BIG4 Toowoomba

Super friendly staff. Cabin was great, well equipped and really comfy. We had a great stay. Kids loved the go carts and jumping pillow. Grounds were tidy and it was super quite. No idiots partying which was nice. Would recommend for sure. 👍

We stayed here with a caravan and an extra person in a swag. The caravan site we were given was quite small and tight, making it a bit challenging to maneuver. It was fine for just one night, though. One thing we didn’t like was having to use a key for the amenities. As a family of three adults, we only had one key, which was a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, the toilets hadn’t been cleaned during our stay, and the showers were a bit of a hassle. While they were nice and hot, the water sprayed every time you moved, which meant my clothes kept getting wet even though they were on the bench. On a positive note, it was pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. However with all that in mind we still had a pleasant stay.

A nice little caravan park in a quiet back street but access is tricky because the road is sometimes congested and there isn’t any check in parking space. The van sites are tight and getting a van onto a site can be tricky. The park is said to be suitable for Big Rigs, I would disagree. The facilities are well maintained if somewhat dated There is a pool and a jumping mat for the kids . It’s close to a small shopping centre and about 15 minutes from the CBD

I will generally choose a Big 4 park to stay at where available but, on this occasion I regret it! The sites are narrow, we had to get the neighbour to move his car so we could get out of our space. The facilities are very dated. The shower had very low water pressure taking longer to rinse the shampoo out. The soap and hand dryer are so high up it's really difficult if you're short in stature to reach. Staff were pleasant but the park over all was a let down!

This is a small park with so many things packed into it. The staff were very friendly and assisted us with an overflow site. Pool, spar, games room and camp kitchen (even after pizza oven). Amenities were clean and moden. Great spot.

This place was perfect for our needs. We booked the 6 bed cabin and, though tiny, was still a comfortable fit for the weekend. The park amenities were great. The kids loved the jumping pillow and go karts. The pool was a bit cold so we didn’t really use. The whole park was kept really clean, felt really safe and the staff were friendly fly when needed. The check in / out process was really simple too.

I stayed in Toowoomba for the first time, originally booked at another hotel which ended up being rather awful. I reached out to Sarah who guided me in the right direction, making some small adjustments to ensure I was able to have my dog stay with me during my busy stay at the Horse Sale. Sarah went over and above to make my stay a breeze and comfortable, not knowing my way around Toowoomba she helped me out greatly and I will be forever greatful. Herself and the management staff on dury during this week were unbelievable in making my stay pleasant as comfortable as they could, it’s a credit to them helping me out. I will definitely be staying here in the future. My cabin was super clean, tidy and comfortable for myself and my dog. The park is so friendly and very affordable for the week. My cabin was fully furnished with extra blankets, cutlery and basic cooking essentials. I can’t recommend the staff and the park enough.

Caravan sites for 3 nights so no comment on cabins. While the park and amenities were clean, it seemed very cramped. Amenities were small and cramped, caravan sites very close together making getting in very tricky. Very tight corners on exit route for caravans. Camp kitchen was excellent, however inadequate signage. Staff hard to access.
