Great service, they offer what you requested. In my case, I wanted a basic mountain bike. It served really well, most importantly the brakes functioned well in edgy situations too. They give you lamps and locks so no worries.

The people who work here are very sensitive. I let them know at the end of the rental the bikes are quite low quality and they told me I was disrespectful and rude. They are like Santander bikes, heavy duty, made to last, hard to ride! Clunky. A bit of miscommunication as my feedback was assumed to be about requesting a refund rather than something for them simply to take on board. I had no idea this feedback could cause such a response - advise you to leave feedback on here rather than in person to avoid being yelled at! In other news though, brilliant infrastructure for riders when you get a little out of the city centre with designated cycle routes.

Great everything- we rented 2 e-bikes. Terrific bikes. Service was great, lovely people and super helpful. Had a beautiful all day ride in the hills outside Bologna.

Amazing service! Mailed a few days in advance that we wanted to book the 2h30 Vespa tour, when we arrived everything was taken care off and prepared. Allesandra and her sister are very friendly and helpful, the tour guide was also great and took us to some nice places nearby. Would recommend this to everyone that visits Bologna! Next time we will rent the Vespa for a longer period.

Super service, very nice people. We got at the beginning an explanation about the possible tours in the near and also a tasty espresso. The Vespa was in a good condition. During the day it rained and Alessandra’s first question was as we entered the office again: Oh it rained, are you wet? so nice, really careing about the people and not just the motorbikes.

An amazing place to rent Vespa scooters and see Italy the way it's meant to be seen! My friend and I were lucky enough to rent two beautiful vintage Vespas and ride around the city and surrounding hills of Bologna, Italy. We had an absolute blast and the scooters rode like a dream. We ventured into the hills and explored small towns and stopped at so many fantastic restaurants. We are extremely grateful for the kind & lovely ladies who rented to us for the day. Would highly recommend this and consider it a must do for anyone who wants to see Italy in a classic way.

We spent 2 amazing days with the superbly maintained Vespa we rented. Do not miss the feeling of freedom when you ride with someone you love, In the evening hours, when the sun goes down and sky paints in colors, on the heights of Bologna.

We enjoyed a delightful day riding the electric bikes throughout the hills outside of the city. The ladies were wonderful to work with and packed a wonderful picnic with large amounts of delicious food and incredible wine. I highly recommend these sisters who care about their business and made it their life.
