This time I was not happy. I came 1 hour before closing and wanted a bike. Bike costs 10€ for 4h. I asked if I can get a discount as there is no much time left. I was simply told no. 10€. I said that business wise its better to sell 2 bikes for 10 rather then having no business at all. When leaving I asked nicely I hope that they do not mind that I write about my experience a review. Suddenly I was told that I am blackmailing them!! Well I hope that the owners realise that even a small customer is a customer. No matter how rich.
My answer to your reply: thank you for prompt response. Obviously I knew you are going to lie in your reply and try to make me idiot. Rather then admitting that you could improve your renting policy to be more pro customer,you rather make an idiot out of clients... I wrote over 500 reviews and I did not need too change anything anytime. And I see that I am not the only unhappy customer here.
Firstly, I was not arrogant, learn what does it mean to blackmail. I told you again when I was leaving!!! (Not part of negotiation!!!) and I was polite not arrogant! , that I hope you do not mind a review. So next time, please write the truth....
