This is on the first floor. Has a very nice spread. Clean and Hygenic. Very spacious. Lots of light and space. Service is prompt

the place is located on the first floor but with minimum signage and it was difficult to locate the entrance. the restaurant was not busy on a weekday morning. i tried the mango shake but was too thick to drink. they have as Lift and high tables. the food was ordinary and not worth the high price charged completed to other local restaurants

This is a decent place to have authentic Indian cuisine, sweets or savouries. There's adequate capacity and not likely to make to wait for long to be seated during peak time. Unlike haldirams, here they serve you to your seat with no additional charge. Overall a good experience had and won't think a second thought if I've to go again.

If you want taste and pocket friendly food then must visit here..really nice atmosphere and also food.

Very bad experience the worst thing. ⭐ Extremely Poor Experience – Avoid This Place My experience at Bikanervala, Connaught Place, New Delhi was absolutely horrible. The food quality was extremely poor, and the raw material used for preparing the food seemed cheap and unsafe. This is not what anyone expects from a well-known brand like Bikanervala. The service was very disappointing. When we raised a complaint about the food quality, the staff did not listen properly, behaved unprofessionally, and instead of resolving the issue, they started arguing with us. There was no concern for customer satisfaction at all. Despite serving unacceptable food, they refused to give a refund, which clearly shows their lack of accountability and poor customer service. The staff attitude was rude and disrespectful, making the entire experience even worse. Overall, this outlet has very low standards in food quality, service, and customer handling. I strongly recommend people not to visit this place. There are far better and safer food options available in Connaught Place. Whole team was denying all the above things and also all bill amount is taken in advance and giving refund also for same. Not a single star for them.

Very slow service and Assistant manager cant help We ask again and again but didn’t help please rewiew your manager she simply take phone and give full ratings to ourself is it good gopals have high reputation and your Assitant manager ask give me your phone i will give your feedback by own . Very disgusting

Wonderful experience of having lunch at Bikanerwala Baba Kharag Singh Marg. Kamal served us delightfully. Madam Nidhi has been kind to supervise. 5 Star Service.
