ANIMAL ABUSE. These animals are being mistreated. They are tied up with little rope to go anywhere or all kept in small cages. The ducks and rabbits looked absolutely sickly. The snakes are in tiny boxes and manhandled by people all day. Do not support this place. I’m so upset I didn’t check the reviews before going here. Can’t believe I gave them my money.

A wonderful time here seeing the beautiful flowers and all the different animals and butterflies. And let's not forget the star attraction. The Tarsier .I managed to get a nice video. The place is laid out beautifully with many unusual and some naughty sculptures. We enjoyed our time there

Definitely tourist trap!! They'll bring you there saying you need to eat there with 395 eat all you can rate! Food is on average served with iced tea as drinks. Fish are sliced to 2 and most get the tail part so all the head parts are left, they are also small sized fishes. Lumpia is very commercialized with no fruits! There are other restaurants outside of this place, eat there! There were only 2 tarsiers, with their lame excuse that they are in the forest. But it's very clear they these poor animals are captives with human made make shift umbrella made from dried leaves to give them shade. Tourists can come very close to them and be noisy without being reprimanded.

This place is fantastic. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Its only over a small area at the moment but the 100 pesos entry fee is not enough in my experience, it's worth a lot more than that. I highly recommend going to Bilar Enchanted. Being able to get right up to the Tarsier was an experience that will be with me for a long time. I will definitely be back in future. Thank you to our guide for such a lovely and memorable experience.

Very unethical, animals kept in small cages, in the dark. The caribou was obviously very sick, it had no hair. It was included in a trip to the Chocolate Hills and I wish I checked the reviews before

All the animals are kept in cages, never seen horses so depressed and the sugar gliders are kept in a bumbag, please don't support this. The rabbits are in cages and half or them looked dead or stressed. The huge snakes are kept in tiny boxes. Another level of animal cruelty. So sad!

most of the animals are either tied or caged. the animals are also not well protected from tourists, especially the foreign ones. i saw one foreign tourist purposely use flash when taking photos of the tarsiers ( this is a major no as it hurts the tarsiers' eyes ). i saw another foreign tourist, almost lose his balanced, and used the branch where the tarsier was resting to steady himself, disturbing the poor tarsier!

Kind of tourist trap, didn't feel good to be there. It was included in a trip without clarity that this wasn't a sanctuary but a weird noisy establishment to show animals
