Google
Wow what a great experience we had at this locally owned bike shop. Nate helped to fit us with high quality gravel and mtb bikes and took lots of time to describe the best local gravel routes for us out of towners. Very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend.

Google
I have nothing but great things to say about this shop. I called them before I visited Moab and they answered all of my questions about where to go and what to do. My 13 year old and I decided to ride the trails out at Dead Horse Point since we are novices, and the employee (sorry I didn’t get your name) filled me in on all the other great and similar rides. The bikes were reasonably priced for day rentals, and they were in fantastic shape. When we arrived, he gave us a quick tutorial, and we were off! Such an easy transaction. And, we had an epic day! I highly recommend Bike Fiend for a solid day-long Moab adventure. They’re totally helpful, kind, and professional. We’ll be back to the shop next time we’re here.

The staff and communication were superb! Ben guided us on a fantastic trail that was an appropriate level of difficulty. They contacted us the night before to discuss our abilities, needs for the day, and if we had any concerns or questions. We felt very prepared going into the ride. The quality of the rental bikes was amazing, and we felt confident we were in good hands. Can't recommend them enough to all levels of riders. They are located in a convenient location and provided access to and from the trail.

Google
Awesome shop. We rented three different bikes from them for all sorts of fun. Great bikes and some really good recommendations on where to ride that paid off. Nate and Daniel provide expert tech along with Mike the owner. I highly recommend Fiend.

Google
Came here to rent a couple of bikes for the day. Nate was so helpful and knowledgeable we knew we could not get this kind of service at home. We asked for bike suggestions and ended up having two new bikes shipped home. Highly recommend Nate and Mike to anyone looking for a rental or new bike!

Google
I used Bike Fiend’s shuttle service for a ride down the Half Enchilada. Booking was easy, the day-of they were timely and organized, and it was great to talk to Mike on the way up. Will definitely use Bike Fiend on my next trip as well

Would 100% recommend for any of your bike needs. Extremely kind service! Have gone over trouble shooting mechanicals and always provide clear next steps and tools/items I need to buy. Can run in anytime and receive quick help with anything I need. Best experience ever!!!! Bonus, they have super cool merch!

Yelp
I probably one of the few people that comes to the Moab and doesn't rent a mountain bike. The folks at Bike Fiend hooked me up with the sweetest ride a roadie could ask for. Price, fit and experience was perfect. The bike was so sweet I actually contemplated buying it, because what cyclist doesn't need another bike?!?! As for the shop goes lots of cool clothing, gear, snacks and hydrating mixes. PS there's an amazing donut shop next door to boot!!!...BONUS

Yelp
I shipped two high-end bikes from California. The staff at Bike Fiend reassembled, cared for, then reboxed and reshipped them to CA for me and my riding buddy. I don't write a lot of Yelp reviews, but this shop deserves a strong rating. Everyone I dealt with was nice, knowledgeable, efficient, and did very fine work.

Yelp
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable . We were able to get new parts for our bikes.

Yelp
Bought a demo bike here. I didn't get to ride it at all in Moab because I had to be back in Salt Lake. When I got back to SLC I went to ride up big cottonwood canyon and 5 minutes into pedaling I noticed the left pedal was bending. The mechanic at bike fiend must have screwed the pedals in wrong. The crank was completely stripped. I called to let them know and they continued to blame it on me. I got in contact with Greg (manager) who said he would help (He also blamed it on me). Each time he talked to me he said he would call back with a solution. Still hasn't called after calling him 3 times. It's not a huge issue for me. I would just like to see better customer service. If you say you will do something than do it.

Yelp
Stopped by today without an appoint with a bike issues and the crew at Bike Fiend took me in and got me going again. Thanks so much, your expertise was much appreciated. I can resume the riding weekend.

Yelp
Wandered into this bike shop off the main street. It was small but had great gear and over the top friendly nice staff. I'm new to mountain biking so one of the guys gave great suggestions for trails that met my experience. They even offered to drop me off at the starting point (as it is about an 8 mile ride up to these trails) I opted to ride it, but appreciated the offer. They serve great Nitro Cold Brew to get you caffeinated. Came by the next day after a fall on the trail, Pierre (owner) adjusted my handle bars and helped me pick out a new bell. Stop in for a cup of coffee, look at the cool gear, and get all the latest tips on trails around Moab. Also, if you need a quick adjustment or air, they are happy to help.

Yelp
Super friendly staff and owner. Fantastic nitro in the sidecar coffee shop. Great spot to get wrenching advice, parts, and very reasonable rental rates compared to other shops in town.

Yelp
First off, Bike Fiend is excellent. I was recently (two weeks ago) in the market for my first full suspension mountain bike. I spent months going over what specs I thought I wanted and what was available in my price range. Incidentally, mountain bikes are quite expensive and today, very difficult to source due to shipping and materials shortages. In any case, I found a bike I was very interested in on Bike Exchange that was being sold from Bike Fiend. I called them and they were very courteous and prompt. As I waited for their new bikes to get in so they could release this one to me, I called frequently to check on the status and they were, once again, very courteous to me; going as far as spending time on the phone explaining what I was getting and what the capabilities of the bike are. When it came time to finalize and ship, they walked me through the process, gave me a great deal, and were willing to ship it anywhere for me. I currently live in Austin, Tx but was planning a trip to Georgia. They promptly shipped the bike to my Georgia location and provided me with tracking information. The bike arrived as depicted and they even gave it a tune-up prior to packaging. I am so thoroughly impressed with their participation in this transaction I would buy my next bike from them as soon as I am ready to upgrade. Special thanks to Kate for all the help and lovely conversation. If you are in the market for a bike or even parts, you owe it to yourself to connect with this team! Thank you All.

Yelp
Love this place! So easy, great bikes, great service, and the best coffee in town! Check this place out.

Yelp
Great bike shop with super helpful staff, good prices, and accommodating. Came in for a work trip and had limited time and management hooked me up so I could go for one last ride before catching a flight. Wouldn't rent from any other bike shop in Moab. Rented:full suspension

Yelp
Great shop, great guys. Greg helped us get set up with some sweet mountain bikes and gave us some insight on some trails to ride. Highly recommend for daily bike rentals and tune ups.

Yelp
We are in town just for the weekend biking. We had a small bike break down and needed help. We called three shops and Bike Fiend was the only one willing to take a look. We aren't here during a busy time either! Bike Fiend fixed is up and has us back on the trails in just over an hour and the price was much less than expected. Give these guys your business for sure!

Emily W.

Yelp
Love everything about this place! They spent time educating my husband and I and made sure we were getting the best bikes for what we were looking to do. We also got a deal that's unheard of. Would definitely recommend to others.

Yelp
As a cyclist on holiday when you need help it can't wait. Bike Fiend gets that. I've been in three times in two years with obscure repair needs. Each time they've been efficient, friendly and swift. Well trained, kind and fun staff. I hope my business can be as good this consistently.

Yelp
My wife and I went down to Moab with some friends over Memorial Day weekend and everyone had a bike except my wife. We tried a few other shops looking for rentals with no luck. We showed up a Bike Fiend and they were able to get a great rental bike for us and even through in a helmet at no extra cost. We were in and out in about 15 minutes, they ever through in a helmet at no extra cost! We got stuck on a trail for longer than expected and then ran into traffic on the way back to return bike, we called them on the way, but we were about 2 hours later than they expected. They accepted the bike with no problem and no hassling, 10/10 will rent bike from there again if needed.

Yelp
Great little spot for coffee, try the lavender latte. Very kind and helpful folks, whether you're looking for a bike or just a pick me up. Highly recommended.

Yelp
We were in town for the Skinny Tire Festival and three of us had arranged in advance to rent road bikes from Bike Fiend. Pierre and his staff went out of their way to make sure we had bikes that fit -- including going so far as to substitute a narrower handle bar and a new compact cassette on one of the bikes. Two of us rode Blaze bikes which are steel or titanium bikes custom-made by Pierre and we were quite the envy of other cyclists. While we had to wait some for our bikes to be ready, it was well worth it given the commitment to making sure we were well-fitted. And I would also highly recommend the Skinny Tire Festival for road bikers. The rides expose you to absolutely magnificent scenery over the course of five days and it's incredibly well-supported.
