This place is so great! Andre was so helpful and asked all of the questions that I didn't think to ask to make sure I got the bike that I needed. 10/10 would recommend.

Came in for a bike tune up and had a very disappointing experience. From lack of communication and clarity to short and disgruntled responses from mechanic when pointed out that they did incorrect work. I’m not sure if they are intentionally cutting corners or just not that informed. Didn’t even bother cleaning bike when that’s the whole point of bringing it in for a tuneup to clean and check gears. Basically paid $100 for a flat to be fixed. I wanted to support a local Black owned business but this is far below the service I’ve received at every other bike shop I’ve ever been to. Unless you like redirecting mechanics several times, repeatedly asking for the same issue to be fixed and dealing with poor attitude at having to fix issues they created I’d avoid this shop. They literally called me to pick up my bike when the other tire was completely flat proving they didn’t even bother to check it.

Best bike store in east county. You will not be overcharged for anything. Owner (Chong) is a great mechanic and he is providing a service for riders versus running a business just to make money.

Andre is very knowledgeable about bikes. This is truly a community orientated bicycle shop. Repairs are done quickly and for a fair amount. Also large selection of bikes for sale at better than reasonable prices. Great best kept secret of West Oakland

Last year I came by this amazing shop to get some work done for an old bike and it came back looking brand new -riding so smoothly- Richard I think what’s the name of the person who helped me out they were very professional and helpful. The whole crew and owner is amazing I’m coming back here soon for another tuneup and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Andre did a great job at setting me up with a bike that was a good fit and answering all of my questions. Highly recommend for those who are looking for lightly used bikes at a reasonable price.
