We stay here frequently when traveling to Toowoomba, and the park managers are always lovely and helpful. The cabins are clean, comfortable, and very accommodating, and the playground is a big hit with the kids. I would definitely recommend this park to everyone. One suggestion: During our stay, there was heavy rain, and the gutters were quite blocked with plants growing in them. This caused a loud noise throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep on those nights.

We had a cabin for one night.||Being school holidays it was good value for money.||Good kitchen, large fridge, sofa, table and 6 chairs, TV, Air-conditioning, microwave, oven, gas stove top 4 burner and usual kitchen appliances.||We had 2 bedrooms, 1 x Queen Bed and second room had 2 x Bunks.||Good size bathroom, toilet and Shower.||Parking by the door.||Balcony with table and 2 chairs.||We didn't get to look around the park but saw on the map that there was a good size camp kitchen, laundary and pool. ||Powered, unpowered and ensuit sites. Lots of cabins. ||Wifi didn't work at cabin and none on map said it worked best in the camp kitchen.||Boom gates.||A little distance from the CBD but very quiet.

Do not book here - our stay was 1-6 Oct 25. It is the worst maintained park we have ever stayed in, and should not be a BIG4. We should’ve looked at Reviews before booking. I gave only 1 star because of generally quiet location, proximity to shops and Toowoomba city, and pleasant interactions with office and cleaning staff. 1. Communication. Days prior to arrival leaving phone and website messages to extend booking went unanswered, until we phoned the AH Emergency number to night manager so our request would be actioned. A return call the next day finally gave an apology with an explanation that the park was recently sold as the excuse for poor staff handling. We hoped that this would be the only negative for our stay , but this was not to be . 2. Sale of property. If true, then the previous owner has withheld not completing badly needed maintenance. These are: a. Women’s showers - badly dripping outdated old-style shower roses wasting valuable water, a light sensor which does not turn on in quite dim conditions limiting shower use ,( when the men’s light always turns on when entering!), I noticed a shower wall with a sticker from a swimsuit/underwear liner that a lazy foul patron has just stuck it on a wall, but the cleaning staff have not removed and has been there the whole 5 day stayover. The bathroom smells like it needs a good dose of bleach down the drains. Which maintenance installer would think to put soap dispensers and hand dryers at 1.6 m high? No common sense. Where children cannot reach and water drips down your arm while using dryer. More modern eco shower roses would save water wastage. Surely even if patrons have not complained or reported the dripping roses and light faults the cleaning staff should have. So a response on day 3 saying that repairs would have to wait for the maintenance staff is an excuse to send me on my way, when this already should’ve been identified, reported and a maintenance person allocated to the job. b. Small sites. We have a 8m motor home and a car. While the site was fine for our motorhome- just!; the car had to be parked across front of concrete area , as the parking as per the site map should’ve been between our concrete path and the next van, but this was too close to open car doors without impacting our side curtain. c. The internet only works in the camp kitchen area. Hot spotting doesn’t work either. Very poor connectivity and likely the cheapest plan. So the advertised Free Wifi is useless and misleading. d. The roads in the far east of the park have potholes so big and wide and deep - in deplorable condition requiring urgent repairing. e. No yellow bin for recycling. Very poor and disappointing not to have this available. In general this park is in poor run down old condition requiring significant repairs and maintenance, and funds to improve it. We didn’t even bother to try pool, BBQ or camp kitchen. Whilst this is in a quiet location, I would not come again nor advise anyone else to either. Bathroom cleanliness and maintenance is our most important item in a caravan park. Sadly, this park is way off the mark which does nothing to attract repeat customers.

We booked here as it was the closest dog friendly site to the flower carnival. Considering it’s a small site in the middle of a suburb, it’s relatively quiet and we had no issues with the permanent residents.|Yes the site is small, but has all the facilities you need, including local shops in walking distance. The camp is clean and tidy, albeit dated and in need of some investment and TLC. The staff work hard to try and maintain it. The ensuite site (92) was large enough for the big vans and you didn’t feel crammed in like other commercial sites. There was even a fifth wheel on site, so even though it’s small it’s accessible to bigger vans. I think it would be wise to call ahead if there’s any questions regarding accessibility etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. I only have it 3 stars based on how dated it is, but otherwise it’s a great little site.

Super friendly staff. Cabin was great, well equipped and really comfy. We had a great stay. Kids loved the go carts and jumping pillow. Grounds were tidy and it was super quite. No idiots partying which was nice. Would recommend for sure. 👍

My husband and I stayed in a cabin overnight. It was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed and lounge, with a large kitchen and full size fridge. Parking was at the door and the park was quiet and safe and the tariff very reasonable. We would definitely stay there again.

Basic room, clean, could do with a bigger fridge, not the bar size that was in it, as we struggled for space. Another towel rack would have been handy also. Quite location, camp kitchen was good, pool also looked inviting.
