BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Inverloch

Great for young families and great location so close to the water and short walk to town. The park has a good pool ( needs to be a little warmer) and great kids indoor water park. The pump track for scooters and bikes was excellent. Overall with some more upgrades to modernise facilities this will be a great destination. The sites are quite tight in some areas be sure to check your van size first. The newer drive through artificial grass powered sites were excellent.

We had such a great time on our weekend away at Big4 Ingenia Holidays Inverloch. The park itself is modern with lots of well maintained facilities and activities for the kids. My kids particularly loved the indoor heated pool and the jumping pillow. We loved the location too. We thoroughly enjoyed the walk (about 10 - 15 minutes) along the esplanade in to town to grab a coffee each morning. There are beautiful views across the water along the way. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those with young families.

EDIT - I sent a email with my details 2 weeks ago tomorrow and still haven’t received a phone call or email? The ladies in the office were absolutely lovely, and the location along with the kids' facilities were great. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended for us. We booked a powered grass site but ended up camping in what felt more like a swamp. While we understand there had been a lot of rain—which can’t be helped—better site drainage or temporary closure of affected sites would go a long way. The area clearly needs time for the grass to recover and the ground to firm up over winter months. We hadn’t brought camping mats, as the website clearly states that floor coverings aren't allowed on grass sites. However, when I raised this with the manager, I was told the rule is actually just to prevent people from using carpets or tarps—which is quite different from what’s advertised. More clarity here would be helpful. The manager also said someone would come to lay mesh mats to help with the slippery ground, but no one ever showed up. We tried calling the office multiple times around 5pm (despite Google listing the closing time as 6pm), left a voicemail, and never received a response. To top it off, the female toilets were completely out of toilet paper every night, even after staff were informed. The issue remained unresolved during our stay. We ended up checking out a day early because the experience just wasn’t enjoyable. We were told someone would follow up about our stay, but it’s now been over a week and we haven’t heard anything. Really disappointing, especially given the potential this place has.

We had a fantastic family holiday at the Inverloch BIG4 Ingenia Holiday Park! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made us feel so welcome. We stayed in a Superior Villa, which was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The amenities throughout the park were excellent, especially for children. Our 2-year-old absolutely loved the splash park and could hardly be convinced to leave it each day! There was so much for families to enjoy, and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly holiday destination!

We decided on a short 4 day holiday here. Mainly due to the kids activities. An indoor heated pool and a separate indoor heated splash park, as well as a giant jumping cushion. On arrival it had been raining, however after settling in were able to take the kid swimming with no issues at all. The cabins beds left alot to be desired. The kids loved it, mum n dad, not so much

We first visited this park three years ago but, unfortunately, experienced an unforeseen accident that left me with lingering anxiety about returning. Despite my hesitation, I decided to put that anxiety aside and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The park itself is incredible clean, well-maintained, and full of activities for the kids. I felt completely at ease letting them run around and explore safely, which is something I truly value as a parent. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person, from the reception team to the ground staff, was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They made us feel right at home and helped erase any of the nerves we had about coming back. The cabins were modern, spacious, and perfectly suited for two families to stay comfortably. We often stay at different BIG4 parks, but this one has definitely earned a permanent spot on our list. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and for helping my children create the beautiful memories they missed out on the first time around.

This was our first visit to Big4 Inverloch and it was honestly the best! We travelled in the July school holidays, and even though it was a little rainy it was still an amazing holiday for us and the kids. The splash park and pool, while too cold for me, the kids LOVED! They would have stayed there all day if we let them. The jumping pillow was great and the skate track and basketball was fun! While busy during the day the park was remarkably quiet and peaceful at night. The cabin we stayed in was great (Poolside Villa) with heaps of room for the family and great cooking facilities too. We loved our stay so much we have already booked for the July school holidays again in 2026!

The place is amazing, spent the 3 days and two nights with plenty rain. The rain didn't deter the kids, indoor heated pool and indoor splash park was awesome. Our kids spent a considerable time there. Amenities like the kitchen and toilets are clean. When the rain stopped, the girls made use of the go kart, play ground and jumping pillow. Highly recommend this place all year round, especially those rainy seasons, kids won't get bored.
