forward to going back again next school holidays:)

We loved our holiday! So did our kids suchh a fantastic park! This is the second time we have stayed there. Loved the pizza truck and comby drink vans it added a bit of extra fun for tge adults while the kids played

Thank you for the stay we had a great time. Just some feed back we would recommend an inside mat at the door as there is nowhere to wipe your feet especially when there is a puddle at the bottom of the stairs when you walk in. One of the blankets on the top bed was dirty and has white marks all over them, so these get washed after every guest? Lastly the indoor pool looks liked it needed a good clean the shallow part was all green around the edge. These items didn’t impact our stay but just wanted to let you know what we found. Thanks

The stay was fine overall. There were a couple of small issues: the toilet had a leak, which was fixed quickly, but it still kept trickling water the whole time. The Smart TV connected to the park WiFi, but none of the apps worked properly, so I had to screen mirror from my phone instead (though normal live TV did work). On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, the park overall was really good, and the indoor water park was definitely a bonus. One suggestion for the future would be to provide a small vacuum in the cabins for quick clean-ups.
