Bikini Restaurant Bali

We had the tasting menu. The mouthful and small plates were amazing - creative and well executed. The main dish snapper was slightly over cooked and dry but the fantastic dessert just made up for it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The waiter serving us was a couple of weeks into the job and did a great job. It helped that the restaurant let the waiter taste the food as part of their training.

The food here is interesting and not your normal restaurant. The menu has a variety of flavours and crazy creations! The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice but the music is too loud in my personal opinion. The portions are more fine dining but the flavours are there! The food is good and delicious. Weirdest thing I tried is brownies made out of cow fat. Prices aren’t cheap, more to the expensive side but it’s a nice place to try strange foods!!!

Visited twice in two days; love this place to bits! Day 1 I was scheduled to have dinner the night before I leave Bali (Sunday). Decided to meet some friends the night before (Saturday) and have a few drinks or so. We sat outside at the bar area - their dinner table is not ready yet. We had a couple of drinks from their latest Bottoms Up menu... I love the unique tomato juice cocktail that comes with a few drops of chilli oil - it is very refreshing! The "lip cocktail" was alright for me - simply had that for Instagram purposes. The long island does not come with coke and boy, the dosage is so strong it was totally worth paying for! We left for dinner at another place and came back for round 2 drinks because we just can't get enough of it!! Day 2 Finally arrived here for dinner on a Sunday which was not so crowded - thankfully! We loved everything we had for the night, the food is stylist, modern, fusion and yet delicious! I probably did not like the oyster cracker the most of all; it was just a cracker. Foie gras cigar was one of my favourite! Wagyu rendang, market fish ceviche, popcorn chicken, creamed corn with puffed pork skin, fondant - I loved all of it!! I would have ordered even more if I had room... Cocktails - Since I've tried a couple off the menu and thought I wanted something strong, the bartender crafted a teabag cocktail for me, which met my expectations! We tried a few others off the menu too, some were refreshing but none of them are as strong as the long island so it all depends on your personal likings. Service - I already enjoyed friendliness on Day 1 & service is just as good on Day 2. The only thing they need to take care of is the speed of serving the food - it is way too fast.. Perhaps if you want to enjoy their food, tell them you want your dishes to be served slower, perhaps 1-2 dishes each time and another 1-2 more once you are done. When you are too fast, your guests are not actually done eating yet... Overall Love this place and I will definitely return & recommend this place to everyone!! P/S: This is considered expensive for Bali standards, but this is a casual dining place not a warung and you can't compare casual dining with street side food. You pay for the fine dishes, ambience and service. Did you not realise you pay 2-3 times more in your own country? Jeez!!

A bit over priced for the meals I had. Mostly paying for experience and less of the filled-tummy. Came home rather hungry. Had a mocktail (non alcohol) and it was good, tasted of berries. My over all experience was good. The staff was nice and ambience was great. Great place for taking pictures too! One of our friend was late so we asked the waiter if they could cook our meal in another 30 minutes and they said it was fine! The baramuda fish is delicious. The cigar looking thing was unique so if you like unique things you should definitely try it out. Must book in advance. Parking is difficult must park in seminyak village.

My partner and I had a fantastic dining experience at Bikini. We chose the 'feed you' option with matching cocktails and enjoyed every dish. The cocktails were absolutely amazing. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Overall a great experience particularly considering the price (which anywhere else would and could be much higher). We left feeling satisfied, not stuffed which may bother some. Will definitely go back and recommend

Whoa, what a find! Really enjoyed my experience with a group of 8 friends here. The food was super interesting with great flavor and a very decent portion size for the price. The drinks were excellent; the bartender came over to check on us/the drinks and talked us through his goals with the flavors. The space feels chic and the staff are all excellent. I'll definitely return

Overall disappointing. Whilst the dish presentation was good, the food flavours and harmonies were bad. Out of the 12 separate dishes we tried, we only enjoyed 4 of them. The service was friendly and the cocktails were nice.

Simply superb!! We did the tasting menu and the food was amazing. Great cocktails great service nice airconditioned ambience. Do yourself a favour and book bikini!
