Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Port de Sóller

We loved the decor. Very bohemian. The staff was kind and helpful and went above and beyond. The rooms are tiny, but well decorated. The views are beautiful of the mountains and water. Bear in mind if you walk down to get dinner, you will have burned off every calorie you consumed on your walk back! My legs were so sore. The stairs are steep! The hotel is on a mountain, hence the name. I do not recommend staying here the whole time and parking is impossible, the streets are narrow and it is terrifying to drive through them. However, it was fun, but getting around it difficult if you want to leave the resort. I recommend taking the tram and train to Sóller and from Sóller to Palma. We took a bus to Palma and a bus back. It was fun and easy. The Israeli restaurant is delicious and the breakfast buffet is to die for.

This Hotel is stylish, cozy, friendly and I felt welcome, comfortable and at ease right away. The person at the reception was super helpful, my room is beautiful and there is a lot of love in detail (actually in the whole hotel). Breakfast is amazing, the buffet is fresh and super appealing, food of great quality. I enjoy hanging out at the pool so much. The water temperature is perfect, there is free waterstations. Then a highlight was definateöy the full body massage with Roberto. I felt in such good hands. He found my triggerpoints and also the massage was super relaxing. If you get the chance don't miss it for sure!!

We really loved this hotel. It was super cute and had had great included amenities like the pool, bikes, yoga and breakfast buffet. Our room had a really nice little garden patio too. It is a close walk to Port du Sóller and there is a cute tram that goes into Soller town. We did a day trip by taxi to Palma that was perfect. The only thing is you need to make dinner reservations far in advance. We wanted to try the hotel restaurant but even booking three days in advance when we arrived the earliest available was 930pm. Would be nice if they set aside a few times for hotel guests.

Really enjoyed our week’s stay here with friends! Lovely place to chill and relax and be social! Breakfast was wonderful - great choices and Gabby and Viktor were great hosts every morning with such friendly faces! Great facilities too. The car hire and bike hire is a brilliant addition. We stayed in a garden room which was beautiful to walk out onto. The only issue in the rooms here are they are quite dark and the lights don’t shine well into the wardrobe space.

Some things were really good, others rather disappointing. The service in the bars and restaurant was excellent. Especially Lucas at breakfast and Ben at the Donkey Bar were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The rest of the staff was also professional and helpful. The food was very good, and the drinks were great too. The hotel is beautifully located, the view is lovely, and the rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. At reception, there was no introduction upon arrival, not even basic information about breakfast. Unfortunately, the massage was really not good and felt unprofessional. The yoga offer appeared much more extensive online, but on site there was only one class every few days with limited spots that were always fully booked. In addition, the bathroom ventilation had an unpleasant smell. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with very good service and food, but there’s clear room for improvement in reception and wellness.

A beautiful, quirky hotel in a stunning position where I had a lovely few days break. We were lucky the weather was also stunning. There are lots of positives but also room for improvement ||Positives ||Gorgeous position with fabulous views|Attractive, quirky decor |Close to the port but beware of lots of steps down |Lovely pool and great sunbeds. |Comfortable, hard beds and black out curtains - I slept really well. |Adults only and attracts a nice mix of guests|Some staff are very friendly |Drinks are pretty good and lovely bar for pre dinner drinks|Shower room you can book for late flights etc||To be improved||Terrible check in at reception I.e. no greeting, no warmth, smiles or information. We were quite shocked. Surely it’s normal to say ‘Welcome to…’. In general the service at reception was really mixed - didn’t feel proactive. |Lunch menu is limited. |Prices are pretty toppy. |Limited storage in rooms and bathrooms - a shelf in the bathroom would be great. We brought in a stool from the bedroom. |Some chairs looked great but weren’t comfy e.g. on the balcony. ||Overall though, I’m planning a return visit as I had a tremendous time but please sort out your reception.

Bikini Island Hotel Review (Stayed Sept 22–29, 2025) I am a hospitality professional and travel the world frequently for both work and leisure multiple times per month. I understand what to expect from hotels across different price ranges, and I can confidently say this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. We paid for a “better” room which was absolute waste. Cons Fitness Facilities: The gym is a disaster. Equipment is old, broken, and left exposed on the rooftop. No treadmill available. I’ve stayed at budget hotels with gyms 10x nicer. Yoga & Spa: Yoga classes book up days in advance, and spa/sauna must be reserved, meaning you can’t enjoy facilities spontaneously. Crowded & Chaotic: The hotel is constantly packed, with non-guests from the restaurant flooding the lobby and hallways every night. Reception is always full, and it takes forever to speak to someone. Rooms: Incredibly small with no storage or drawers. Cabinets above the bed require stepping on the bed to access (unsanitary). I had nowhere to unpack clothes for a month-long trip. Even hangers were useless—bamboo-shaped and unable to hold dresses or tops. I had to repeatedly request more. Noise: Zero soundproofing. You hear every cough, sneeze, and footstep—even on the top floor. Constant banging and noise, plus being near reception and bathrooms meant pushing through crowds daily. Staff & Service: Staff acted like guests were a bother, not a priority. The WhatsApp “support” is just a useless AI bot. Despite reaching out multiple times about issues, the hotel was not accommodating. On the very last day, they offered to let us move rooms, but since we were leaving at 3:00 am the next morning, it was far too late to matter. Food & Drink: Pool menu is limited and uninspired (mostly basic American options). Breakfast is good but overcrowded, items constantly run out, and cups are tiny—2oz max, requiring endless refills. Navigating the buffet feels like an obstacle course. Parking: Nightmare. With non-guests dining at the hotel, parking fills up. After 5 pm, it’s nearly impossible to find a spot nearby. Other Issues: One guest in our wedding group arrived to find no room, despite booking direct. Limited housekeeping/towel service due to drought. Management refused to adjust or cancel my stay when I reached out. Location is on a cliff, requiring a constant trek of stairs to reach the port—frustrating when the hotel itself is uncomfortable. At $3,000+ for 7 nights, the value was shockingly poor compared to nearby hotels where friends stayed. Donkey bar was barely opened. The hotel offers electric bikes but as someone who owns an electric bike, the streets are extremely dangerous to bike around the cliffs and hills near the hotel. Pros Laundry service was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced (€15). Full-sized hairdryer that worked well. Overall Outdoor seating area with couch was roomy and where I felt most comfortable since the room and hotel were anxiety inducing. This hotel causes me to have major anxiety which I don’t usually encounter but felt overwhelmed by how cluttered and busy everything was. This hotel tries to market itself as trendy and upscale but fails across almost every aspect of hospitality. The lack of service, comfort, and functionality turned what should have been a relaxing trip into a stressful experience. I am so upset that I stayed here, and I deeply regret booking it. Hopefully this review saves someone else from wasting their time and money the way I did. Mallorca is beautiful and welcoming, but Bikini Island left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. Save yourself the disappointment—there are far better hotels in the area.

Fun hotel with great vibe. Fantastic view from the rooms and restaurant over the bay. Lovely interior. Small rooms but conveniently set up and decorated nicely. Only downside we had was we could hear the stairwell and those stepping on it loudly from our room next to it, you might be luckier. Best place to stay in the area.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. They called to set up reservations and activities for us and even sent free drinks to us after hearing we got engaged! The room was on the smaller size, but a great space to come back to after exploring the island all day. Parking was never an issue, there is a small lot and plenty of street parking. The balcony with the water view was beautiful and so relaxing to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee. Having the NENI restaurant in the same building was incredible and the best meal we had while in Mallorca! Being able to walk down to Port De Sollér was an added bonus, with gorgeous views/sunsets, restaurants and excursions. I would recommend Mallorca and this hotel to anyone, we will be back!!!

Not your most friendly resort! The place is stock in the 70s and has the old furniture to proof, you would think what they lack in location and poor facilities, they make up with friendly staff and helpfulness, but, if you can believe the staff attitude us worst than the property!! I called 20 days before arrival that the only flights I could catch was arriving 11:00 am. Asked if they can have the room ready earlier since we were traveling from Los Angeles. NO LOCk! The made us wait over 4 hours for the room. Hospitality business my ass, they could have asked a HK to clean one room, but no such luck!! I am never ever coming back here!!

Beautiful Bohemian Style Hotel! Great views of Port de Sóller and Awesome restaurant! We will definitely be back tapas and entrees were amazing.

Don't stay here. Room wasn't ready by check in time and when they finally gave it to me, it was only half cleaned. Someone had spilled an entire bottle of shampoo on the bathroom floor. I called reception and was not offered another room or even an apology. Who the hell is running this place?
