BIG4 Tasman Holiday Parks - Ledge Point

An excellent, well appointed caravan park. Not on the beach but ranks as one of our top parks. Lovely modern ablutions, large level sites. Set on a small quiet town.

Stayed one night in there glamping tent, although beautiful appointed and extremely clean...Unfortunately we where extremely cold as temperatures dropped over night and there was no form of heating. For the sake of four soft fur like rugs from Kmart at $20 would have made all the difference Also there was no rails to hold as you went up steps to porch to enter tent, as it had been raining the risk of slipping on metal steps was extremely high especially for people unsteady on their feet (or anybody)

Absolutely amazing park, big sites, friendly and helpful staff and permanent residents. Clean, great amenities. Dog friendly, no problems at all. Amazing toilet and shower facilities. Pool table and recreational area. Highly recommended.

Stayed a couple of nights in a cabin. Clean & tidy, friendly staff & interesting fellow travellers. We were on our way home from wildflowering further north but added to our photo collection by searching the areas up towards Cervantes.

Highly recommend! After having a horrible experience with a caravan park in Lancelin, we were quite upset and stressed about where to stay. I called Dee who was absolutely lovely and was so accommodating and friendly. Beautiful sites, super clean amenities and just so nice to deal with. Absolutely recommend. Thank you for turning a stressful and upsetting start to our stay into a top one!

We chose this caravan park over a nearby free camp solely because we needed access to water, showers, and laundry. Unfortunately, there was a water outage during our stay — which we completely understand can happen. What was disappointing was the staff’s attitude. At checkout, we asked if we could stay parked for a bit longer, just until the water came back so we could use the amenities we paid for. We weren’t asking to stay an extra night — just to wait. But we were told we had to leave, with no flexibility or consideration for the situation. When we asked for a partial refund since we couldn’t use any of the facilities, they refused. Poor customer service and absolutely no goodwill shown. Definitely wouldn’t return or recommend.

We stayed here for one night in our vehicle, specifically to access the facilities: showers, laundry, and to fill up our water tanks. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the water supply, which I completely understand and don’t blame the park for. However, during check-out we politely asked if we could remain on the premises just a bit longer — not to stay another night, but simply to wait until the water issue was resolved so we could shower, do laundry, and fill our tanks. The response was a firm no, with zero understanding or flexibility, even though the only reason we stayed (instead of free camping 5 minutes away) was to use those amenities. Since we couldn’t use the facilities we paid for, we requested a partial refund, which was also denied. Disappointing service and a complete lack of empathy for travelers dealing with unexpected issues.

Slept in a swag, only one night. Very noisy kids running a muck everywhere. Better not to come on a public holiday weekend I suppose. Amenities are well kept and clean. Good job in that regard. Not far from the beach, maybe a bit too far to walk. Nice beach, very quiet.
