BIG4 Tasman Holiday Parks - Ledge Point

We really enjoyed out time at Ledge Point Caravan Park. The sites are spacious, however slightly tight roads can make a tricky for some to park their vans. The facilities was lovely and well maintained. Bathrooms including toilets and showers were clean, tidy and plenty of hot water. The playground and pool was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. Would recommend and we will return in the future

This is the first time I have ever felt the need to leave a review on a caravan park we have stayed at, and we've stayed at a lot. What an absolute treat the Tasman Holiday Park Ledge Point is. If you want to experience relaxing quite beautifully laid out with nice clean amenities look no further. There's not much at Ledge Point itself but they have one of the best caravan parks. Well done loved it thanks for a great stay.

Neat quiet park. We had a standard cabin, with everything we needed. Easy walk to the village. Super friendly staff.|Appreciated that the WC was separate from the bathroom. All accomodation providers should emulate this. Also appreciated the row of coat hooks in the bedroom. These little things count.

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay last weekend. We occupied a group of large powered sites and unfortunately felt that the value for money was not commensurate with the experience. Despite the campground appearing full, indicating a significant income stream, we observed several areas where maintenance and upkeep seemed inadequate. Barbecues: Of the three barbecues we attempted to use, two were found to be in a broken state. Showers: One shower in the female bathroom was also broken, with water coming out of the top instead of the normal direction. Power: Power was out at night for long hours. We couldn't charge anything while in the tent. Kitchen Facilities: The kitchen was severely under-equipped and poorly maintained. Only one sink was available, leading to long queues for dishwashing. There was a complete lack of essential kitchenware such as plates, cutlery, and utensils. Only one kettle and one toaster were available for the entire kitchen. The refrigerator was in poor condition, leaking and insufficiently sized for the number of campers. Games Room: While the games room had amenities, the pool table and arcade required payment for use. The table tennis equipment provided (bats and ball) was in a dilapidated state and of very poor quality, rendering the game virtually unplayable. We have stayed at numerous caravan parks and, considering the nightly rate, our experience at Tasman Ledge Point fell significantly short of our expectations. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements can be made to enhance the camping experience for future guests. Sincerely,

Amazing park. highly recommend, huge powered sites, friendly staff, pool, aircon room to relax in, clean amenities, great for kids, what more could you ask for. definitely will be coming back. a place you must stay

Booked a powered tent site to find the power supply was 15-20 metres up a 3 metre embankment. Admin staff were great and allowed me to book caravan powered site. Amenities are pretty good. Only main gripe pool open from 9am-6pm. Prepared for 9am swim with my son to see staff adding pool chemicals both granulated and liquid I can only assume chlorine and acid. After cancelling our swim and driving out of the premises to see children swimming in the pool minutes later. Should be minimum 30-60 mins preferably few hours after adding chemicals before you let people safetly use. Could the chemicals be added outside of use time?

We stayed at the studio rooms (studio 4) and we had a comfortable stay. The studio was very clean and in good shape. It had everything we needed and we highly recommend staying there. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, mugs and cutlery inside the room, no toaster. The room has a little deck area with pool views, but I wish that it was a bit more private to the neighbours on the studio next door as the separation wall has holes on it. The room also has aircon and TV, with free wifi available. Check in is till 4.30pm, but we called earlier to let them know we would be late and they left our keys on the late check-in box. Plenty of sockets to charge. A bit noisy due to many families with kids.

We recently visited Ledge as a group of mums and kids celebrating the end of the boy’s under 10’s soccer season, so we were a lively bunch! The managers were absolutely fantastic to us, on the first day my son’s chain came off his bike. He was so disappointed as I couldn’t fix it without tools. I took it to the office and the manager took the mud guard off, fixed his chain (and something else!) within the hour. We needed help at various times during the trip and the managers were very patient and kind at all times. We visit Ledge at least once a year, and it is always immaculately kept. This time we stayed in the Eco tents which were no exception to the usual high standards and made our trip fuss free. We all look forwards to returning next year. Thank you!!
