BIG4 Launceston Holiday Park

My wife and I stayed at the BIG4 Launceston caravan park in early August. We were allocated a cabin which had all the conveniences we needed for our stay. We were impressed by the overall cleanliness of the cabin and of the surrounding area. As we were visiting Launceston mainly for business we didn't get to explore the entire property but from what we observed this BIG4 was very well kept and ably run by a very helpful management team. We have no hesitation in recommending this BIG4 to anyone wishing to stay in Launceston in comfortable, convenient accommodation. 10/10

Very clean and comfortable cabin! Kitchen is well equipped with the basics. Location is alright since we drive everywhere. Nice, quiet surroundings. Definitely will come back again!

We recently stayed at this Big 4 caravan park with our family and found the property to be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the electricity went out in our cabin on the first night due to a faulty power board. While this was inconvenient, we were impressed with how promptly the maintenance team and managers responded. They quickly provided us with a cable to power essential appliances like the fridge and phone chargers, and an electrician arrived first thing the next morning to resolve the issue. Despite the hiccup, the level of service and support we received was excellent. Overall, a very positive experience.

Stayed for a night and is what I expected of a big 4. Facilities were clean and tidy with powered site. Had a jumping pillow and small play ground for the kids. Are doing upgrades which will enhance the stay. Only thing I can pick is no fire pit in winter would’ve made the night. Camp is minimal with limited utensils.

We recently stayed three nights in one of the studio cabins. Ours was very nice, modern, clean and well equipped. We weren’t aware it was a studio so a little smaller than we were used to. The location is adjacent to a major road so is noisy on the balcony but not in the cabin. The service is excellent and everything was prepared when we arrived .

Prefect location over looking Launceston, luxury condos are perfect have everything and more including good view. Staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended this big 4 park and would stay here again

I recently stayed in one of the cabins at BIG4 Launceston Holiday Park for a 3-night work trip and was thoroughly impressed. On the day of arrival, I received a thoughtful SMS letting me know I could check in early if I wished. The hospitality was outstanding. I arrived around 5PM, and the lady who checked me in was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a precaution in case I arrived after hours, the team had already placed the key in my cabin and thoughtfully turned on the lights and heater. Walking into a warm, well-lit cabin after a long day was such a comfort. Highly recommend!

The amenities were spotless, we didn’t see the rooms as we pitched a tent but they looked amazing from the outside and the grounds were well kept. We had a large camp site with wallabies visiting each night. I really enjoyed the stay there and will be returning next time I visit Tasmania.
