We had a good-sized campsite and really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was great to see everyone walking around, pitching in, and keeping the campsite well maintained. The only small downside for us was the playground, which isn’t quite toddler-friendly. There are areas that look like they were designed for climbing but don’t have equipment in place, resulting in a drop, and the base of the slide shows some rust. We also found that a few details on the website didn’t quite match our experience , the jumping pillow wasn’t available until sundown as advertised, and the beach was closer to a 15-minute walk rather than a quick stroll. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the effort that goes into maintaining the campsite.

Not so Happy New year - 2026 Date of visit: January 2-4 2026 Visitors of Asian origin may want to be aware of potential issues when staying at the Big 4 Tasman holiday park in Ledge Point. We experienced repeated unfounded accusations and unreasonable requests during our 2-night stay despite adhering to park rules. We've been threatened to be reported to local authorities multiple times(5 times to be exact). Being mindful of our noise levels, we confidently asserted our innocence and invited the staff to call the police if necessary. Notably, no police attended, and neighboring campers corroborated that we weren't being loud. The staff even asked us to turn off our lights but the other campers do have lights on. Our holiday was completely ruined as we were once again harassed in the early morning of our 2nd day. We were asked like illiterates to listen as the staff tries to discuss the park rules. Talking about bush fire which we dont know why, telling us that no electrical lights must be near the trees although he is well aware not any of our lights was. The staff's behavior was witnessed by other campers, who described it as condescending and we all find it rude. We protested that we didn't break any rule and if they think we did, they can call the police like they've been saying. They can investigate with our full cooperation. The issue resurfaced again when I visited reception to purchase ice. The staff uttered that she knows her husband had spoken to us and they didn't approve of our behavior. Upon asking for specifics about the behavior, she alleged that we were framing the incident as a racial matter due to our Asian descent. I responded that this claim was unfounded and that we had not raised the issue of racism not a single time. I suggested that they verify this with the person who made the claim but was quickly dismissed. Obviously I can attest to it as I was present the entire time the staff comes to tell us off- I'm not just saying a second hand information. Throughout our extensive travels to various campsites, we have never encountered such unprofessional staff. As respectful guests, we ensure that we read and comply with park rules upon arrival and expect courtesy in return.

Such a beautiful spot, clean and tidy. Pool was wonderful on a hot day. Kids visiting also seemed to be having a lot of fun. Have to travel to Lancelin for a decent feed but it's not far and had a day out tackling the sand dunes (highly recommend!!). Recommend anyone to book and stay.

We had a one-night stopover in the eco tents, which was a nice change and something a bit different. We really enjoyed our stay! Just a small note — we stayed in late October, and it does get quite cold at night with no extra blankets or heating provided. Also, you’ll need to bring your own mirror. Otherwise, the stay was great and we’d happily return.

The campground and location are actually lovely, but the front office staff were extremely rude in the way they speak to guests. Even when we were polite in our response, their aggressive and disrespectful approach remained which made our stay very disappointing. Sadly, this really ruined the experience and we won’t be returning. There is absolutely a way in which you can respectfully speak to paying guests, however sadly this lady has not been educated of this.

Nice park but after 6pm you cant use the pool or the jumping pillow anymore even though there is still almost 2 hours of sunlight and then you cant enjoy it again until after 9am the next day. By then the sun has been up nearly 4 hours. They seriously need to revise their hours of operation, people are here to enjoy themselves and there are a lot of kids wanting to play and enjoy the park but can't at that point. Almost feels like they are running a retirement home trying to keep everything quiet after 6pm. People come here to have fun, so let them. Other than that its a nice little park in a nice location. Just hope they revise their operation hours for the pool and jumping pillow because it's a major buzz kill.

We had a great one night midweek stay at Ledge Point holiday park. The amenities were awesome and we appreciated crockery and cutlery for camp kitchen as well as washing up cloths provided. The bedding and linens were very comfortable and good quality, as well as the pillows provided.

Very friendly staff, great location, however only stayed a few hours because we booked the pool room(don't ever), which we thought would have pool access, but only had a view of it behind a doorless fence and werent notified until we arrived that the pool closed from 6pm-9am, so waiting for the kids to clear out was impossible(all fine). (main reason)Parents consuming copious amount of alcohol in the morning not even 5m away didnt need to give us another reason to leave. For the amount they are making they sure do make the place look better rather than actually being better... This place NEEDS security, definitely noticed people leaving because of the drinking. $159 for 3 hours dont even think of a refund. Ill delete the post on refund, but it kinda should be heard
